Sort out the loading page for document trays in configurations
This is a cloud issue. We have a lot of document trays and 9/10 times when I open the document trays page in configurations it doesn't properly load requiring me to refresh several times until can finally scroll through them.
The load times for them is too slow.

Update the status of the cloud more frequently
The product overview page is not updated frequently enough for us. It should be updated more frequently than it currently is. We basically have to guess how much storage we are using most of the time.

DocuWare Cloud FTP compatibility with Xerox Versalink
DocuWare Cloud FTP compatibility with Xerox Versalink. With Xerox now selling/supporting more of these devices and with more and more customers going to DocuWare Cloud this compatibility is going to be key.

In versions 5 when it was digitized with electronic certificate a symbol was shown in the display.

The client can not distinguish documents with certificates from those that do not.1 voteThank you for your idea. We added it to our collection of ideas and features and will further investigate it. We currently cannot say exactly when this idea will be implemented. As soon as we have more information we will update its status.
