Allow a form with multiple merge forms to export only 1 of the merge forms.
I have a form with multiple merge forms. I can use onbording as a good example. The onboarding form sets up direct deposit and the w4 tax from. However, direct deposit and w4 tax withholdings may be changed later. It would be nice if I could export just the direct deposit or the w4 portions to create new forms just to complete those forms.

PDF-Vorschau von Formularen
Wir verwenden Formulare um z.B. Transportaufträge, Bestellungen, Abholaufräge etc. zu erstellen. Es wäre klasse wenn es die Möglichkeit geben würde das Formular vor Übermittlung bereits als pdf-Vorschau (also so wie es nach der Übermittlung dann ja auch im Archiv ist) sehen zu können. Dann könnten Fehler direkt beseitigt oder das Layout (z.B. eine oder zwei Seiten) angepasst werden, da das nach dem Absenden ja nicht mehr möglich ist.

Provide the ability to sort merge forms
I would like the ability to provide a sort order for merge forms. I have a form that filles out 15 merge forms. I have a workflow that then copies them all to a new document and gives a task to somebody to look at them all to make sure there are no errors. If I could give Docuware a store order so that the document ID numbers were in the correct order I wouldn't need to add another index field to use to sort them.

Make a way to change a form from using a text box to a dropdown without having to change all of the merge forms and merge form indexes
I have an enrollment form that I created over a year ago that now needs updating. When I created the form I had no previous data. Now I have data from applications that can pre-fill a lot of the demographics information. So I created a multi-column select list with that information. The problem I have now is that for each field I have to update indexes and merge form fields to match the new dropdown fields. It would be nice if I could click on a text field and say convert to dropdown and not have to change all of…

Add another or modify the 'fixed element' image field type to allow for an end user to upload a digital image of their signature
You currently have the ability to 'sign' forms or to send a form for signature through a signing service. What would be nice is to have the ability to put an 'image field' on a form where a person filling out the form could upload a digital copy of their signature which could be applied as their signature on that form when they don't like using the 'signature' field to try to sign from a computer and the customer does not use a signing service like DocuSign... Add the posibilty to fill keyword fields (German Stichwortfeld) via forms
When indexing documents via forms, I can only populate a keyword field (not sure about the correct English term for the German "Stichwortfeld") with content from a single text field. Please provide the option to combine content from multiple text fields into one keyword field, or—ideally—allow keyword fields directly in the form.

Revision History for Forms
Version history for forms similar to the workflows on the Workflow Designer Desktop app. Having a built in revision history would help keep track of changes made to forms.

Ich schlage vor, dass der Versand von Dokumenten an mehrere Mailadressen gleichzeitig möglich sein sollte.
Ich schlage vor, dass beim Dokumentenversand (beim Versand von ausgefüllten Formularen, wie Ausgangsaufträgen o. ä.), wie in einem normalen Mailprogramm, mehrere Mailadressen getrennt durch Semikolon eingegeben werden können und der Versand des Dokuments per Mail dementsprechend parallel an mehrere Mailadressen erfolgen kann.

Sicherheit von Formularen erhöhen
Standardmäßig werden Formularlinks in DocuWare als einfache, unverschlüsselte URLs bereitgestellt. Aktuell gibt es keine native Möglichkeit, den eigentlichen Formularlink zu verschlüsseln oder sicherer zu gestalten.
Für eine höhere Sicherheitsstufe wäre es daher sinnvoll, folgende Funktionen zu ergänzen:Verschlüsselter Formularlink
Möglichkeit, den Link zum Formular – z. B. über den DocuWare URL Creator – automatisch zu verschlüsseln.Option für automatische Ablaufzeit
Zeitlich begrenzte Gültigkeit von Formularlinks, z. B. nach 24 oder 48 Stunden.Passwortauthentifizierung
Zusätzliche Schutzschicht, bevor das Formular geöffnet werden kann.Automatische Deaktivierung nach Einreichung

Tabelleneinträge der Webformulare auf Formularvorlagen übertragen
Wir brauchen die Möglichkeit, die Tabelleneinträge der Webformulare auch auf die Formularvorlagen drucken zu können. Wir arbeiten oft mit mehreren Formularvorlagen, die basierend auf einem Onlineformular ausgefüllt werden. Leider kann man die Tabelleneinträge nur als Index speichern, aber nicht die PDF Vorlagen damit befüllen. Es wäre schön, wenn es eine Lösung dafür geben würde.

Erweiterung der Webformular verarbeitung
Es fehlt die Möglichkeit mehrere Eingabefelder (Text) in einem Indexfeld / Stichwortliste zusammenzufassen. Aktuell habe ich das Problem mit Formularen mit Teilnehmerlisten. Hier wird in einem Formular der Name eingetragen und in einem zweiten Feld unterschrieben. Ich möchte jedoch nicht für jedes Teilnehmerfeld ein eigenes Indexfeld anlegen, auch damit die Suche nach Teilnehmern (interne Schulungen) über den Suchdialug einfach von statten geht.
Über die Dokumentenverwaltung funktioniert dieses Prinzip problemlos. Hier haben wir die Verarbeitung schon länger im Einsatz. Nun wollen wir dieses Formular (Word / PDF) nicht jedes mal vorausfüllen, ausdrucken, unterschreiben und wieder einscannen.

Allow Web Form Fields Data for Drop Down lists to be duplicated automatically
It would be great to be able to use an external select list that can be connected to more than one file cabinet to pull/filter data. Eg. I choose an Employee number that pre-populates other drop down lists based on the data in an employee file cabinet but I also want to be able to filter data from another file cabinet eg. their employee number links to a record and I want to filter the data in that file cabinet to prepopulate/filter the data for other drop down fields attached to this select list.

form validation
Currently, I cannot use validation with drop down lists to compare with another drop down list. These drop down down fields are conneced to multi-column select lists and filter each other. You can for standard fields but not drop down lists. FOr example, I have a customer who selects a town and then selects a key. They will do this a few times on one web form. I want to validate that each key number on the web form is unique but that isn't possible for drop down lists. Please look into offering this. It would be a great feature…

SSO for Form
Would like to have the ability to build a form for SSO, that can be for Private use, and still track the user who filled out the form based on login name.
An example. make an HR form that gets sent company wide, the employee clicks on the form, and it auto logs them in. They fill out the form, and then click submit. the form has a field that shows who was logged in when the form was filled out. This prevents me from filling out the form as John, or proves that John did not fill out the…

Add validation to dates on DocuWare forms.
Add calculations and validation for date fields.
I.E - conditional options for when a date has been selected which is more than 2 weeks away.
I know this is available in workflow, but this would be very useful in forms.

Table Field available in Merge Forms
We would like to have the option of adding Table field from the Form Designer in Merge form. Or the system should be able to use both Web form and Merge form option in case the above request is not possible.

Add more advanced calulations with If Statements

We should be able to have if statments in Arithmetic Calculations. Ex: I have a Home Miles box that should be subtracted from Total Miles when the person went from Home to a location or went to Home from a location.
I know this can probably be done in Workflow but we really would like to calculate from the form itself.
