An error occurred while saving the comment Eric Bosworth commentedI just had a workflow crash because in addition to not having the ability send a mail message to a list there is also an issue of a max 50 iterations in a loop if you are using the cloud. I wouldn't need to do more than 50 iterations of a loop if I could send a mail message to a list of addresses.
An error occurred while saving the comment Eric Bosworth commentedA little background as to why this is important. Depending on your cell service provider, I know at&t and Verizon are @txt.att.net and @vtext.com respectively but all carriers have this capability if you send an email message to the 10 digit phone number @ providers domain name it will be delivered as a text message. That makes it easy to have docuware send emergancy text notifications to everybody in the agency that signs up for the service. Having said that your mail administrator will probably go crazy sending a few hundred 1 line mail messages as opposed to 1 message to a few hundred recipients. That is why it might be a good idea to make this a priority.

I did find a slight work around but it was still a major pain. I created determined the latest docid and then in my table with all of the kids generic information I created a column with the docid starting with 1 greater than the current highest docid. Then I have the form that I just leave blank and have it go back to the form after submission. Then I just have a workflow match the docid up with the docid in the table with the kids and pull in all of the generic demographics data. Then I just have to keep hitting submit all the time but at least I don't have to enter any data. It would still be nice if I could just import the data and create all of the blank forms.
