Dokumentenverarbeitung Ordner-Import: Identifikationsmöglichkeit in der Verarbeitung
Eine Dokumentenidentifikation sollte auch beim Ordner-Import, genauso wie bei einer Printerdefinition möglich sein, damit nicht für jeden Dokumententyp eine eigene MFP-Definition und damit verschiedene Ordner verwendet werden müssen.
Bislang fällt dadurch viel mehr Aufwand an bei der Einrichtung.
Anwendung: Da wir selbstausgedruckte Dokumente, die vom Kunden unterschrieben worden sind, wieder einscannen, ist der Aufbau dieser Dokumente bekannt und könnte einfach per Text-Identifikation wieder erkannt bzw. unterschieden werden. Dasselbe gilt für alle Dokumente, die in einer Firma ausgedruckt, dann ausgefüllt und wieder eingescannt werden (Tourenpläne, Stundennachweise, ...)2 votesVielen Dank für Ihren Beitrag. in der Ergebnisliste des Webclienten kann ich über ein Schaltfläche/Funktion einen Hyper-Link generieren zum Dokument. Im Moment muss ich diesen Link manuell in ein Indexfeld meines Dokumentes einfügen, da ich keine Möglichkeit gefunden habe, den Link schon in der Ergebnisliste als Spalte(Datenbankfeld) anzeigen zu lassen. Wäre er in meiner Ergebnisliste sofort sichtbar, könnte ich den Link zum Dokument mit exportieren und in meine Buchhaltungssoftware importieren zur Buchung. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, ein Datenbankfeld oder eine Spalte einer Ergebnisliste mit diesem Hyper-Link zum Dokument automatisch zu füllen. Mit freundlichem Gruß
2 votesVielen Dank für Ihren Beitrag. Sie können diese Idee entweder mit dem Workflow Designer umsetzen oder mit DocuWare Export beim Export der CSV-Datei die URL generieren. Im Workflow Designer steht eine entsprechende Variable zur Verfügung, in DocuWare Export könnten Sie die URL aus einem statischen Teil und der DocID zusammensetzen

It would be great if we could add a column in the search dialog to include a total page counts for documents.

Allow wildcard for store dialog select list or increase # of entries that can be viewed in drop down.
I suggest that DW cloud allow wildcards to narrow down select lists. I have a user with a long select list and it is very difficult to get to the entries after 1-50, especially since the first 15-20 characters on the select list options are all identical. Either make the select list view in cloud longer or allow * to narrow down field.

Show the version total for all documents in a cabinet
If I want to see how many versions of documents exist in a cabinet it's basically impossible.
If I search and press the show old versions button it maxes out at 10K. Why does this not exist? How are we meant to determine how much storage our different versions are taking up?

With version 7 there is no functionality to show old versions in the result list. The versions of a document are shown separately from all other documents. -
DocuWare Knowledge Center
Please fix the DocuWare Knowledge Center website so that it will remember that I speak English. So that when I follow a link to get there, it will actually take me to the desired document

document tray quota
Document Tray quota has been removed, making it impossible to up a quota limit on trays before this change. Please add this back into the cloud.
2 votesDocument Tray quota is not removed, it is only hidden as first sight. Just click on “More options” in the document tray configuration.

TouchModus auch auf "normalen" Clients nutzbar machen
Es wäre sehr hilfreich den TouchModus im WebClient auch ohne Touchfähigen Bildschirm aktivieren zu können.Weil es dann möglich ist Dokumente mit einem klick zu öffnen oder in der Ergebnisliste Dokumente per Checkbox zu markieren

Da die DocuWare Apps ja nun auch unter Windows 10 laufen wäre es nur konsequent, den Client auch für MS-Edge lauffähig zu machen.
Hier ist es im Moment noch so, das z.B. die Stempelfunktion gar nicht funktioniert.2 votes -
Changes to date format in Document History and Audit Logs
The Document/Workflow History in the UK shows the date format in DD/MM/YYYY. For projects where the customer has users/departments in both the US and none US countries this can cause confusion as US users may assume the dates are MM/DD/YYYY.
Please could DocuWare add an explanation to the Date header stipulating that the date is DD/MM/YYYY to remove this confusion.

The date format follows the user preferences. By default it uses the brwoser settings, but it can be set by the user in the "Profile & Settings".

Lock a Document until a certain date
DocuWare to make it possible for a user to lock individual documents so that they can no longer be edited by other users.
This does not mean simply locking the document while the task is being processed. What would be desirable would be to lock the document until a defined date, for example, so that other users who want to edit the document up to that date receive a notice or message.

You can achive with today right management already in DocuWare by utilizing index value profiles.

Remove 'Received Requests' tab from Tasks list.
We want to remove 'Received Requests' tab from Tasks list.
Kindly disable the 'Received Requests' in next update as it is useless for the users.

Sent Requests and Received Requests Tabs
I suggest that the new Sent Requests and Received Requests tabs only display when requests are received. Currently, the tabs display permanently even when there are no requests. Please can you consider applying the same logic to these tabs as you have done with all workflow tabs. Image attached.

Thema Aufgabenüberwachung in DocuWare:
Ist es möglich, zukünftig die Ergebnisliste nach Excel zu exportieren?
(die über die Suchfunktion generierten Ergebnislisten lassen sich über drei Punkte am oberen rechten Rand nach Excel exportieren).
Bei der Aufgabenüberwachung haben wir keinen Zugriff auf die drei Punkte/das Menü.

Let users hide/show columns in result list
It would be better than having to create new result list with adjusted model view.

Knowledge Center
Now the knowledge center remembers I speak English but the Table of Contents is in German and the bod of the search is in English and it does not change if I try to click on the language.....ALMOST THERE!
1 voteThank you for your contribution. The Knowledge Center is available in several languages, also the table of content should be the same language. Maybe delete the cache of the browser or try a different browser.

Consolidate duplicate suggestions in user voice
Have someone consolidate the user voice suggestions to reduce duplicate entries and add links to different language versions of the same suggestion.

Auswahllisten die nicht mehr benötigt werden kann man bisher nicht löschen
ich erstelle gerade mit Docuware ein neues Projekt. Im Laufe der Zeit sammeln sich Auswahllisten an, die man nicht mehr benötigt. Diese möchte ich zwecks besserer Übersicht löschen. Momentan geht das nicht.

Auswahllisten können natürlich gelöscht werden, wenn sie nicht mehr verwendet werden. Eventuell sind die Auswahllisten aber noch einem Dialog oder einem Formular zugewiesen. Dann lässt sich eine Auswahlliste nicht löschen.
