Watermarking of documents
Would like the possibility of setting DocuWare so any/chosen documents that are downloaded/printed/emailed contain a customisable watermark with the companies name/logo

Herunterladen nicht als .zip
Hallo,
wenn man aus dem Briefkorb oder Archiv mehrere Dokumente herunterladen möchte, werden diese immer als .zip gepackt und gespeichert. Hier sollte es eine Möglichkeit geben, alle Dokumente einzeln zu speichern. Das funktioniert mit Senden ja auch. Beim Senden könnte man dann die Auswahl als .zip hinzufügen.

Ability to disable printing without annotations
We want to limit our users to only print documents as PDF with annotations.
or Send only as PDF with annotations.
When we originally set up docuware we were printing our payable checks into docuware then sending the images to a check printer.
We never dreamed the image would be so clear that the same check can be reprinted to the check printer multiple times from docuware with possible "Fraud" issues.
We added a non-negotiable image to the checks (after the discovery)
which corrects the issue going forward.

Have csv file output from DocuWare with keyword index field data entries
keyword values are not listed in CSV file output and these entries are lost in this report.

Print DocuWare User Name on Printed Document
it would be great if we have an option in the result list function to print document with users name.
when the user want to print document after searching an option to print document with his /her name on it.

Give the ability to drag and drop from the results list into an email
When I get emails asking for documents I don't want to have to start a new email chain to be able to email someone a document. I would like to be able to pick a document from the results list and drag and drop into an existing email chain.

Make it so we can download more than one document without it creating a zip.
When downloading more than one document from DocuWare, we should have the option to download multiple at a time onto the desktop without it creating a zip file with separate folders for each document. It is a waste of time to then drag each one item out of their separate folders and save to the desktop or place in an email.

Allow export to CSV of only selected documents, in addition to "Entire Result List" or "Current Page". Sometimes users need to export random records from a result list that can not be isolated with a search query.

Use File Name during Edit the same way as in Download
The name of the file exported from DocuWare should be consistent whether using Download, Send, or Edit.
Currently, when I select to edit a document, it opens the originally stored file name. However, selecting Send or Download will result in the document name / file name defined by the index.
This can cause confusion if you have several documents that are copies of a template document even though their document name is different, the file name used during "Edit" remains the original.

Hinzufügen von Informationen (Wasserzeichen/Signatur/Stempel) beim Export/Druck/Versand
Guten Tag,
es wäre schön, wenn man beim Export, Versand per Mail, Druck, Download aus DocuWare dem jeweiligen Dokument ein Wasserzeichen/Signatur/Stempel aufdrucken könnte.
Diese Information sollte sich z.B. aus Metadatenfeldern (z.B. DocID, Datum...) sowie statischen Informationen (Freitext, Export-User) zusammensetzen können.So kann man ein bereits abgelegtes, aber sich im (externen) Umlauf befindliches Dokument identifizieren und den Exporteur nachvollziehen.
(Wenn z.B. Dokumente an externe Dritte geschickt werden müssen, die kein DW Zugriff haben).Vielen Dank und viele Grüße

Allow attachments that are sent to outlook from web client to be copy/pasted into another active email thread without having to save locally
In outlook, you can copy/paste attachments from 1 open email thread to another without saving locally first. When sending attachments to outlook via the web client, all other outlook windows are locked (disabled), forcing you to save the attachments locally before moving them to various other emails.

If triggering a new mail from outside of Outlook there is no possibility to copy and paste attachments. Try this with the windows functionality of “Send to email” from the Windows Explorer.

"E-Mail senden" mit mehr Funktionen versehen
Die Funktionalität "E-Mail senden" in Listen und Ergebnislisten sollte mit mehr Möglichkeiten versehen werden, welche idealerweise je Liste oder je Archiv konfiguriert werden können.
Wünschenswerte wären bspw. folgende Möglichkeiten:
- Hinterlegen einer Signatur je Nutzer
- voreingestellte Hinterlegung von CC oder BCC
- vordefinierter Betreff, mit der Möglichkeit Indexfelder als Platzhalter zu verwenden
- Standard E-Mail Body vorgeben, mit der Möglichkeit Indexfelder als Platzhalter zu verwenden7 votes -
DocuWare Request - Datumsformat wie in WebClient
Beim Erstellen von DocuWare Requests bemänglen die Kunden immer mehr, dass die Datumseingabe sehr mühsam ist. Im WebClient wird das Datumsformat wie eingestellt als dd.MM.yyyy angezeigt. Wenn ein Request erstellt wird, dann muss das Datum im Format MM/dd/yyyy eingegeben werden. Der Request sollte so aufbereitet werden, wie in den Benutzereinstellungen im WebClient vom Ersteller hinterlegt sind.

Erste Seiten Drucken aus Ergebnisliste
Wir müssen oft aus einer Zeitraum selektierten Ergebnisliste die erste Seite Pro Dokument drucken. Bei über 100 Ergebnissen ist es sehr mühselig pro Ergebnis "Drucken" --> "Seiten: 1" --> Drucken zu klicken. Zu Tiff Zeiten war es sehr einfach über die Ergebnisliste im alten Client machbar.
7 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Im Augenblick konzentrieren wir uns auf andere Themen, deshalb planen wir diese Idee nicht für zukünftige Veröffentlichungen. Wenn die Nachfrage nach diesem Thema steigt, werden wir diese Idee eventuell wieder aufgreifen.

I suggest that you allow specifying a password in the configuration settings of Request that is requested when it the resulting zip is extracted.

Druckbereich auswählen (Seite von bis)
Es wäre schön, wenn man beim Drucken aus DocuWare nicht nur das gesamte Dokument oder nur die angezeigte Seite drucken könnte, sondern auch einen Druckbereich auswählen könnte.
Ala drucke mir Seite 5-9 aus insgesamt 15 Seiten auswählbar im Client und nicht über Umwege.

Option to auto rename a document's filename to select index criteria, when downloading or emailing from system
When downloading or emailing a document the ability to name the file as the index criteria or elements of it would be nice.
PDFs export out as the filename which is normally a unique number or MFD number. These have to then be renamed outside of the system.
it would be nice to have an option to auto-rename the files by selected fields.6 votes -
DocuWare Request - Anzeige für hochauflösende Displays
Die Notebooks und Computer weisen heutzutage immer höhere Auflösungen auf. Wenn auf einem solchen Endgerät ein Request-Programm von DocuWare gestartet wird, dann sind die Suchdialoge und die Bedienelemente kaum sichtbar.
DocuWare hinkt da total hinterher und MUSS dies umgehend anpassen.

Split the print and save security
Split the security for printing and saving within the exporting control. Our company must print the latest technical documentation to deliver with the final product but would like to block the ability for employees to save the content to their local drives.

Printing is always done by converting the document to PDF, and opening in a PDF viewer for printing. Technically the user has now the PDF file and can save it by himself. Right splitting would result in no difference. -
Print/Download without annotations
When you print or download a document it should be possible to only give the user one option with annotations. For example: Users should be only allowed to download/print documents WITH annotations so they can't even see the option to print/download without annotations.
