Oberflächen im Corporate Design
Hallo,
um die Akzeptanz im Unternehmen zu steigern bzw. die Corporate Design durchgängig in allen Systemen zu haben, wäre es schön, wenn man die Farben für Oberflächen, Formularen, Suchmasken usw. in den Farben des Unternehmens gestalten könnte. Ich würde vorschlagen, dass man in den Systemeinstellungen eine primäre und sekundäre Farbe (am besten als RGB Wert) angibt und im Anschluss im alle Farben im System sich entsprechend anpassen.
Sollten sich irgendeine Marketing-Abteilung für neue Firmenfarben entscheiden, dann würden wenige Klicks zu einer Anpassung im Gesamten System führen.3 votes -
Enhance the Overview Pane
In the Overview pane, when the items are showing in the overview, as you move past them, they will say “Page1.1” and so on but people easily get distracted or are interrupted and lose their place. (Me, I’m people. Lol)
I would like the item I am physically on to light up indicating where I am/left off. Perhaps outline in a thick color to stand out or highlight that exact page.
Also, say if I am in Overview, 3rd item down being Page 3.1, instead of having to scroll up to the tools I would like to right click what…

Dokumente sollen auch geklammert werden können, wenn diese nicht im Briefkorb sind.
Momentan ist es so, dass wenn man ein beliebiges Dokument klammern möchte nur Dokumente nehmen kann die im Briefkorb liegen. Man sollte aber auch Dokumente klammern können die nicht im Briefkorb sind, sondern z.B. schon im Archiv.

Allow fields set to retrieve value from database user field to be effected without changing other fields using database values Currently for example, if you have a field set to lastaccessuser and another set to lastmodified user, opening a document will change all of these fields regardless of if the document was modified or not
Because there is a field is set to retrieve its value from LastAccessUser, and because it is a user field modification gets traced for DWMODUSER, DWMODDATETIME, DWFIELDSTAG and DWDOCUMENTTAG. These fields should be able to be changed independently

Es sollte die Möglichkeit geben, Cloud-Systeme zurückzusetzen auf den Ursprungszustand. Oft muss man Trial Systeme konfigurieren oder man testet etwas. man muss für jeden Test eine neue Cloud anlegen, was viel Zeit kostet und aufwendig ist.

Allow for the ability to select the result dialog for each docuware workflow.
It would be nice to be able to select a specific result dialog for each workflow instead of always being forced to use the default workflow. This becomes challenging when the workflow are from completely different processes.

Zugriff auf die dw System Datenbank bei Cloud Systemen
Auch bei Cloud Systemen eine Zugriff auf die dw Systems Datenbank ermöglichen. So wie es bei On-Premise bereits möglich ist.
Aktuell ist bei Cloud Systemen hier kein Zugriff möglich. Als Workaround muss entweder ein Hilfsarchiv angelegt werden, was jedoch eine redundante Datenhaltung erfordert oder es muss selbst ein passender Webservice entwickelt werden.

Wenn jemand zum Beispiel ein Wort ändert, sollte dies in der Historie angezeigt werden.

mehrfach auswählen von Drop-Down bei der Ablage von Dokumenten zu ermöglichen
Es gibt die Anforderung bei der Dokumentenablage ein Indexfeld mit einer Mehrfach-Auswahl anbieten zu können (z.B. wenn ein Dokument mehreren Geschäftsbereichen im Unternehmen oder mehreren Fachbereichen zuzuordnen ist).
Bislang kennen wir nur die Möglichkeit eine Auswahlliste für ein Indexfeld zu konfigurieren, bei der jedoch immer nur eine Auswahl getroffen werden kann.3 votes -
Highlight Search Kopiefunktion fehlt
Wenn man die Highlight Search verwendet, kann das Dokument aus der Ergebnisliste nicht in die Inbox kopiert werden, da kein Copy-Befehl vorhanden ist.

Ability to copy or duplicate a table field in a cabinet
I have a client that needs the ability to store 7000 lines for some invoices and each line needs to be described in 3 different tables(12 columns for each table). Because of the limits imposed by table fields (1000 rows max per table), I need to create 21 identical tables by hand, which is... heavy...
This problem led me to this post, where I am sharing my frustration and I hope that the community will vote for this topic :) .

Gesandte Aufgaben konfigurierbar machen
Wer viel mit "Anfragen Senden" arbeitet wird feststellen, dass die Übersicht schnell verloren geht.
Helfen würde, wenn man die Ansicht konfigurierbar machen könnte, sodass zusätzliche Information (Belegnummer oä) angezeigt werden.
Außerdem wäre es praktisch, Dokumente im Archiv zu markieren, sodass man direkt sieht, welches Dokument einer laufenden Anfrage zugeordnet wurde, wo es eine Antwort gibt oder welche Anfrage geschlossen wurde3 votes -
Shortcut zum Sprung in Suchfeld
Es wäre hilfreich, wenn es mittels Shortcut möglich wäre in ein Suchfeld in der Suchmaske zu springen. Somit wäre der Wechsel von Maus zu Tastatur nicht mehr möglich

Better Silent Install Options on System Upgrade - Creates a Bind Now
System upgrades present a pretty big challenge for enterprises with a large number of DocuWare Desktop Apps users. The upgrade package is not available until the system has been upgraded and that leaves about zero time for their technical teams to arrange for the upgrade via silent install. This is a real cause of trouble for these customers. We need a better way to handle the system upgrade/desktop apps situation for system upgrades.

read existing values from merge form fields in workflow.
In a workflow you can fill in an area of a merge form. It would be nice if you could read the current content of the merge form field and use that as a variable. For example we have fields that might need to be slightly edited. It would be nice to prepopulate the field with the existing data so that it could be appended. Yes this can be done by highlighting the text but it might be nice to automatically use that as a variable or to append an index field.

Formatierbare Textfelder / DW E-Mails - HTML Text
Wünschenswert ist ein neues Daten-Typ - "Complex Text" um Textfelder zur Verfügung zu stellen, die formatiert werden können.
z.b Text von Begründungen und Kommentare könnten formatiert werden, um besonders auffällig zu sein
Diese könnte man auch in den ausgehenden E-Mail verwenden. So könnte man die E-Mails im corporate design mit Farbe, Schrift und Logo versehen.

Email an ADMIN wenn Dokument von der Desktop APP nicht identifiziert werden kann
Hallo.
Bei uns werden durch die Desktop Apps täglich viele Dokumente von verschiedenen Servern hochgeladen. Gelegentlich kommt es vor das Dokumente nicht identifiziert werden können. Diese Dokumente landen dann im Admin Briefkorb. Es wäre schön wenn der Admin in diesem Moment dirket eine Email erhalten könnte.3 votes -
Dokumente umbenennen
Es wäre schön wenn man den "Dateinamen" (also den Namen der z.B. in der Ordnerstruktur ganz zuletzt angezeigt wird bzw. der Name der unten im Viewer angezeigt wird) auch noch in der Ablage ändern könnte. Sofern man vergisst z.B. das PDF umzubenennen (oder über den DocuWare Printer druckt, hier kann man den Namen gar nicht selbst benennen) ist der Name sehr kryptisch, z.B. "SKM227200812121300009"). Wenn man z.B. über Request die Daten für eine Zertifizierung zusammen stellt steht dieses "SKM227200812121300009" anstatt z.B. "Unterlagen für die Zertifizierung"

Allow DocuWare Printer to be installed for USA with Letter as default
It make sense to allow or set the default paper size to LETTER for all USA installations. This could be auto-sensed by the installer or a check box on the selection screen.
Bothe manual and silent install methods should have this feature
