Create an index field search tool in the Dialogs and Database Fields tab of the file cabinets
We have file cabinets with many index fields, and I think an index field search function in the dialogs and on the Database Fields tab would be very helpful.

Index fields appear or disappear.
When we archive a document, depending on the value entered in an index field, we can make other index fields appear or disappear.

Offer a key command to open in offfice 365 for the web
If you highlight a document and hit ctrl+alt+I it will edit index entries ctrl+alt+w will bring up document history. There are several of these key commands. It would be helpfull if there was a key command to edit the document in office 365 for the web.

Durchgängige Tastaturnutzung im Splittbooking
Ich möchte beim Buchen im Splittbookingbereich nur mit der Tastatur arbeiten.
Die Nutzung der Maus empfinden wir als umständlich.Ein Wechsel zwischen den Zeilen mit Pfeiltasten Hoch und Runter ist aktuell nicht möglich.

We need a faster way to clear the recently deleted from the "recycle bin"
When doing a transfer with delete or a deletion workflow the recycle bin fills faster than you can clear it causing the storage to max out. There needs to be a faster way to clear the recently deleted from the system.

Ability to add a cost under a client quote without uploading a document as a purchase invoice
I would like to be able to add employee expenses on credit cards as a cost under a client quote. It would be helpful to be able to type these in to a field rather than having to upload an actual document - at the moment we have to add it as a purchase invoice and then stop thee workflow as the expenditure has already been approved and taken place.

Allow form fields that are marked hidden to be visible in the viewer when prefilled
Currently, if you have a form field set to a behavior of hidden, they do not show on a merge form. It would be good to allow these fields to show in the viewer so prefilled data will show up on in the viewer instead of just in the index entries

Provision of a Support Account
We would appreciate it if you could provide a dedicated support account with administrator privileges and access to the web client, so that our support team can collect logs and investigate issues when problems occur in the customer environment.
Currently, the customer shares the ID and password of an administrator account that was purchased under the customer’s license and is used for daily operations.
However, sharing IDs and passwords poses a security risk. For this reason, we kindly ask that you provide a dedicated account for support purposes only, which would not be used for normal day-to-day operations.

Wir benötigen eine Lösung in der Cloud Umgebung automatisiert Rechnungen incl. Leistungsnachweisen als ein PDF Dokument versenden zu können.
Wir können aktuell nicht automatisiert Rechnungen als PDF Dokument mit Leistungsnachweisen aus der Cloud Umgebung versenden. Aktuell kommen die Dokumente beim Kunden nur als ZIP Datei an. Was zu 99% abgelehnt wir und nicht verarbeitet werden kann. Hier muss schnell eine Lösung her.

Form calculations should exclude hidden fields
When using behaviours in forms with pre-filled fields, calculations are shown using those fields regardless on them being used or not which skews the results and defeats the purpose of having pre-filled fields to make more dynamic forms for users and reduced keying errors.

docXporter integrating the index file into zip file
We have established a contract with a central purchasing agency and need to export accounting documents—including the journal entries—in ZIP format. This zip file must include the exported document and the index file.
For now, we need to combine the ZIP export with a powershell script to include the index file in the ZIP.
It would be a really plus to be able to integrate this feature directly into the docxporter settings.1 vote -
Expose document processing metrics for external analytics
We store around 200k documents a year across six cabinets and management wants to see trends — how many invoices come in per week, what's the average time from receipt to approval, which departments are slowest at indexing. DocuWare's built-in views don't really do trend analysis or cross-cabinet comparisons. It'd be great to have an analytics-ready data feed or even a pre-built data mart we could query. For now we worked with a team we found when looking to hire power bi consultant and they set up an ETL job against our SQL backend, but that breaks every time DocuWare…

Verknüpfte Dokumente sollten direkt im Viewer (nicht erst über den Button Verknpöfte Dokumnte und neue Ergebnissliste) sichtbar gemacht werden und/oder wäre es gut wenn in der Ergebnissliste sichtbar wäre das es verknüpfte Dokumente gibt (also z.B. wie im Outlook eine Büroklammer oder über ein eigenes Indexfeld)

in a docuware form populate a second table field with data from the first table field
We have a web from that completes multiple merge forms. Docuware does not support table fields in merge forms but I do it anyway with a workflow. Having said that, I have 2 table fields that are almost identical. Emergency contact information and authorized release of child. All the emergency contacts will be authorized for the release of child and shouldn't need to be entered twice. However not everybody that is authorized to pick up the child will be listed as an emergency contact. I can do this in a workflow but it would be nice if the form could…

Benachrichtigung beim verschieben von Dokumenten in anderen Briefkorb
Beim verschieben von Dokumenten aus einem Briefkorb in einen anderen Briefkorb sollte es die Möglichkeit geben. Eine Nachricht an eine Person X auslösen zu können oder die entsprechende Person pro Briefkorb hinterlegen zu können, damit diese dann eine Nachricht erhält, damit da Dokument nicht über Tage unbearbeitet im Briefkorb liegt.

Provide RSS feeds for DocuWare Cloud service status and incidents
We would like to request the implementation of RSS (or equivalent webhook-based) feeds for DocuWare Cloud service status and incident updates.
Currently, DocuWare Cloud service availability and incident information is published only via the web-based Status Portal. While this page is useful for manual checks, it is difficult to integrate into automated monitoring, alerting, and internal communication workflows used by many customers.
Providing an RSS feed (or webhook / API-based status updates) would allow customers to automatically monitor service status changes and react more quickly to incidents.1 vote -
Custom Actions in Web Client (Toolbar & Context Menu Integration)
Introduce the ability to define and execute custom actions directly from the DocuWare Web Client UI, both in the toolbar (right panel) and in the document context menu (right-click).
Today, integrating external systems or custom logic (e.g. AI processing, OCR correction, data enrichment, or external workflows, whatever ) requires indirect approaches such as workflows, external links, or background automation. These solutions are powerful but not always intuitive for end users and lack a seamless user experience.

Allow select list filtering against system fields
It would be useful to have the ability within Forms, to use multi-column select list filtering against system fields so users cannot see or select data other than their own previously stored data.
For instance, filter the dataset based on the original store user against the 'logged in user' initiating the form thereby eliminating #2 user from displaying the data previously stored by user #1.1 vote -
Request for Bookmark and Page Annotation Features in DocuWare Viewer
We would like to request the addition of bookmark and annotation (sticky note) features in the DocuWare viewer, similar to those available in Adobe viewers.
Customers often work with documents that contain a large number of pages and have a need to quickly navigate to specific sections. Having the ability to add bookmarks or notes would significantly improve usability and efficiency when accessing important pages.
