    In der Produktübersicht auch die aktuell installierte Produktversion anzeigen. Ich würde gerne sehen, welche Version aktuell aktiv ist.
    Es gibt ständig die Newsletter mit neuen und verbesserten Funkktionen und Optionen, etc. aber ich finde diese teilweise nicht, weil das Update der Cloudversion noch nicht durchgeführt wurde. Nur leider kann ich nirgendwo finden, welche Version gerade aktiv ist.

    Sehr geehrter Herr Sipek,
    Die aktuelle DocuWare Version finden Sie in der Webclient Oberfläche.
    Gehen Sie dazu in das Menü und gehen Sie unter “Hilfe und Info” auf “Über DocuWare”. Dort wird die aktuell installierte Version ihres DocuWare Systems angezeigt.

  2. Need to come up with a way to retrieve accidentally deleted invoices

    The issue is once the items are deleted accidentally, there is no way to get them back from Dcuware. It would be great to come up with a way to allow the user to be able to retrieve deleted invoices. Oterwise, we have to wait until we're told it's past due which is horrible.

    Change Notification Level:
    By default for every Job a tray notification will be shown (default value is “Info”) where the DocuWare Desktop Apps are installed. This tray notifications will reduce the performance. To lower the CPU/RAM load it is possible to change the tray notification level.
    This setting can be found in DocuWare.Desktop.exe.config in section in the program files folder of DocuWare Desktop

  4. Document Splitting Name Issue

    When using the splitting feature while scanning batches of documents, it would be nice if the document naming used _01, _02 etc so that the documents could be sorted by the name in the tray for indexing in the same order in which they were scanned.

    Hello Dan,

    When you split by a fixed number of pages the number naming is depending on the amount of documents resulting from the split (if there are more than ten documents: it will be two digits numbering). This is not possible when splitting by content.

    There is another way however:

    In “Indexing” you can select a Dynamic entry called that can be used/added as indexing term which will result in the numbering 0000001, 0000002…

    If you enter this entry in the field that is used as document name in the File Cabinet (of the store dialog used) it will also be displayed as a document name in the Document tray.

  5. Support fo rthe .Net Core or Test and support if the SDK is compatible with the .NetCore

    I would line to have the support for the .net core clients support who interface to the SDK 7.
    Or test and support the client core 2.1 with the current SDK 7

  6. Ability to 'unstamp' a document once it's been stamped

    Self explanatory. Sometimes documents are 'stamped' incorrectly and it would be nice to be able to delete the stamp.

    Thank you for your contribution.
    Your idea is already available if the stamp is set to be saved manually. Then you can set the stamp and remove it again before saving. When you close the document, you are asked about saving the stamp or you can click the save button.

  7. Please publish release notes

    When DocuWare releases an update, it would be VERY beneficial to have a copy of the release notes before installing the updates. A 'What's New' section is great, but we get tired of vendors saying 'this should fix the problem' when they themselves do not have the release notes either.

  11. Ich schlage vor, dass man eine Webschulung organisiert und uns das neue DocuWare erklärt.

    Kann nur schwer finden, was ich suche. Würde die Webschulung befürworten. Je schneller, desto besser.

  12. Please add server features to the web client!

    When we worked in the server version, we were able to check out files, staple them, and check them back in. Now that we're on the web client, we can only copy files. This leaves us with an unreasonable number of duplicate files.

    We're also unable to deskew the majority of pages. We type on many of our files, so we need to be able to straighten them, or they may be rejected by the state and federal agencies that we work with.

    Please incorporate checking out and deskewing any page into the web client!

  14. Design anpassen

    Es sollte möglich sein, das Design der Oberfläche anzupassen.
    DocuWare kann besser in der Kundenumgebung integriert werden und passt dann auch zum CI des Kunden

    Ein Testsystem kann ebenfalls so angepasst werden, das es deutlich als Test erkennbar ist.

  15. Clear Definition of DocuWare Import VS. Barcode and Forms

    It would be helpful to understand if DocuWare Import can split documents and index fields into a File Cabinet without Barcode and Forms. Most documentation says it does but there are some gray areas where it implies that Barcodes and Forms may be required. Please advise.

    Stefan Schindler recommends that feedback items and product change requests be put up here at UserVoice. But that is impossible. Quoting Stephan

  18. I suggest that you bring solid rectangles back in the Webclient. Useful for redacting.

    Re-add solid rectangles as an annotation option. This is useful for redaction.
