vielen Dank für Ihre Idee!
Haben Sie bereits die Volltext-Suche ausprobiert, diese bietet das Suchverhalten entsprechend an. Die Volltext-Suche enthält alle Indexbegriffe des Dokuments und zusätzlich den Inhalt des Dokuments. Und sie erfordert auch keine "AND" Operatoren um die Begriffe zu suchen.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Im Augenblick konzentrieren wir uns auf andere Themen, deshalb planen wir diese Idee nicht für zukünftige Veröffentlichungen. Wenn die Nachfrage nach diesem Thema steigt, werden wir diese Idee eventuell wieder aufgreifen.
An error occurred while saving the comment DocuWare ist ein sehr flexibel konfigurierbares System. Eine Änderung dieser Funktionalität ist im Rahmen der vorkonfigurierten Lösungen nicht vorgesehen, sollte aber im Rahmen einer individuellen Konfiguration möglich sein. Bitte wenden Sie sich dafür an Ihren DocuWare Partner.

An error occurred while saving the comment Uns ist diese Einschränkung bekannt und wir würden diese gerne aufheben, allerdings wird die Sperre von Outlook erzwungen. Wir öffnen die Mail über eine in Windows integrierte Funktion um die neue Mail im Standardprogramm für E-Mails zu öffnen. Outlook sperrt bei dieser Schnittstelle sich selbst. Andere Mail-Programme können weiterhin verwendet werden.
Es gibt alternativen zu dieser Windows-Schnittstelle, allerdings haben diese einige andere Nachteile, die uns bisher davon abgehalten haben, entsprechend umzustellen. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Thank you for your feedback. At the moment we are focusing on other topics, so we don't plan to make any changes in the next versions. However, we are planning to implement the ability to use predefined DocuWare Platform REST API endpoints via the web service activity, which includes the ability to set a stamp.
If the demand for this theme increases, we may include it in future plans.

When assigning a value to a keyword field/variable, the input value is separated by space, comma (,) or semicolon (;). This means that a value " A,B,C " will be split into 3 single values " A ", " B ", " C ". To avoid the splitting, put the value in single quotes, e.g. " 'A,B,C' ".
At the moment we are focusing on other topics, so we don't plan to make any changes in the next versions. If the demand for this theme increases, we may include it in future plans.

An error occurred while saving the comment Index or Update FileCabinet values by csv file uploaded from docuware WebClient.
It is required to be able to load a csv file from the DocuWare web client interface. The objective is to be able to index or update the values of the file cabinets.
For security reasons it is not possible to use ftp or local database connection. -

It would be very useful to enable a kind of system console, permanently open to the user, where a warning would appear when new tasks appear in the system. A kind of "poster" with indication of new pending tasks.

To have the possibility that the merging forms can be blocked by means of WF, to avoid its modification, this will help a lot for the automatic sending of information to clients, without the possibility that they can modify the sent PDF, and at the same time that some user modifies the document inside the repository.

when the installation contains an extremely large number of users (over 40k), as well as a very large number of groups and roles, it is difficult to manage this part.
Is it possible to optimize this users / groups / roles management by paginations for example?
Aktuell gibt es noch keine Neuigkeiten, deshalb auch hier noch kein neuer Status. Aufgrund von anderen wichtigen Themen und der (nicht offensichtlichen) Komplexität, haben wir uns noch nicht an die Umsetzung gemacht.
