  1. Create an Add-In for Outlook.live.com (web mail, Office365 etc)

    Working remotely isn't going away. Microsoft continues to push Office365 and has introduced a web-based desktop client. We need a way to store emails and attachments in DW when away from desk-top apps. Please create an Add-In for Outlook.

  2. Calculated text in forms

    It would be nice if we could have calculated text elements in forms. These elements would appear the same as a fixed text field but instead could be the result of a calculation much like we can with single line text elements.

    The benefit would be a more clean and elegant look. Placing data into read only single line text fields are ok but looks a little bit like an afterthought.

  3. set individual annotations

    Currently, the annotations don't work individually, when you add something is automatically merged with the document. I request this feature.

  5. Extra file cabinet colours

    Add a few extra cabinet colors over the standard Red, Green, Blue & Yellow.

    Maybe Pink, Brown, and Purple, or at least a couple extra. When you have a cabinet by department you quickly start to double up.

  8. Create an annotation function allowing a drawn shape (rectrangle for example) to hold text which could be used for searching related docs.

    Use Case: A cemetery needs to store cemetery and grave records. They are doing this with paper cards with subsets of cemetery lots. I would like the ability to scan a map as a document, and be able to draw individual grave locations on the map, similar to what they're doing on paper. I would like to be able to click on that annotation and store additional information, text at the very least, perhaps some index values from a store dialog. This would allow me to click on a areas of the map and see the related documents stored in…

  9. Automatic Indexing of invoices in XML format

    Automatic indexing of invoices in XML format.
    Either with Intelligent indexing (Intelligent indexing should be able to read the document properties to assign them to each field or table.) or in a workflow that can read the document properties and assign each property to a field. For example, you can create a loop to index all the lines of the invoice and at the end of the workflow the client has his invoice with all the fields indexed without having to do anything.

  10. Can we integrate the "Cloud Status" page of each customer to our CRM

    Hi, is it possible to integrate the "Cloud Status" page of each customer's to our CRM system so in just one click, we can see the status of our customer's system and their utilization rate.

  11. Notification

    We have the possibility to put a notification for
    :
    - the new documents
    - modified index fields

    But not for all the documents which would correspond to a filter at a time T.

    That's a shame.

    For example I cannot create a notification for all unsigned invoices which will return the same list every day as long as they are not signed...

    It would be so easy with this option!!!

    In order to have this possibility, we had to create a special cabinet, a Workflow and 2 Autoindexes... it's complicated for nothing.

  13. Global Workflow-Variables in JSON-Path Queries for Workflow Designer

    Make it possible to use workflow-variables in JsonPath to be able to filter Json-Results from webservices dynamically (like in arithmetic statements). At the moment you can only use index-values.

  14. Search on Forms Tab

    Please give us a spot to search for the form name on the Forms Tab. Being able to sort by name and save would also be helpful. For those of us with many forms, it can be really difficult to find the needed form on this tab.

  15. Select a table as required in a workflow task

    Currently you can mark fields of a table as required but it allows you to confirm the task without writing any fields, to avoid this you have to validate that the counter of a field in the table is greater than 0. It would be interesting if the tables in the workflow have an option as that table is required and the user has to fill data, thus avoiding having to configure additional validation.

  17. By default, the 'Store Dialog' corresponding to the intelligent indexing of the 'Document Tray' should always be the first in the drop-down

    By default, the 'Store Dialog' corresponding to the intelligent indexing of the 'Document Tray' should always be the first in the drop-down list that appears when the 'Store' button is clicked.
    This is to prevent the user who has several 'Document Tray' from having to search or even paginate when there are many.

  18. Document Tray custom columns (with Intelligent indexing)

    When intelligent indexing enabled for particular Document Tray, please let us select custom columns so we can use Filter / Sort.

    If the intelligent indexing knows the value, it should appear in the custom column.
    Example: invoice processing - intelligent indexing automatically indexes "Supplier name". I want to be able to see "Supplier name" column in Document Tray and be able to use filter / sort in this column.

  19. Start workflow if Regex match

    This could work with the field condition "Contains", so for example we could start the workflow if FIELD contains <Regex>. This would be great for filtering and it would improve workflow stability because only documents matching the regex definiton would initiate the workflow.

    Without this I must start the workflow for every document and then handle the condition logic inside the workflow.

  20. Different User Interface for View-Only Permission per User

    Hi, hope that we can have a separate user interface for users with view-only permission in DW. When a user has view-only permission, hope that we can hide the "Task", "Form", "Tray & "List" options in their user interface when they log in.
