Give the opportunity to print the invoice once it has been approved and before you send it to accounts - can only print pre-authorisation and I like to keep a copy of final submitted invoice.

This sounds like a specific configuration issue inside your DocuWare system and the specific process. It might be good to contact you DocuWare administrator or partner to assist you.
If you think it is a general idea for DocuWare you might want to explain this in more detail.

option to chose how many nominal codes to enter
Please can we have an option to count the number of nominal codes we can enter then enter them and carry on instead of having to close down the box before we can carry on. Thanks

Limit Web Basket Access
It would be nice to be able to grant or deny read/write access to the web baskets. Currently, it is either you have access to do everything or no access.
We have users that are required to have access to a common web basket, however, they accidently end up deleting other users documents stored in the web basket. Admin should be able to deny delete access for users. They should be able to view and post documents, but not be able to delete documents from the basket.

Allow for the same value to be searched in multiple fields
Allow for a value e.g. 'Bob Jones' to be searched in multiple fields. Essentially its an OR statement in SQL. Support said that would be a stellar idea to allow for versatile search options. We know we can search multiple cabinets, but to search for multiple fields within a cabinet would be great!

Option to have a user prompt at point of storing a document if DW detects that duplicate meta data fields already exist in the cabinet

Add the ability to create folders in a document tray where you can put document before storing
Add the option via right click -> new folder and drop files into it.
Example:
Someone is in charge of scanning and importing a high amount of document into a document tray
Someone else is in charge of indexing and storing these documents

This is exactly why you can setup multiple document trays. One for the user who scans the document and another one for the one who stores the documents. The second user can then always move the documents from tray 1 to tray 2.

Archivando documentos, obligar a rellenar un índice en función del valor de otro índice
Sería muy interesante poder configurar en un diálogo de almacenamiento la posibilidad de convertir un índice en obligatorio en función del valor introducido en otro índice, es decir, si el campo CAMPO1 tiene valor 'X', entonces en CAMPO2 es obligatorio que introduzca un valor, si CAMPO1 tiene valor 'Y', no es necesario introducir valores en CAMPO2

Add date to label
Add a date to labels when storing. This would improve the capability to find documents quicker. The dates would coordinate closely with entries to counselor notes in TWIST.

I suggest that you make a system to where you can get a list of all documents ever recieved.
A system to where you can download the master data base of each Archive data system where it will be a list of all the documents that have been entered into that archive list.

Enable switching between documents
When viewing a document to be stored after entering all the fields it would be convenient if the next document in the tray would automatically pull up so we didn't have to go back to the tray and reselect where we want to store things

Creating one file when downloading multiple files
It would be nice when exporting documents to create one file instead of multiple file folders with one file in each. Also the ability to export the data from the fields into a .csv file as a directory.

Brink back Info Dialog visible fields according to user rights.
In the previous versions it was possible to hide fields in the info-dialog if the user didn't have certain rights on that field. Thas was very convenient if users must change or fill in, or see certain fields according to the entries of the document. Somehow another feature deleted, please bring it back.
