Danke für Ihr Feedback. Die Entscheidung, diese Funktion initial nicht zu realisieren wurde bewusst so getroffen, um eine funktionale Abgrenzung zwischen einem Request ggü. einem vollwertigen DocuWare System zu haben. Wir denken aber momentan über die Umsetzung der Funktion nach und werden den Status hier entsprechend aktualisieren.

A tool that shows the current license usage will become available with 6.7. For this version a releasing of licences will not be possible yet. This is a reasonable potential future improvement.

Vielen Dank für Ihren Vorschlag. Für die standardmäßige Einführung des [Kein Index]-Ordners wurde aufgrund der besseren Übersichtlichkeit und der positiven Auswirkungen auf die Ladezeit entschieden. Die Ordner mit Sonderzeichen sollten jedoch auftauchen, wobei die Sonderzeichen nun standardmäßig durch einen Unterstrich ersetzt werden.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Idee, Herr Mössner. Wir denken bereits über die Umsetzung einer solchen Offline-Funktionalität nach, jedoch wollen wir diese nicht in Request anbieten sondern diese im Windows Explorer Client bereitstellen.

Hello Mr. Malherbe and thank you for your idea. Could you please tell me if your problem is the missing deskewing of a skewed document or is it that you want to crop a document and keep only a certain area of it, both directly in the web basket? How do the documents get into the web basket in the first place? We have an auto-deskew and auto-rotate function in our DocuWare Desktop Scan app, which you could use in case of using a Desktop scanner.

Hello Cesar and thank you for your idea. Am I right assuming that you mean a tool in the document viewer that allows to black out certain areas of a document (Text and/or stamps, annotations). Would you mind if I changed the wording of your idea a bit?

Hello Mr. Kackley. Thanks for the idea- very nicely illustrated. I can see where this becomes tedious when working with a large batch of documents. Let's see what the other users on here think about it.

Hallo und vielen Dank für Ihren Vorschlag. Hierfür gibt es einen Workaround: Es ist bereits jetzt schon möglich die Suchergebnisliste in eine csv-Datei zu exportieren. Wird diese Datei dann mit z.B. Excel geöffnet, kann sie darüber problemlos gedruckt werden.

Thank you for your interesting idea. We will have to wait and see how many other customers would beneift from a fulltext search in the WEC. Do you only need a field to search the fulltext or would you also like to search for documents via a complete search dialog with all its fields?

Dear Mr. Rodriguez, thank you a lot for your idea. Are you thinking about only doing this for green documents? Does this depend on the source of the documents, too or would you like to store all green documents that arrive in a Intelligent Indexing enabled basket automatically in the background?

Vielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Die Anzahl der Dokumente einer Aufgabenliste wird in einer nächsten Version mit angezeigt werden. Könnten Sie mir bitte noch mitteilen, an welcher Stelle Sie die Anzahl der verlinkten Dokumente erwarten würden. Wäre es für Sie und den Arbeitsschritt effizient, diese Anzahl beim rechtsklick auf ein bestimmtes Dokument im Kontextmenü angezeigt zu bekommen?

Das war unser Gedanke: Hat ein Mitarbeiter eine Farbsehschwäche, kann er anhand des Füllstandes trotzdem ausmachen, wie sicher sich der Dienst bei den vorgeschlagenen Werten ist.
