    It would be helpful if there were a comments section in workflow activities similar to what is in auto index configs for documenting what each activity is doing. The activity name is limited.

    I agree with Tony. Our clients often have the need to extract select pages from a document and send them to different entities. The process of copying the file to the tray and unstapling or unclipping is very clicky. This feature is standard in most document management systems.
