Make it possible to use In-Memory tables in MS-SQL Server
In the future(in our DocuWare now) it would be very helpful for the performance when DocuWare supports In-Memory tables for MS-SQL Server to grow up the speed an performance!
Microsoft says the performance for OLTP operations increase up to 30 to 40 times.
So this would be a nice feature for all large DocuWare Instances who have a continues growing archive.9 votesThank you for your idea. Unfortunately, due to several factors we are currently not able to plan this idea for a future version.
In memory tables are normally used for temporary data. DocuWare does not rely on temporary data much.

Reporting Tool
It's hard to navigate on your ticketing system (not sure if it exist). Well, I actually need help creating a report within Docuware. we are using version 5.1c (build 5.1.3.3407). Aside from using the SQL queries, is there a built-in tool to pull data from docuware and download the file in an excel format?

Option to remove the "reset password" link when the notification license prevents it from working
The reset password link on the Web client login page appears to be sending a message to the user to reset their password but isn't working because we don't have the "Notification License" according to DocuWare Support. I recommend providing the ability to remove this link in the next version to prevent confusion and failed password reset attempts for users having password and login issues.
2 votesThank you for your idea. There is no license needed to use the "Reset password" functionality. There must be a different source for this issue.

Please make the UserVoice remember my login credentials
It would be helpful if the UserVoice would not ask for a login and email address every time I want to vote for a feature...

Docuware Cloud - Zugriff für ein Archivprofil nur für ausgewählte IPs
Zur Optimierung der Sicherheit der Cloudlösung wäre es sinnvoll, wenn man bei einem Archivprofil eine Beschränkung der Zugriffsberechtigten IP Adressen Konfigurieren könnte.
Hierdurch kann man z.B. der Rolle "Buchhaltung" Ein Archivprofil zuweisen, welches den Zugriff nur von der festen IP des Unternehmens und der Außenstelle gestattet.
Damit ist sichergestellt, dass keiner der Mitarbeiter seine Zugangsdaten von zu Hause aus nutzt für den Zugriff auf sensible Daten.
Durch die Koppelung an Archivprofile können beispielsweise Außendienstler Ihren Zugriff von überall aus nutzen, während besonders schützenswerte Daten nur aus dem EDV Netz der Firma geöffnet werden können.

Active Directory syncing with display name
Allow the syncing of Display Name with in the active directory. This way when selecting a user to assign a task they don't have to know their login name.
For example if my login name was John. Yet there are more than one person named John within the directory. If you use display name the user will see John Smith.
By allowing this I will not have to create special lookup lists or rename all the user accounts.
2 votesIt is not possible to use the Display Name as username in DocuWare, as it is not unique.
The User Synchronization App synchronizes also the first and lastname of the users from Active Directory.We will take a look at the built-in select list of users, to include the first and lastname.

Importer - Default-Profil um kompatibel mit Active Import zu sein
In Docuware 6.8 ist mit dem Importer noch mal einiges mehr möglich geworden - was ich vermisse ist ein Import-Format, welches die Metadaten im Format des alten "Active Import" ohne Anpassungen in den Metadaten-Dateien übernehmen kann - ich kann ja auch hier gern die Masterdatei mit den Spalten-IDs und nicht mehr mit den Nummern der Feldindexe geben - aber die ERP-/und/oder Scan-Systeme anpassen zu müssen ist ein riesiger Aufwand..
Im Grunde geht es etwas in die Richtung, wie hier bereits beschrieben:

How can I access my scanned documents? It is requiring a Password
I cannot access my scanned documents at the office or at home. I updated my Docuware, placed the app onto my desktop, but do not see the Docuware icon at the top of my google chrome bar. Please advise!

Standard-Sprache im Webclient zentral hinterlegen
Man sollte als Administrator eine Standardsprache für den Webclient festelegen können, sodass bei allen Usern zumindest im Standard die gleiche Sprache ausgewählt ist.

Leider können wir diese Idee aufgrund mehrerer Faktoren derzeit nicht für eine künftige Version vorsehen.
Der Web Client wird beim ersten Öffnen immer mit der im Browser eingestellten Standardsprache geöffnet. Unserer Meinung nach ist das für den Benutzer die komfortabelste Lösung, da er seine Standardsprache erhält.
