  1. improve username options for creating/linking accounts with SSO

    Currently, Azure sync only allows for email or upn prefix to be synced as a user name. This is the same for linking current users during SSO sign in.

    With many large organizations, a prefix may not be unique across an entire forest, only full email or full upn is unique (prefix@domain.com). It is necessary to provide more options for linking or creating of DW users during these SSO processes

  2. Ability to look up active / non-active users

    I have customers who have lots of users, over a thousand. They have lots of turn around and need a way to pull lists of active users and non-active users in DocuWare.

    Need the ability to export the list and filter based on Active or Non-Active.

  3. Multi select filter option in resultview

    In the resultview you can use the column filter. But you can only select one of the available entries.

    Can we select multiple entries. f.e. filter in country-index in the result I want "Netherlands" and "Germany" lines

    Image stamp additional settings.
    Date Format
    Time Format
    Text entry alignment: Vertical alignment and Horizontal alignment
    - to give more options, especially for Japanese chop required by Japanese companies, I think this one is quite useful and easy to implement and needs to include asap.

  5. Annotations - Copy Group of Annotations or All Annotations

    There are occasions where a user needs to transfer a group of annotations to another page, and much time would be saved if we could copy either a group of annotations or all of the annotations on a page over to a different document or page. Would be a real time saver

  6. DocuWare Cloud - Export User Lists with License Type

    It is common for clients to want a list of their users by license type for cloud systems. There is no good way to provide this list to clients. The Product Overview page does not print in a way that delivers all of the page's content and in most cases clients would prefer a CSV export anyways. In the API there isn't a flag that I've found to indicate Named or Workflow seats, either, so not able to develop my own process to do this job.   7. email with all open tasks

    Kind of more of a luxury item but it still would be nice - The ability to set up a "daily digest" email. Users with open tasks get an email with their open tasks every morning. For users that don't log into DocuWare everyday.

  8. In Workflow Task Escalations add reroute in Out of office settings

    Using substitution rules is a hassle. Please just add a reroute option if the assigned user to a task is set to "out of office". This way a task can be reassigned easily directly in the Work Flow Designer.

  10. DATABASE LOOKUP

    This issue has been posted a lot of different ways but nothing has happened with it. I know Docuware has come up with their version of autoindexing and don't seem to understand why so many other softwares have standardize how it is done. You create a odbc connection and assign it to a data entry textbox. When someone keys a value and hits enter, it will populate all the other fields. This is the way it has always been done.   11. Provide different sort settings for keyword fields

    It seems to be the case, that if an MSSQL Database (DocuWare Cloud) is used, keyword field entries are automatically sorted in an alphabetical order after applying changes to them.
    This is not the case for MySQL Databases. Sometimes the order/sorting of the entered values are important for the customer or special use cases. It would be very nice to have possibilites to select how or if the entered values should be sort/ordered.

  12. the ability to link index fields on a form before the form is completed

    Sometimes there is already data in Docuware that should be visual on a form, I'm thinking of a work order, for example. If you could generate the form where the customer data or the work order is already filled in, then that is very clear to the user who then has to fill in the work order with, for example, the materials used or hours worked.
    Now you can only folder this after the form is linked back in Docuware.

  13. Pre-fill E-Form Values From An Existing DocuWare Record

    It would be very useful if I could right click on a record (from a search result) and click on something like "Send To E-Form", and have certain values on the E-Form to be auto populated from matching index values from the record I initiated the E-Form from. For example, a doctor creating a visit note for a patient does not want to re-key all of the patient information into the form during the visit. If the form could be auto populated based on an already existing record, the doctor will only have to fill in the relevant information pertaining…

  15. Stamps to use One Click Indexing

    Currently when a Stamp is used, one-click-indexing is not an option.

    Additionally the image is completely grayed out, making the image less accessible for seeing the data needed to fill in.

    Public Form protection from bots.

    Public Form is very useful but it gives us a bit of unease to use it. it would be super if there would be some security preventive measures that is in place to protect the system when the form is open to public

  17. Make it so we can download more than one document without it creating a zip.

    When downloading more than one document from DocuWare, we should have the option to download multiple at a time onto the desktop without it creating a zip file with separate folders for each document. It is a waste of time to then drag each one item out of their separate folders and save to the desktop or place in an email.

  18. allow signatures in workflows

    I have a long form that we use for enrollments with multiple merge forms. We would like to fill in the form ahead of time and then when the parent comes in review it and sign it. Unfortunately you can't sign a form signature box in a workflow.

  19. calculate rows in table fields in a workflow

    I have users that complete a spreadsheet for daily activities every month. Columns at the end of the row perform calculations on that row. For example calculating the number of times a kid was seen by a therapist. I would like to be able to use a table field and do the calculations in a workflow. My current work around is only available to those with a local or hybrid system and that is to create a view in local sql database and do the calculations in sql.
