By default, the 'Store Dialog' corresponding to the intelligent indexing of the 'Document Tray' should always be the first in the drop-down list that appears when the 'Store' button is clicked.
This is to prevent the user who has several 'Document Tray' from having to search or even paginate when there are many.3 votes -
Document Tray custom columns (with Intelligent indexing)
When intelligent indexing enabled for particular Document Tray, please let us select custom columns so we can use Filter / Sort.
If the intelligent indexing knows the value, it should appear in the custom column.
Example: invoice processing - intelligent indexing automatically indexes "Supplier name". I want to be able to see "Supplier name" column in Document Tray and be able to use filter / sort in this column.3 votes -
Start workflow if Regex match
This could work with the field condition "Contains", so for example we could start the workflow if FIELD contains <Regex>. This would be great for filtering and it would improve workflow stability because only documents matching the regex definiton would initiate the workflow.
Without this I must start the workflow for every document and then handle the condition logic inside the workflow.

Different User Interface for View-Only Permission per User
Hi, hope that we can have a separate user interface for users with view-only permission in DW. When a user has view-only permission, hope that we can hide the "Task", "Form", "Tray & "List" options in their user interface when they log in.

Add workflow version as system index
It would be very helpful for troubleshooting and reprocessing workflow items if the workflow version a document is currently in could be available as a searchable system index. The workflow version is available in the document history but only at a document level.

Add text formatting to workflow tasks
My users want to bold and italicize important text for emphasis within workflow tasks. We currently can't do this. I think adding support for HTML <b> and <i> tags in workflow task Text descriptions could be useful.

Create public link of document
A possibility to create a public link of document in the client, so you can easily and quickly share a document with a third party. Maybe also add a possibility for public link expiration date.

Fill keyword variable and/or table with REST response that contains an array
When using REST/POST to retrieve data from an external system the results frequently contain arrays of data. Allow the capture of the array data in to a keyword or table with the option to concatenate multiple properties of the into a single kw row. Currently if the result contains an array each item in the array or even each property of each item has to be manually mapped to a variable.

Case sensitivity in select lists
Select lists allow me control exactly what I want my users to input into fields when storing but there is no case sensitivity unless I add a field mask. If I check the box to force the user to only pull from a select list then the formatting should follow. Right now some one could enter ATL, atl, Atl, atL...ect.

Enable a workflow to be stopped following a change in metadata
Once a workflow has been started and a task has been created, the only ways to stop it are : Validation of this task by a user or a manual interruption by a workflow controller
It would be nice to be able to stop a workflow and cancel tasks automatically by changing the metadata.Customer needs may require it

Can a user be completely removed from DocuWare based on AD removal

Fill table from other sources that another tables ..
Currently you can only fill a table from data from another table ..
I would be a great idea if you could get data also from external sources ..
and from sources that are not table fields..Because you can still select which fields you want to use..

Document Status Color Indicator based on Field or Field Calculation
Have a color indicator that would show the document status based on a field of field calculation. In Example, Aging Analysis, SLA Risk, etc.

Flatten PDF with REST/.NET API
We can use DocumentAction to merge annotations on the Document. It would be nice if you could provide a method for Flattening all Form Fields on the Document. Right now we have to use 3rd party libraries to get this done.
For all readers: I am using Syncfusion - they have free commercial license for small companies.

Document Processing - Auto Selection Groups
Right now if we set a Document Processing instance to be automatically selected then processes that use this function have to be evaluated against the full set of templates set for automatic recognition. It would be very useful to be able to create groups of automatic processing templates. Let's say that you have three templates that perhaps a PO might use. Then you might have four that a Sales Order might use. If you could group them then you could have a PO template that triggers on the same values that the Sales Order template would trigger on, but by…

Allow access to cookies when making a REST request
When making a connection to a REST service, allow access to the cookies both when making the request and from the response. There are web services (ie Docuware) that use auth cookies that are sent to the client that need to be included when making further requests.

Enhance the Overview Pane
In the Overview pane, when the items are showing in the overview, as you move past them, they will say “Page1.1” and so on but people easily get distracted or are interrupted and lose their place. (Me, I’m people. Lol)
I would like the item I am physically on to light up indicating where I am/left off. Perhaps outline in a thick color to stand out or highlight that exact page.
Also, say if I am in Overview, 3rd item down being Page 3.1, instead of having to scroll up to the tools I would like to right click what…
