In Forms sollte es möglich sein das mehrere Personen EIN Formular hintereinander ausfüllen können
In vielen Fällen füllt nicht eine Person das gesamte Formular aus, sondern vielleicht nur ein drittel. Danach wandert das Formular zur nächsten Abteilung, und letztlich zur letzten Abteilung. So ein Feature wäre sehr hilfreich, habe einige Projekte wo so etwas

URL integration to allow the pre-population of an Eform
Ability to a customer to convert their pre-printed forms into digital forms but not have to manually capture all of the field information when it is already available from a 3rd party data source.

Create barcode in forms merge
It would be helpful to be able to generate a 2D barcode which combines multiple index values while generating a PDF form from a web form. This way you could embed all the index values into a single barcode for simple index capture if the form needs to be printed and re-scanned.

DocuWare Forms vorausfüllen von Formularen via URL Prefix
Derzeit muss jedes Formular manuell vom User ausgefüllt werden. Einige Daten könnte man aber z.B vorab über einen URL Prefix aus dem Workflow mitgeben, damit z.B. Personalnummer oder andere Daten die bereits in einem Workflow vorliegen im Formular ausgefüllt werden. Dabei könnte man innerhalb des Workflows die jeweilige URL die man Entweder als Teil der Aufgabe ausgibt oder per Mailversendet entsprechend dynamisch bauen:

Als Ansteuerung könnte man ja die eindeutigen Feld IDs aus der Forms Konfig verwenden.

Pro Benutzer Einträge in Formularfelder speichern
Als User muss ich ein Formular immer wieder ausfüllen (z.B. für Purchase Requisition). In die meisten Felder muss ich immer wieder die gleichen Dinge eintragen. Diese würde ich gerne speichern/hinterlegen können, um das Formular schneller füllen zu können.
Dann könnte ich dieses "Preset" laden und nur noch die restlichen wenigen Felder spezifisch ausfüllen.26 votesYour idea has been added to our backlog. We are now further investigating the idea.

Show where missing required field is on the form, not just at the bottom, above the Submit button
You show users that fields are required above the Submit button, but for long forms, it is often difficult for users to find that ONE field that is still required but missing.
Can we have an option to have the field area around the required field be highlighted (red border, yellow background, etc.)?

Parameter in DW Form übergeben um Felder vorab auszufüllen
Hallo,
ich möchte gerne einen Vorschlag zum Thema DocuWare Forms einreichen. Es geht darum, dass es möglich seine sollte Parameter im Rahmen der URL Ansprache beim Öffnen eines Formulars angeben zu können um so vorhandene Felder bereits auszufüllen.
Beispiel:
In einem Workflow wird der User über die "Link" Funktion aufgefordert ein Formular auszufüllen. Der Workflow hat vorher verschiedene bestehende Indexeinträge in Variablen gespeichert und gibt diese als Parameter im Link an (ähnlich wie bei Splitbooking damit das richtige Dokument gebucht werden kann) um den User das aufzurufende Formular bereits vorauszufüllen (z.B. mit Name, Personalnummer, etc.).Beispiel für einen solchen Link:…

Group elements in DocuWare Forms and an "add button" to dynamically "create" fields
Imagine that Im a technician and require spare parts to fix something... I would need a document with some certain information which would repeat n number of times, i.e. Part Number, Description, Qty... there won't be a fixed number of fields that i have to fill each time I need spare parts.
The group elements function would allow to wrap PartNumber, Description and Qty to be treated as one, so with the Add button you could add another group of those fields as on requirements

Date/time for forms
It would be nice to have a Date/Time form ability instead of simply just Date. This would work great for forms used for meeting scheduling

Ablagedialoge nur für Forms freischalten
Für die korrekte Verarbeitung eines Formulars über den Workflow Manager werden oftmals bestimmte Werte aus dem Formular benötigt.
Ich will aber vermeiden, dass der Benutzer diesen Ablagedialoge verwendet, um Dokumente im Archiv abzulegen.Es wäre nun sinnvoll, dass man Ablagedialoge nur für ein Formular aktivieren kann und der Dialog nicht im WebClient angezeigt wird.

Ability to Print from a Docuware Forms submission.
The ability to submit a Docuware Form, to have it populate to a merge form, as well as print locally, if needed.

automatische Weitergabe an physikalischen Drucker unter DW FORMS
Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn eine Möglichkeit bestünde, nach Ausfüllen eines DW Forms Formulars, eine Ausgabe an einen physikalischen Drucker zu starten (ähnlich der Möglichkeit im DW Printer), da zb: bei Rücknahmedatenblättern diese auch auf die Geräte angebracht werden müssen.

File upload directly from webcam
For some forms use cases it would be great to be able to take a picture using the devices camera / webcam. For mobile platforms this works well already, but on full operating systems you can only upload a document from the file system.
Webcam based upload is a native HTML5 functionality, and an example can be found toward the bottom of this page:

Restore "*Required" Field Errors Back To Webforms
Our DocuWare Cloud instance was recently upgraded to v.7. Since the upgrade, our webforms no longer display errors above the Submit button when *Required fields are incomplete.
In v.7, the descriptive language regarding fields that are incomplete (e.g. "errors") do not appear on webforms. Rather, the "Submit" button remains greyed out and cannot be clicked until the errors are corrected.
Sorry to say, without the helpful errors actually displaying on screen, our users cannot figure out why the Submit button won't light up. One of our webforms is very long and contains many *Required fields. The users simply cannot intuit…

Improve the way users interact with forms via a touch interface in kiosk mode
Our office uses kiosks with a touch interface for patients to fill out forms. They are frustrated with how forms behave. I recorded a short video that illustrates what happens.
