2. scroll to the next page with mouse wheel

   The users are used to scroll down pages (e.g. in Adobe Reader, Word, ...).
   In the Viewer they always have to use the arrow key symbols on the right or top.
   It would be nice to scroll through the pages of one file with the scroll wheel of the mouse.
   Also this function could ask, if the end of the file is reached and the document consists of more than one file if the following file should be opened.

3. Anmerkungen und Stempel in Volltext aufnehmen

   Zur Zeit lassen sich auf dem Dokument angebrachte Textbemerkungen oder Stempel nicht mehr suchen. Zumindest die aufgebrachten Bemerkungen sollten in die Volltextsuche einbezogen werden.

4. Multi-factor login authentication as a security option

   It would be nice to be able to have a multi-factor login authentication as a security option. We have users who work in DocuWare while they are on the road and it would be nice to toggle this feature on/off per user as an extra layer of security.

9. WebClient: Papierkorb

   Unter 6.6 gibt es ja keinen Papierkorb mehr.
   Bitte um Wiedereinführung des Papierkorbes, da es immer wieder vorkommt, dass Dokumente im Briefkorb unabsichtlich gelöscht werden.
   Gelöschte Dokumente sollten sich dann nach einer definierbaren Zeit von selbst automatisch endgültig löschen.

10. Approve More than One Task at Once

    Many times clients have requested that they be able to select multiple documents in a task (or result) list and simply select "Approve" to stamp and mark them all as approve, as opposed to going through them one by one. This could be a HUGE time saver for companies.

11. Filtering Option in the Workflow Client

    If one user, e.g. accounting, has many workflow steps of the same workflow (e.g. "allocation", "declined", "approved", "to be proved", ...) he gets all this steps in one VERY big list.
    The users now want to filter for one step (e.g. "to be proved") so that they can work of this peticular step and afterwards go to the next step.
    So a filter Option, where you can select the shown workflow steps would be nice.

12. Have the ability to use calculations within Forms

    If filling out expense or check requests or anything with money or numerical value, would be great to use calculations to total the fields.

    The Windows client had a trash can that would save documents deleted from a basket. Can you implement a web basket recycle bin that would act as a failsafe for the user?

15. Filter in den Überschriften der Listen

    Bei sehr vielen Dokumenten in einer Liste sollte diese unter den Überschriften gefiltert werden können.
    Ähnlich wie die Filter bei einer Excel-Tabelle.

16. Den Workflow sollte man exportieren können und in ein anderes System einbinden

    So könnte man den ganzen Prozess bei sich machen können und beim Kunden nur einbinden.

17. Docuware Workflow-Manager: Aufgabenlisten filtern können

    Es sollte für einen Anwender möglich sein neben der Sortierung von Aufgabenlisten auch Filter anwenden zu können:
    Es würde die Aufgabenliste(n) übersichtlicher gestalten können.

    Beispiel: Ein Rechnungsprüfungsworkflow aus Sicht der Buchhaltung - dann wäre es hilfreich, wenn Sie sortieren könnten nach "neu", "zu buchen", ...

18. System-Felder (Erstellungsdatum/Modifikationsdatum/Benutzer etc.) in Suche und Ergebnissen

    Vor Version 6.5 war es möglich nach System-Feldern zu suchen und diese also in die Suchergebnisse einzubinden.

    Konkret geht es darum, Archiv-Elemente nach Erstellungsdatum/Modifikationsdatum sowie nach Ablage-User/Modifikations-User suchen zu können.

    Beispiel: Suche alle Dokumente, welche User ABC gestern im Archiv abgelegt hat.

    Jeder Power-User & Administrator ist auf solche System-Felder angewiesen, es erleichtert das Auffinden/Mutieren/Korrigieren (von Fehlern) u.a. in den Index-Daten. Soweit ich weiss, werden diese Index-Daten in der Docuware Datenbank nachgeführt.

    Thank you for your input. Table in Forms has already been released in version 7.9 for web forms. Calculations in Table will be released for 7.10. Hope you'll enjoy it.

20. Disabling Tutorial on startup for all users

    Please allow administrators to disable tutorial on start-up in 6.9
    This is so annoying for existing users.
    Please implement as a Hot-Fix ASAP
