  1. Re-index selected store documents if an import configuration is changed

    In some cases, Import configuration indexing doesn't work as well as expected, perhaps due to improper setting, or incorrect anchor, It would be nice to be able to re-index selected misindexed documents once the import configuration is changed

  2. Unique key into File Cabinet

    Into the File Cabinet the user have the possibility to mark the fields that the values must be unique. This will avoid duplicate data (eg invoices with the same number)

    when we load pictures all pictures must have the same file name, but can only rename one on a trime

  4. Allow an option to turn off edit multiple index entries

    Many of our clients want to restrict users' ability to specifically edit multiple index entries, while still allowing them to edit a single index entry. The reason being is that they don't want them to select multiple documents and accidentally either delete a field or change it to something incorrect. It's fine if they had the ability to edit index entries for a single document, but currently you either have the option to edit index entries or you don't.   5. FC Folders: Indicate which fields require a select list and which are free form

    When creating a folder view for a File Cabinet, there no indication which text fields are pulled from a closed select list and which accept any text input. This is annoying when you then try to create a new folder, only to find out when storing a file that the folder name does not match the select list.

  6. Allow us to create dynamic store dialogues

    I think it would be great if you could allow us to create dynamic store dialogues which could alter their layout depending on the document type chosen (or any other pre defined field for that matter).

    For example, lets define a "key" field of a file cabinet store dialogue and lets say its the "document type" and we also give this a predefined select list. Then we may have many other fields of this cabinet but not all of these other fields may relate to each of the possible document types. It would be very useful and help guide the…

  7. 'Store Automatically' function should use dialog settings such as 'Fixed Entries' and others

    When 'Store Automatically' is used from a Tray, all dialog settings such as 'Fixed Entries' and 'Predefined Entries' fields and 'Automatic Numbering' are ignored.
    Having the latter work when using 'Store Automatically' would be especially useful when Intelligent Indexing used in the Tray, and all 'green' documents are stored using this option.

  9. Display a scond column in a Select list, other than the one used for the index field

    This would allow a description of the data being chosen by the user, such as GL account name for a GL number, or user name for a UserShortName, or Vendor name for a vendor ID. This would also prevent truncation of a field and violating the new Select List Only configuration.

  10. Modify index entries directly within result list

    It would save some clicks if you can modify index entries of a document directly within the result list, instead of hitting right click > change index entries.
    Similar to renaming a file in the document trays via key "F2".

  11. Indexing Pulls More Than Needed

    When storing a document into a cabinet using Web Client, the user is not able to highlight text from the document if the text is spread over two lines. The behaviour of the indexing is that it grabs the entire text on both lines rather than the required words.

  12. remove default select lists from dates and other fields

    Select lists make no sense on some fields. Dates, decimals, integers, etc. These fields may have some uses for select lists but the majority of the time I end up removing the default select list.

    It would be good to turn off the default select list for fields that do not have the need the majority of the time they are used.

  13. Enable Flagging for stored files

    It would be very helpful to be able to Flag stored files.For example, We store files (Jobs) by Job number. If there was a way to Flag a specific job that has special needs so that upon any future inquiries on this Job , it would immediately be apparent that it needs special handling. This could be part of the indexing process. Also any files added to a stored Job that has been flagged already would prompt a Popup that would warn the user that the specific Job being added to, demands special handling.   14. Allow processing import configurations via an autoindex workflow

    Sometimes when mass importing you find an import template needed to allow for changes in labeling or location of data. It may be that an entirely new template needs to be created.

    It would be amazing if you were able to send documents that already exist in DocuWare into a processing queue that would run another recognition on the document(s). By applying a filter you would limit it to only run on documents that you want to process.

  15. index select

    Most sites, when you start typing in a field will show the top field in the entry box with selection list below. It would be so much easier to simply hit enter or tab when the top item is reached rather than having to click or use the arrow to move down to the line. It would speed up indexing enormously.

  18. CHECK DATES FOR SIGNATURES

    I would like that you improve the programm with an option to check the dates of the signatures.
    For example, if you made a signature in a date, that I could check the signatures between, for example, two dates.
    For example, for the "contabilized signature", it can be useful to know the month where one invoice have been contabilized, and informed to the administration.

  19. Extension Administrator for 6.10

    Prior to 6.10 there was a Power Tool called the Extension Administrator. This has been removed (probably because of GAPI). It would be nice to have a similar power tool for 6.10+.

  20. One click copy

    While indexing, would like ability to click index field name and copy the information in the field. This would eliminate the need to double click and press "Ctrl+V," speeding copying of long transaction numbers, difficult-to-spell names, etc.
