  1. Allow for direct File Cabinet Storage after data extraction.

    We would like for automation of storing the document all the way to the file cabinet after Intelligent Indexing completes the data extraction.

    You can access full text status in the admin tool. Give the ability to see a list of cabinet status in one view with a % of file cabinet that has been indexed.

  3. Intelligent Indexing & Select Lists

    Intelligent Indexing and Select Lists needs to be linked in some way.

    Currently when using intelligent indexing with something like Supplier Name as a select List only field it will pick up the customer name from the invoice but not match this name to the name in the select list. This then stops us from being able to store the document automatically.

    If the field is a select list only field, some way on linking the customer names to what Intel Index finds would be great.

  4. Send email to the partner contact when 80% of the Intelling credit is reached

    Right now only the customer contact receives an English message when 80% of Intelligent Indexing credit is used

    The message should be in the langage configured in the portal and more important a copy should be send to the partner. So the partner could act before 100% of the limit is reached.

  5. Zoom to intelligent index zone

    Similar to many capture products Intelligent Indexing should have a configurable option to "zoom to zone" so that when the user is focused on a certain field (say the Invoice Number) the document viewer will zoom into that highlighted location on the document. This helps achieve a quicker review of the document. An example of this is attached.

  6. I suggest to extend the color indicators by fill levels

    Documents and index fields are marked with a color indicator that is either gree, yellow or red. This color represents how confident the service is for a proposed index value.

    The color green actually represents a confidence range between 75% and 100% - there is no difference visible: 76% as well as 95% result in a green indicator.

    The idea is to extend the color indicators by fill levels (as known i.e. from the battery status of a mobile phone), which would allow to distinguish the originating confidence between same-colored index fields and/or documents.

  7. intelligent indexing field filter - add option to use Local Data Connector for dynamic lists

    Currently you need to use a text file to update the Vendor field filter. Every time a new Vendor is added a new file needs to be uploaded. If you add the ability to use Local Data Connector this will update automatically.

    Add the ability for Intelligent Indexing to interpret ordinal indicators in date indexes i.e. 1st January 2021 (st not recognised).

  9. Intelligent Indexing and Colour Blindnees

    I have a client that has red-green colour blindness which affects 8% of the male population. This makes Intelligent Indexing difficult as he can not tell which documents have been successfully indexed.
    I propose a graphical representation of the indexing status such as a letter to represent the status i.e. G, Y or R. This will also have a benefit as you be able to sort the documents by indexing status.

  10. Utilize one of the Intelligent Index fields to name the documents in the tray

    Many documents land in the tray to be indexed but sorting through them to find a specific document would be simplified if one of the Intelligent Indexing fields was displayed as the doc name.

  11. intelligent index work with keyword field

    It would be nice to have Intelligent Indexing work with Keyword fields the same way it works with Table fields.

    Example: I have packing slips with multiple PO numbers that needs to be populated in a Keyword field. I am using a keyword field instead of a table so i can link by that field in Document Relations.

  12. Intelligent Indexing or Document Processing on Documents Stored from Email

    When email watch folder is connected to DocuWare you can store to a tray or cabinet. From the connection you can ONLY index the document based on email properties (TO, FROM, TIME, SUBJECT, ETC)

    I have standard format emails with the data I need in the emails I would like the ability to store directly to the file cabinet to trigger the workflow with a document that is fully indexed.

    This could also be accomplished by allowing processing configurations to index emails.

    As of now, the only way this is sorta possible is if it goes to the tray and…

  13. Vote system for intelligent indexing

    A nice feature would be the ability to Vote Thumbs Up or Down on a Repeat Intelligent Indexing result.

    As I understand it, currently there is no way to reset or change intelligent indexing results on the cloud. This would be a good way to provide instant feed back and possibly reset field values to original results and try a different template on the next run?

  15. Intelligent indexing and colour blindness

    14% of the Spanish population suffers from colour blindness (about 3.7 million Spaniards according to other sources, and an estimated 8% of the world's population).

    This is no small number. By extrapolation, 14% of Spanish Docuware users live with this problem. It would not be unreasonable to think that a customisation of colours would benefit and please many Docuware users.

    That is why we propose an improvement: From 'Profile and Settings' the user can customise the red, yellow and green colours that are presented in the current interface.

  16. Create alternative color scheme for Intelligent Indexing so Color Blind users can use module more effectively

    Color blind users have reported difficulties see the color scheme when using this module. Currently DocuWare has no feature that helps it's color blind users identify the color scheme for intelligent indexing.

  17. Ability to use Intelligent Indexing on invoices with multiple line item layouts on one invoice

    Good that Intelligent Indexing can also populate line item tables. However, it only recognises simple line item tables on invoices. It does not recognise lines on the same invoice that have a different layout. Some invoices have 2 or 3 different line layouts on one invoice. I have examples available upon request.
    Intelligent Indexing does not learn from processing these invoices either, i just learn one of the layouts. Please enhance intellingent Indexing to recognise multiple line item layouts on one invoice.

  18. Start applying the Amharic Language in our Docuware OCR Engine

    We are currently applying on a big Ethiopian Tender. If we win it then we will be the first DMS suplier in that country and will be opening a gateway to a big potential market in Africa. The Amheric language is required in our OCR engine to win that bid.

  19. Intelligent Indexing Expand Into Checks

    As intelligent indexing is essentially only available on vendor invoices, it would seem the logical next place to allow for intelligent indexing would be customer checks.
    Reading a check number and customer name would be desirable, along of course with the auto-identification of the document type of check.
