  2. Integrate PaperScan into Web Forms as way to attach a document

    Having the ability to use Web Forms on the Mobile App and then also using PaperScan as an attachment option to the Web Form would be an excellent way to submit receipts and invoices to DocuWare. Open a form, i.e. requisition form, fill it out and use PaperScan to snap the pic of the receipt, that is then attached to the web form.

    Thank you for your contribution.
    Your idea is available with the current version of Paperscan.
    But this is only possible on Android phones. Due to limitations on iOS it is not possible to open an application from a web page and pass the result to the web page again.

  3. Die Anzahl bei der Auswahl von Vertretungsregeln/ Benutzern ist in der APP beschränkt. Dies sollte aufgehoben werden

    Wenn man in der APP bei einer Aufgabe ein Feld mit einer Vertretungsregel/ einem Benutzer füllen möchte und die Auswahlliste hierfür recht groß ist, so werden nicht alle Namen angezeigt. Dies führt dazu, dass das Feld nicht mit jedem Namen gefüllt werden kann. Es können nur die ersten X Namen ausgewählt werden. Weitere "fallen aus dem Filter"

  4. Approve tasks that have table fields

    In Docuware Mobile, it does not let you approve a Task if that option contains a table type field. Do you plan to include it soon? The data that must be completed in these fields or only shown to the approver is important and it would help that, like the web version, they can be done through the mobile version.

  6. Listenansicht der neuen Mobile-App

    Die neue Mobile-App ist ja noch nicht fertig (das ist mir bewusst), deshalb kann es natürlich sein, dass dies noch angepasst wird. Aber die Listenansicht in der neuen App unterscheidet sich stark von der alten. Jetzt werden nur noch Thumbnails des Dokuments angezeigt und 1 Indexfeld unter dem Thumbnail. In der alten App wurden 4 Indexfelder angezeigt. Somit war auf dem ersten Blick erkennbar welches Dokument vorliegt. Bitte unbedingt auch wieder in die neue App mit einbauen. Vielleicht kann man ja einen Einstellungspunkt machen indem man die Ansicht auswählen kann. Wie es aktuell ist werden wir bei einem großen Kunden…

  7. Send doc. To mail is not working!

    When you scan a document and want to send it to mail to send it to Someone. The button doesn’t work anymore! iPhone 6s updated yesterday to new verdien

  8. Die Vor-Ansicht der Aufgabenlisten (Reihenfolge der Felder) sollte frei definierbar sein

    Die Ansicht der Dokumente in einer Liste im Mobile Client ist immer abhängig von der Feldreihenfolge der Liste. Hier sollte man die Reihenfolge der Felder für die Listen im Mobile Client unabhängig bestimmen können.
    Ansonsten muss man in der App erst jedes Dokument öffnen um dann zu sehen, dass es möglicherweise das falsche Dokument ist. Weil die Indexbegriffe in der Voransicht nicht eindeutig sind. Aber im Web Client durchaus Sinn machen.

  9. Mehr als 4 Indexbegriffe in der Ergebnisliste anzeigen

    Bei der DocuWare Mobil App kam der Kundenwunsch auf, mehr als 4 Indexbegriffe + Dokumentennamen in der Ergebnisliste anzuzeigen.

    Dies wäre hilfreich, wenn die Anzahl der Ergebnisse etwas größer ist.

    Desweitern wäre es hilfreich, direkt in der Mobil App Ergebnisliste nach ausgeführter Suche Indexbegriffe ein- und auszublenden.

  10. Automatic disconnection when the app is not in use

    Possibility to choose if the app must keep the log in or not.
    If not, so disconnection is done with a settled delay.

  11. Allow printing of clipped documents from DocuWare Mobile

    Currently, you can only print single documents from DocuWare Mobile to a physical printer on your network. For example, if you have a single PDF file stored in a file cabinet, when you click the "share" button in the DW mobile app for iOS, you can choose the "Print" and select a printer on your network. However, if you are viewing a documents that have been clipped, you cannot print either of them. The "Print" function doesn't come up.

  14. Mehr App Integration und Interaktion

    Es wäre klasse wenn man Dokumente nach whatsapp exportieren könnte oder die Dokumente wenigstens in der Fotogalerie speichern könnte unter iOS. Diese Funktion fehlt leider noch und sie wäre der letzte Schliff für die App um mich total zu begeistern. Ohne ist die App recht sinnlos für mich außer für Kassenbons, da ich meinen Kollegen keine dokumentbilder schicken kann in meiner Schulklasse. Schade.

  15. Android App

    Es wäre schön, wieder eine funktionsfähige ANDROID App zu haben. Gibt ja doch Anwender, die kein iOS nutzen (wollen)...
