Have Wildcard Search defaulted for available Search Fields
I'm always checking this box, and seems like would be a great default.

Indem die Möglichkeit geschaffen wird, eingefügten Text zu verschieben.
Es ergeben sich Situationen, die nachträglich eine Positionsänderung von auf Dokumenten eingefügtem Text notwendig machen. Da wäre es sehr hilfreich über "Bearbeiten" den entsprechenden Text mittels Markierung mit Mauscursor neu zu ositionieren.

How about a searchable SDK manual or document
The online document is not searchable. pdf version or .doc version will help the developers for the API integration and reduce the support ticket.

ability to suppress a cover page (used for indexing purposes) in the viewer
We use a cover page to assist in indexing - it's unnecessary once the document is indexed. We'd like a way to suppress it in the viewer so the intended user doesn't have to click past it

Info PopUp
Das Info PopUp Fenster sollte nicht automatisch nach jeder Anmeldung angezeigt werden. Aus guten Gründen werden Browserdaten somit auch Cookies gelöscht und macht eine dauerhafte lokale Einstellung somit nicht möglich. Da dieses Info Fenster immer über die Einstellungen aufgerufen werden kann finde ich es für eine Standardeinstellung nicht notwendig, eher lästig.

The portal is not anymore needed. The Configurations will also gain more and more options, the administration toll will be less important from version to version especially for DocuWare Cloud. -

Need way of tracking files that get deleted.
You can delete documents before they get indexed.
It would be good to be able to search these documents or go into a recycle bin like Windows does.You also can't separate delete access from edit access. If you need employees to add notes you can't take away their delete access.
There is also no way to search documents that have been deleted, which seems like an unnecessary security risk.
It seems like a basic function that is missing from the program that would benefit all your clients.
3 votesDeletion is always possible, but you can set up right profiles which do not allow deletion. Some customers use Stamps and Index filter profiles to achieve the result that you are searching for.
And edit and delete access are two different rights in a file cabinet.
Maybe contact your DocuWare Partner to discuss possibilites around this.

DocuWare forms user license for DocuWare Cloud
I suggest creating light cloud user license for DocuWare forms, so that customers can create internal forms without the need to make them public. For instance if a customer has 300 employees, 50 of them use DocuWare, and the 250 only use forms to submit requests, we are giving this feature free of charge but exposing the forms to the world, we can charge for small license fee and give customers the option to make their internal forms private and only available for authenticated users.

Change 'send request' defaults
Would be most helpful to change defaults on the Send Request page. For example, we would like to change the following as defaults:
* Subject line text (would save us from editing every single time)
* Text (would save us from editing every single time)
* Decision choice names (we would never use Accept or Reject, but would change it to Completed or Not Completed. (It is a task after all, and tasks get completed in our business).2 votesThank you for your contribution. Your idea is available with version 7.9.

SAML
Please reconsider the use of SAML authentication to provide an much more flexible authentication mechanism that does not require Microsoft services.

What you should see is that 91% of schools in the state of IL are Google schools while only 27% utilize Both Microsoft and Google services.
I think that you are limiting your customers by not offering other authentication mechanisms like SAML. We do believe that Docuware is the better product but because of this we will likely have to choose another product.
As MFA is now required for any PII for school…

Allow to duplicate a table field row
Rows in a table field can be pretty similar in documents like invoices. It would be helpful to allow to duplicate a row when storing data, as well as when adding data in a workflow task.

Ich schlage vor, dass man eine Möglichkeit implementiert um das Kontextmenü (Rechtsklick) auch auf einem Touchscreen zu öffnen
Wir haben bei einer wachsenden Anzahl an Kunden das Problem dass deren Mitarbeiter unterwegs auf dem iPad das Kontextmenü (Rechtsklick) nicht öffnen können um beispielsweise Dokumente mit einem Dokument einer offenen Aufgabe zu klammern.
Es wäre wirklich sehr hilfreich wenn der Touchscreen-Modus diesbezüglich weiter ausgebaut wird.2 votesVielen Dank für Ihren Beitrag. Bitte schalten Sie über das Menü oben rechts den Touch-Modus ein, dann erscheint in jeder Zeile einer Liste ein Icon zum öffnen des Kontextmenüs.

Mehrspaltige Auswahllisten Workflow Desinger/DocuWare Forms
Es sollte möglich sein, sowohl beim Workflow Desinger als auch bei DocuWare Forms mehrspaltige Auswahllisten zu nutzen. Momentan kann die mehrspaltige Auswahlliste zwar hinterlegt werden, jedoch wird automatisch nur die erste Spalte als Auswahlliste verwendet und angezeigt. Die Auswahl einer anderen Spalte ist nicht möglich.

Sort Order - System Fields
Please add ability to configure order of a list or results with system fields and not only index fields. Thanks.
In fact, it is possible to order by 1 system field only, and manually, but not able to configure it...so it's never the default for my users.

2 votesVielen Dank für Ihren Beitrag. Es gibt in DocuWare die Möglichkeit eine Übersicht des Dokuments im Viewer einzublenden. Eventuell müssen Sie diese Möglichkeit über "Profile und Einstellungen" einschalten.
