Date calculation in Form
Request to include Date calculation in field calculations in form designer. Example of Leave Application. When Employee applies for Leave and fills in Start Date and End Date Total Leave Days to be calculated based on End Date - Start Date. Another example could be Travel Request form when Employee fills Start Date and End Date.

Add DateTime field in forms
some use cases require recording the time of form input.
Having a date-time field available helps to enter correct data.
now you have to manage it with a text field and a field mask, which is inconvenient both user-side and configuration-side, because then that string has to be added to the recorded date.4 votes -
Forms: collums with calculation
With 7.9 tables were integrated into Forms. Unfortunately, calculations are not possible within the table.
E.g. an order is sent:
2 chairs cost €12.99 and the customer has to enter €25.98 as the total cost in the last column and this is not entered automatically.This would significantly help with orders/billing and many other things

Add more options to table-type field in forms
In forms: enable validation and make a table-type field (or the columns that make it up) mandatory or not.
Dans les formulaires : rendre possible le validation et rendre obligatoire ou non un champ de type tableau (ou sur les colonnes qui le composent).

create a single-line or multi-line text field linked to a selection list
It would be very interesting to be able to associate a single-line or multi-line text field with a selection list. We might have the ability to make some great form.

Form table option to add different custom predefined entries and make them read only.
I have a travel expense form with 14 items that can be submitted for reimbursement listed in rows with dates/day of the week as column headers. I currently cannot build a table with this layout. The table is limited to 10 columns. I can add rows with a drop down of available options but that is not as user friendly. Please see example.

Forms Viewer need to add categories for form grouping.
Forms Viewer need to add categories for form grouping. like when you are looking for HR forms you have to list all forms that you have permission, with many forms added this complicated

The ability to index from a table on a form
Indexing from item fields in a table used on a form to be able to use the fields in a Workflow.
We have Purchase Order forms with the new table field type but want to be able to build a workflow based on the items captured in the table. Specifically the Total Sum Amount from one of the table fields. Depending on the Total Amount different workflow decisions need to be made.

Ability to create storage box only available trough forms even if it is affected to Default Organization role
When we create a storage box for a form we do not want it to be used from a basket even if the role is Default Organization role. This storage dialog box is only designed for a form submission

Multi Person/Stop forms
Sometimes forms need to be filled by multiple parties and it would be nice to be able to accomplish this simply in the form filler interface instead of having to build a workflow to fill in the remainder of the form.

Add "Assume Blank = 0" Option to Form Field Calculations
The new form field calculation is great, but I immediately ran into a snag implementing it on a PO form. I wanted to include line item totals for each line based on Quantity and Unit price fields filled in earlier, and then a PO Total field that adds together all line item totals.
The line item totals worked great. But the PO total doesn't fill in until every single line is filled in. Most POs this customer store only fill in the first one or two lines, so I can't create a PO Total field that's visible on the form.…

New fonts to Merge Forms
New font choices should be added to the Merge Forms, or an ability to import fonts. The current font choices are not sufficient enough to serve all needs. For example, Calibri is a much-requested font option.

Allow Numeric Field and Date Fields in Select List used in Form. This would be helpful in certain use case Scenarios like conveyance reimbursement, Local Conveyance etc., So that user can select the dates and amounts from Select list.

Open DocuWare Webforms from DocuWare Mobile App
I have prospects and customers needing to open DW Webforms from the DW Mobile App. They need to fill out forms, with attached photos and signatures, in the field on mobile devices recording incidents, accidents, and inspection results.
Opening webforms (many different types of forms) directly in a mobile device browser is unmanageable.
Authentication and navigation when Logging onto the DW Web Client from a mobile device is confusing and greatly detracts from " APP " experience that today's workers expect.
Can we add a "FORMS" tab on the DW Mobile Client toolbar like the one on the Web Client.

Calculated text in forms
It would be nice if we could have calculated text elements in forms. These elements would appear the same as a fixed text field but instead could be the result of a calculation much like we can with single line text elements.
The benefit would be a more clean and elegant look. Placing data into read only single line text fields are ok but looks a little bit like an afterthought.

Allow attachments to be stored as different documents instead of clipped to the form
Allow attachments to be stored as different documents instead of clipped to the form. Example. I have a vendor application, and they attach multiple documents, have each attachment stored as it's own document with the data from the Form as index values.

Autofill form fields with Workflow variables
It would be helpful if we could autofill Form fields with data from Workflow. Example: If I generate a link/URL in Workflow to open a Form, the URL could contain Workflow variables with corresponding Fields which are then auto filled in the Form.

In Merge Form Designer include "Wrap Text" and "Vertical Alignment" to text fields
There is no option to wrap text or align text vertically in Merge Form Designer, it would be very useful to include this feature.

Multi-Page Forms and Expressions
Multi-Step / page forms will allow to make extensive forms cleaner, but also, ability to use arithmetic expressions, calculations, database look ups, assign data, just like in a flow, to be presented in next page.
