   The DW Web client integrated Viewer does not support or support poorly some formats. For instance SolidWorks, AutoCad and other formats for drawings to name a few. For such format it would be more than helpful to be able to start a third party viewer from DocuWare. Using the edit function to start such viewer is cumbersome and does not work with Readonly license.
