Reprint output PDF after index modification
It would be good to have the form reprinted in PDF after a modification from 'Modiiay index' dialog in search results.
The new entry would be a new version of the document or replace it as per the cabinet settings1 vote -
Increase column limit for Tables in DocuWare Forms
Currently, the Table item in DocuWare Forms can only support up to 12 columns per item. This can be inconvenient when an existing file cabinet has a table field with more than that number of columns.

concatenate form fields in indexes and merge fields
There is another post for date calculations in forms that is also important but my problem is that I am trying to idiot proof my forms because people can't seem to enter the date correctly. I realize that this is a PEBCAK (problem exists between chair and keyboard) problem but my fix to it is that I index the day of birth with a select list of 31, the month of birth with a select list of 12 and a year of birth. Then in a workflow I put them all together as a date. It is a bit obnoxious.…

Adapt the zoom of the attached picture of a form
Zooming 100% a form shows the entire document while the same zoom % shows only a detail of the picture that is attached to this form.
Could it be possible to adapt the picture view?1 vote -
adjust required coverage on signatures
When a signature field is marked as required, all it takes is a single dot in the signature area to satisfy the requirement. It would be great to have a 'coverage area' slider or parameter in the configuration section to allow for adjustment in either pixels or percent coverage. For example 10 pixels is not enough for a valid signature but 200 could be.

add Filter by Field(s) in the Table in the form
sur les tableaux il est fortement souhaité de rajouter l'option de filtre d'une colonne de type liste par rapport à une autre colonne du même type. et l'idéal est de prendre en considération la possibilité d'avoir deux sources différentes pour les listes des deux colonnes.

Externe können Web-Formular nur ausfüllen, wenn sie eine personenbezogene ID eingeben
Hallo DocuWare Team
folgendes Szenario wäre klasse, wenn dies via Web-Formular umgesetzt werden könnte:
Externe Personen, die keinen Zugriff auf DocuWare haben, sollen an einer Umfrage teilnehmen. Im Web-Formular dürfen allerdings nur Personen teilnehmen, die in einem vorgesehenen Textfeld eine individuelle Zeichkette eintippen (Per Brief wird der personenbezogende Code (ID) vorher an die Teilnehmer gesendet).
Nun wäre es klasse, wenn der Wert vor dem Absenden des Formulars auf Gültigkeit geprüft wird (also ob es den eingetragenen Wert in einer Datenbank gibt).

Öffentliche Formulare nach der Übermittlung mit PDF und Indexdaten per Mail senden
ich stehe vor einer Herausforderung: Nachdem ein Benutzer ein öffentliches Formular ausgefüllt und übermittelt hat, möchte ich dieses Formular automatisch als PDF-Anhang per E-Mail versenden. Zusätzlich wäre es ideal, wenn die im Formular eingegebenen Daten auch als Indexeinträge im Anhang verfügbar wären (z.B. im Format .dwx, .csv, .xml oder ähnliches). Der Hintergrund ist, dass ich diese Daten in ein anderes System übertragen möchte.
Einige zusätzliche Informationen:
Der Benutzer, der das Formular ausfüllt, hat eine E-Mail-Adresse hinterlegt.
SMTP ist bereits konfiguriert.
Die derzeitigen Benachrichtigungen, die bei neuen Formularen im Archiv versendet werden, enthalten nur einen Link zum Dokument in DocuWare und…1 vote -
Not Enough Text space on form for our Large quotes
There is not enough space in the text for our customers large quotes and Tenders, Their Clients do not like the scroll down bar. When printing it cuts off. There should be an option to add extra pages, or be notified there is not enough room in the text page and text will be lost when printing.

inaktive Webformulare mit persönlicher Nachricht
Wenn das Formular wegen z.B. Überarbeitung nicht aktiv gesetzt wird, wäre eine individuelle Nachricht für die Anwender hilfreich. Derzeit wird nur OOPS, die Seite ist nicht erreichbar angezeigt

Turn off forms tab in web client
I would love the option to turn off the forms tab in the web client. It's honestly quite confusing and inefficient since it shows every from published or not. We do not create forms for everyone to use and employees often fill out the wrong form or can't find what they're looking for. We also have an intranet site where we publish form links.

Formulare aufteilen in mehrere Schritte
Bei besonders langen und komplexen Formularen ist es erforderlich der Übersichtlichkeit diese in kleineren Schritten auszufüllen. Jetzt kann ich nur bestimmte Elemente durch Feldverhalten ausblenden. Ich dachte vielmehr an einen Block mit Stammdaten, danach weitere Details etc.

Have option to auto set focus on first field
This would assist the filling in of a form as the first field would be ready to receive data rather than having to type a Tab key or click on it.

Auto Fill fields by using multi-coloumn Auswahllisten
Scenario:
4 Entry Fields in Form - three mandatory, one optional. Optional can be filled by choosing en entry from multi-coloumn Auswahlliste.-> Fill the three mandatory fields with other entries from the Auswahlliste, when non-mandatory field is picked by user.
Example:
Public form to drop a onsite report.
Customer, Customer No. and Onsite Order Number are mandatory, transaction no. is optional.
Transaction No. is linked with the other information in an Auswahlliste.User can now manually enter the three mandatory infos, or by entering the correct Transaction No, the fields are autofilled.

Use attached files in form to fill out form fields
When attaching a structured file to a form, it would be great if we could use the data from the file to fill out fields of the form in order to speed up the indexing process. This could work the same as the import features from a folder where you need to include identification rules, anchors and the specific part of the document where the data needs to be extracted.

Have an option to move the Submit button to the right side of the form
It would be great if we had the option to move the submit button to the right-hand side of the form. Right now the submit button is placed on the bottom left of the form. Most users look to the bottom right of the screen when they want to click submit, so having the form on the bottom left makes it extra work for users to do to locate the button.

automatically advance to the another field when a barcode is scanned in forms.
I have a form for inventory disposal. It has fields for asset control numbers. The asset control tags have barcodes but when I scan them the curser remains in the fields where I scanned the code. It would be nice if I could scan the barcode and have it advance to the next field.

Allow select lists to be used for check box/multiple choice in forms
I have forms that use checkbox fields. But I would like to be able to use a dynamic list for the checkbox items. An example of this is class lists for attendance. When a kid enrolls or drops I would like to be able to use the student record information to change the attendance form automatically.

Assign alternate web form field to a file cabinet index field when storing to the cabinet
I am using multiple optional form fields to collect document index data dynamically through form behaviors. It would be nice to write form field 2 data to the document index if field 1 is empty.
This would be like assigning multiple OCR zones to a single index field in Document Processing.

Ability to add .msg files to Form
Ability to add/attach .msg files to Form
Currently receiving this error message when we try to attach an email to a published Form:
"Invalid attached file type. Supported file types are .pdf,.doc,.docx,.jpg,.jpeg,.gif,.png,.bmp,.tif,.psd,.xls,.xlsx,.txt,.mp3,.mp4,.aac,.wav,.wmv,.avi,.mpg,.mpeg,.zip."
