Is should be possible for the admin to reset/pre-define the default tray for a user
When creating a new tray for a user, the admin should have the option to make that new tray the new default tray of the user. At the moment it seems random which tray of a user become the default tray. The decision should initially lie with the admin as there might be import jobs or printer configurations which forward the processed documents to the default tray of the user

Anzahl angezeigter Dokumente im Briefkorb
Die maximale Anzahl der Angezeigten Dokumente im Briefkorb ist auf 100 begrenzt. Könnte man hier auch mehr Dokumente anzeigen lassen?

Funktionsbuttons im Briefkorb
Für viele Anwender wäre es sehr angenehm wenn die, im Briefkorb zur Verfügung stehenden Funktionalitäten (heften, klammern etc.), als Buttons definiert werden können, wie es für die Ergebnisliste möglich ist. Einige dieser Buttons waren in der Version 6.1 per Default in der Oberfläche drin.

Display number of document in document trays
Hello,
It would be very helpful if the number of documents in each trays was display in the list of the document trays (see picture).
When a user have to deal with a great number of document trays, it will help to increase his productivity.

Create a mass delete within the "temp" document tray due to the fact if you have an issue during import all the files get placed there.
Create a mass delete within the "temp" document tray due to the fact if you have an issue during "import" all the files get placed there. I have had to manual go in and delete over 5,000 document multiple times, perhaps add where deletion workflows can be done to document trays

MSG-Dateien Per Drag & Drop bzw. Importieren mit Anlagen im Webclient anzeigen
Wir haben den Fall, dass Outlook MSG-Dateien mit anderen Dateitypen in einem Laufwerk liegen.
Diese gehören zu Einkaufsvorgängen.
Diese Dateien werden, sobald der Vorgang abgeschlossen sind, als ein Vorgang archiviert.
Leider kann man in den MSG-Dateien keine Anlagen im Webclient bzw. im Archiv sehen, nachdem diese über Importieren bzw. Drag & Drop in den Briefkorb gelangen. Lade ich diese Datei wieder herunter, kann ich alles sehen.
Bei Connect to Outlook gibt es dieses Problem nicht.Ist das angedacht, dass man die Anlagen einer MSG-Datei auch sehen kann, wenn diese über Importieren bzw. Drag & Drop in den Webclient gelangen?

es wäre praktisch, wenn man die Anzahl der Dokumente in den Briefkörben sehen würde (z.B. in Form der runden Ziffer, welche bereits in den Listen und Aufgaben verwendet werden)
Grund: Man muss alle Briefkörbe prüfen, ob sich darin ein Dokument versteckt. Bei vielen Briefkörben ist das sehr mühselig. Würde eine Ziffer erscheinen, weiß man auf einen Bild, dass Dokumente in dem Briefkorb liegen (oder eben nicht).

Ability to send a document in a document tray to an import config
When a document is in a Document tray, It would be nice if we could process the document against a specified import configuration. In example, select the document, right click, send to ==> <import config>. (for splitting and indexing). Only way I am aware, is to download the file from the document tray, using Import from Desktop Apps. or manually split/index/store the document

"Miniaturansicht" im Briefkorb vergrößern bzw. verkleinern
Eine Funktion um die Ansicht der Dokumente in der "Miniaturansicht" via z.B. "+" oder "-" zu vergrößern bzw. zu verkleinern. Eine größer Ansicht ist z.B. beim Klammern sehr angenehm.

Dokument in Briefkörben sperren, wenn eine Person dieses bearbeitet
Mein Kunde hat 20 Personen in der Buchhaltung, die jeden Tag ca. 500 Rechnungen ablegen. Das Problem ist, wenn jemand ein Dokumente abliegt, dann sehen das die anderen Personen nicht und versuchen dasselbe Dokument abzulegen.
Es wäre schön, wenn es eine Funktion, ähnlich wie in den Ergebnislisten geben würde, die besagt, wenn das Dokument von einer Person in Bearbeitung ist, ist dieses Dokument für die anderen User gesperrt. Eine farliche Markierung oder ähmliches wäre auch prima.

Enable searches for document trays
If I scan 50 documents to my document tray and none of the sort options are suitable then I have to manually scan the tray for the document I want to find.
If I scan documents in a certain order they are imported to the tray in a random order 9.5/10 times. Using the created on or modified on filter doesn't do the job of helping me find what i'm looking for.
Printer/Import configs help give documents names to help identify instead of a printer scanner meaningless name but you should be able to search for something specific instead of…

Vorindexierte Werte in Listenansicht und Indexkartenansicht im Briefkorb anzeigen
In der Listenansicht und Indexkartenansicht im Briefkorb werden in selbst festgelegten Feldern vorindexierte Werte nicht angezeigt, lediglich bestimmte Systemwerte.
Es sollte möglich sein, diese anzuzeigen.Am Besten wäre eine Konfiguration der Briefkörbe ähnlich den Ergebnislisten.

Ability to remove functions from right-click menu in web basket/document tray
I would like to be able to remove "Store Automatically" from certain users' web basket/tray when right-clicking on a document. Customer needs to have users change index entries when storing, and they don't want any way for the user not to change the entries.

Be able to configure several intelligent indexing storage dialog boxes on the same tray
Currently, we can only configure one storage dialog box using intelligent indexing per tray, but some users store all their documents in their default btray but have to use different dialog boxes depending on the type of document, which means that 1 the administrator has to create other buckets with permission management and 2 the user has to move the document to this other bucket in order to be able to use the appropriate intelligent indexing dialog box. Ablagedialog filtern wie Forms
Es wäre prima, wenn man eine Ablage Dialog so einrichten könnte, dass je nachdem welches Feld wie ausgefüllt wird, bestimmte Felder ein- oder ausgeblendet werden könnten. Ähnlich wie das für Forms möglich ist.
Das ist z.B. dort notwendig, wenn man bei der Ablage entscheiden möchte, dass eine festgelegte automatische Nachindexierung in bestimmten Fällen unterbleiben soll, bzw. das Dokument wahlweise einen anderen Weg im Workflow geht.

Allow Documents To Be Placed in the Tray In The Order In Which They Were Selected
When adding files to a tray from a result view or importing, the documents will not keep the order in which they entered the tray.
This was a feature of the Windows client. They were added to the Basket Synchronously. With the web client they are added Asynchronously and if a larger file takes more processing in the queue it will go in later. Also the modification time seems to be based on minutes rather than the "milliseconds since Epoch to date". This also throws them out of order.7 votesWe are currently not considering your idea.

Sortierung nach Indexfeldern im Webbriefkorb ermöglichen
Es sollte möglich sein in den Webbriefkörben vorindexierte Dokumente nach Indexdaten zu sortieren, bisher ist dies nur über Systemfelder machbar.
