  1. I suggest a Copy function.

    Copy elements and/or copy the whole workflow. Maybe an export/ import?

    Provide the Possibility of changing the color of the step boxes to be able to differentiate them better from one another

    I have three accounts with very similar scope and workflow. I want to use the last one as a template so I can save time building this.

    You should be able to group workflows by company or department

    You should also be able to mark a workflow "complete" after it has been setup in DocuWare

  9. I suggest adding the ability to move multiple tasks around the workspace as a group

    When using the tool to brainstorm process leaning, it would be great if we could grab the tasks as a group and then move them around in the workspace.

  10. Offer Possibility of Renaming Start and End Button

    The labeling of the Start and End button doesn´t fit to some processes. It would be useful if there would a possibility to change the naming these items.

  11. Share-Information and folder structure in overview list

    We have about 80 different processes for 16 different companies in our process planner list. It would be really helpful to group them and also to see in the list overview who the process maps were shared with.

    Appears you are limited to 6 steps. Is there any reason for this? In my scenario I needed one more step.

    Adding additional color options for the legend to allow for more than 5 different responsible areas.

  16. I suggest more flexibility with decision text

    Right now the initial decision between steps does not allow for a description, also if you create additional decisions, you are not able to decide which decision has a text description etc.

  17. There is no save button and keep losing my work.

    I have tried importing the document just in case but that did not help...

  18. A list of plans, shared with me

    If a plan was shred with me, this one should be shown in a separate area. An I should be able to "register" a plan, where I only got a link but was not shared to my account.

  19. Text handling of the Descriptions at Steps needs to be improved

    The space for more detailed information in the description box of a step is not enough. There should be offered a possibility to display the entire text and not just the abbreviated one.
