Multi Person/Stop forms
Sometimes forms need to be filled by multiple parties and it would be nice to be able to accomplish this simply in the form filler interface instead of having to build a workflow to fill in the remainder of the form.

Calculated text in forms
It would be nice if we could have calculated text elements in forms. These elements would appear the same as a fixed text field but instead could be the result of a calculation much like we can with single line text elements.
The benefit would be a more clean and elegant look. Placing data into read only single line text fields are ok but looks a little bit like an afterthought.

In Merge Form Designer include "Wrap Text" and "Vertical Alignment" to text fields
There is no option to wrap text or align text vertically in Merge Form Designer, it would be very useful to include this feature.

Allow attachments to be stored as different documents instead of clipped to the form
Allow attachments to be stored as different documents instead of clipped to the form. Example. I have a vendor application, and they attach multiple documents, have each attachment stored as it's own document with the data from the Form as index values.

Add "Assume Blank = 0" Option to Form Field Calculations
The new form field calculation is great, but I immediately ran into a snag implementing it on a PO form. I wanted to include line item totals for each line based on Quantity and Unit price fields filled in earlier, and then a PO Total field that adds together all line item totals.
The line item totals worked great. But the PO total doesn't fill in until every single line is filled in. Most POs this customer store only fill in the first one or two lines, so I can't create a PO Total field that's visible on the form.…

Save form changes without publishing the form.
We should be able to save any changes made to a form without publishing it. This should work exactly like DocuWare workflows.

Multi-Page Forms and Expressions
Multi-Step / page forms will allow to make extensive forms cleaner, but also, ability to use arithmetic expressions, calculations, database look ups, assign data, just like in a flow, to be presented in next page.

time field
Time field in forms. Ability to use time format to register starting and finishing time of an activity. Also, that these times work with the calculations, to calculate the total time.

Ability to create data records only (no document) from docuware Forms
When docuware forms are used, there is no possibility of archiving only a document (for example inserting it as an attachment), but a summary document is always created with the inserted data.

Not Enough Text space on form for our Large quotes
There is not enough space in the text for our customers large quotes and Tenders, Their Clients do not like the scroll down bar. When printing it cuts off. There should be an option to add extra pages, or be notified there is not enough room in the text page and text will be lost when printing.

Turn off forms tab in web client
I would love the option to turn off the forms tab in the web client. It's honestly quite confusing and inefficient since it shows every from published or not. We do not create forms for everyone to use and employees often fill out the wrong form or can't find what they're looking for. We also have an intranet site where we publish form links.

the ability to create (filtered) webform select lists based roles and groups
we can curently use the fixed user list, but it would be nice if we can select a user based on the group or role they are connected to

Form behaviors - nested filter so AND and OR can be used in filter simulations
Please add the ability to nest searches in behaviors. The filter should work like an Auto Index filter where you can group a bunch of or statements together with a single AND statement.

Possibility to give saved form a custom (dynamic) file name
At the moment there is no easy way to give saved forms an unique file name. It would be good to have a possibility to fill in a custom file name, with a possibility to use dynamic entries, such as timestamps.

Have option to auto set focus on first field
This would assist the filling in of a form as the first field would be ready to receive data rather than having to type a Tab key or click on it.

Allow numeric select lists to index numeric data types in forms
In forms, you can not index a numeric field from a dropdown. This I am sure is for data integrity. The problem with this is that I have an external select list with a local data connector to my accounting database that has a column with an int data type. It recognizes it when I use it for an autoindex. Forms however do not recognize it. For my purposes, a quick solution would be to simply allow a numeric form field to be linked to a multi-column select list. That is what I am trying to do anyway. At DocuWorld…

ability to export merge form
Sometimes the source file of a merge form needs to be edited. If the original source file is missing, there is no way to export it from the merge form section.
Add the ability to export (download) the source file from the Merge form section.
