Thank you for your idea. Unfortunately, due to several factors we are currently not able to plan this idea for a future version.

Email notifications-Workflow GRReport
When we post or store an invoice in the docuware,there will be an email notifications will come to the user's mail, when it comes to "TASKS" for senting approval to the HOD'S.It should be better email notifications to show "Supplier name with purchase order number".This will helps the user and those who are approving the invoices to identify the alert messages.
Now all the email notifications is showing as "Workflow AP - GRReport: A new task has been assigned to you."
Can We Fix this Issue??

Change the ability to edit multiple index entries in one go on Profile level.
Since a while it is possible to change the index data for multiple documents at once for 'normal' users too, whereas this was previously only possible for admins. I know we can go to the Result View settings to disable this option, but I would still like to be able to do a mass-index-change as an admin with the same Result View and disable this option for the regular user from a security perspective.

Automatically populate numeric range fields
In my organisation we search for purchase invoices by entering a 'from' and 'to' range of their document numbers. When moving from the 'from' field to the 'to' field in DocuWare 5.1b the 'to' field would automatically update to the same number as the 'from' field. This happened whether there was already data in the 'to' field, but only if the 'to' field was selected (if it was not selected then it would retain whatever data was in there). Now that we have upgraded to the latest version of DocuWare this happens only if the 'to' field is blank. If…

Adding an automatic 'Append' stamp when Clipping to an existing record
I'd like to suggest the ability to select an admin setting that automatically attaches an 'Append' stamp when clipping a document from a tray to an existing record. We've found that adding an append stamp (Append in 5.1 & Clip in 6.6) is helpful in determining what, when, and by whom added to an existing record. Good for audit purposes and good for in-house records management. The issue I find is that not every user applies the optional stamp. I'd like to be able to make it automatic.

Poder exportar facturas en formato XML
Tal como en Alemania podemos exportar las facturas en PDF i Zugferd XML incorporado, aqui en españa este formato no nos sirve, deberiamos de poder exportar en formato XML directamente. es el que piden las administraciones publicas en sus facturas.

You can already upload any file to a document tray.
Maybe you can explain this in more detail.

Result List Column Resize
When looking at search results, if I widen a column, the text should automatically adjust to fill the space.

Select list only fields in SEARCH DIALOG
The support say that searching with a field that have select list only and allow new entries unchecked will work. There should be possible to configure search dialogs to not return the result if the select list is not choosen.

Anchor the selection screen
Anchor the selection screen so that it doesn’t keep moving and wasting time. Put it at the top of the page and don’t have it morph.

FIX THE PROBLEM WHERE IT SAYS I'VE LOCKED MYSELF OUT OF MY OWN DOCUMENT.
50 times a day, at least, I have to re-do things 2, 3, 4 times or more - stamps are lost, fields are blank again. It's been going on since the 'upgrade.' Time to fix this incredibly annoying, time wasting problem.

Fix document is locked....by myself.
a good dozen times a day, at least, I open a document, mark it up and hit save only to have all my markings erased because I've locked myself out of the document. Please fix this so every time I hit 'save' I don't have to hold my breath.

Improve performance of Web Client and Configuration.
All features of the Web Client and Configurations could use improvements on performance. It doesn't even compare to the thick client performance. It feels like the old days constantly waiting for web pages to show up.

WHy can I not print using internet explorer the stamps on my document? I have to switch my browser to google crome so frustrating!
Stamps not printing on the document through IE 11. I have to switch to Chrome. So frustrated. We were told this issue would be resolved after our recent upgrade!

text larger and color change
Would like to have the ability to use a larger text font and perhaps ability to change the color of the text. Since upgrade the size diminished significantly and its hard to read to read now.

Do not use a Client License when user is logged out of Web Client but still is still connected to DocuWare Desktop
We were told by DocuWare Support that if DocuWare Desktop has an active connection then it will not consume a license. This is a major flaw in licensing a tremendous burden on the end user. After logging out of the Web Client, end users will need to open up DocuWare Desktop > Connections > highlight activated Connections > Remove each connection in order to be officially logged out of DocuWare to not take up a client license. Then they will need to re-Connect to Desktop Apps every time they log back into DocuWare if they are going to scan, import,…
3 votesDocuWare Desktop applications does not comsume a client license. Even if the user is storing documents directly to the system, there is no license consumed. So it is not needed to remove connections in order to be logged out.
