Durchgehend mobile Verarbeitungsmöglichkeit von Dokumenten
Gewünscht ist eine durchgehende mobile Verarbeitungsmöglichkeit von Dokumenten.
DocuWare Mobile bietet keine Möglichkeit einer Dokumenterfassung. Nutzt man PaperScan zur mobilen Erfassung von Dokumenten, so können diese nur in einem Briefkorb abgelegt werden.
Der Mobile Client wiederrum kann nur auf archivierte Dokumente zugreifen. Man muss den Umweg über den WebClient laufen um die durch PaperScan abgelegten Dokumente zu archivieren.
Dem Kunden dann die Vorzüge von Mobile Client darzustellen, gestaltet sich als schwierig.Varianten für eine Verbesserung der Situation:
(1) Zugriff auf Briefkörbe vom MobileClient
(2) direkte Ablage in Archiven vom PaperScan und /oder MobileClient

Tabellenfeld ebenfalls in der App
Das neue Tabellenfeld ist in der App noch nicht vorhanden und kann nicht eingesehen werden. Für die Freigabe von Rechnungen per Workflow wird das Tabellenfeld aber benötigt. Somit kann der Kunde die App aktuell nicht für die Freigabe von Rechnungen nutzen. Es wäre gut zu wissen, ob DocuWare daran arbeitet, dass Tabellenfeld ebenfalls in der App mit einzubauen.

Links zu DocuWare mit der DocuWare App öffnen können
Es kommt des Öfteren vor, dass man Informationen/Aufgaben zu einem Workflow oder einem Dokument per E-Mail bekommt.
Ist man dann gerade unterwegs und will den Hyperlink in der E-Mail öffnen, so öffnet dieser den Standardbrowser.Hier wäre es gut wenn die DocuWare App die URLs verstehen würde und das besagte Dokument etc. direkt in der App öffnet.

Can download or send document with or without annotation&Stamp
DocuWare should have the same function of download and send on all platform. On the mobile client, user do not have option to download or send with annotation&Stamp. Sometimes the stamp information is important and user should be able send document with stamp especially on an mobile device.

Enable Single Sign on through mobile clients with AD.
The mobile application should be able to use your Synchronized AD credentials just as you can with the standard web interface, and clients. This is a security concern for multiple customers using the mobile application on both Android and IOS devices. They must hand out a DocuWare password for every user that access' the mobile client.

Allow direct integration of IOS camera and photos to DocuWare
It is not possible to send photos from the camera or photo album to DocuWare on an iOS device as it does not appear on the share list.
It works fine on Android devices and should also be supported on the IOS platform.11 votesThank you for your contribution.

Versenden von Dokumenten mit Stempeln/Anmerkungen
Es sollte die Möglichkeit geben, Dokumente mit den angebrachten Stempeln/Anmerkungen zu versenden. So könnten Dokumente bspw. per Unterschriftstempel unterzeichnet und direkt per Mail weitergeleitet werden.

Table Fields in a Workflow decision
Currently if a workflow decision contains a table field it produces an error when trying to confirm that the table is not supported. For AP workflows this is a huge issue as most GL coding is done through tables.

Add the ability to allow stamps on the second page of documents
Right now, the iPhone and iPad apps can only accept stamps on the first page of the record. Adding the ability to allow stamps on the second page of documents as you can do in the web client would streamline the mobile app process.

Lizenzen Paperscan und DW Mobile
DocuWare Mobile und eine mit DocuWare verbundene Paperscan-App verbrauchen jeweils eine Lizenz. Die normale Mobile-App und DocuWare kann mit einer Lizenz genutzt werden.
Sobald PaperScan mit angemeldet wird verbraucht die neue Anmeldung eine zusätzliche. Dies kann doch nicht der Logik vom Cloud-Modell (Stichwort: kompletter Funktionsumfang) entsprechen, dass der Kunde zuerst über Paperscan eine Datei hochladen will und dafür zwei Lizenzen beansprucht.. Klar kann ich es lösen, dass ich Paperscan nicht mit DW verbinde und dann über die App hochlade, aber erklären Sie das mal dem Kunden.7 votesVielen Dank für Ihren Beitrag.

Mobiler Client für Android Geräte als NATIVE App
Eine Native App wäre schön um bei langsamer, schlechter Verbindung auch noch sinnvoll arbeiten zu können

Workflow-Manager-Aufgaben sollten neben Task Manager-Aufgaben auch nutzbar sein
Die Beschreibung der Mobile-App (IPhone/IPad) ließt sich so, als ob damit Workflows bearbeitet werden können - das stimmt auch für Aufgaben aus dem Task-Manager. Für Aufgaben aus dem WF-Manager ist die App wohl noch nicht geeignet - zumindest hat man mir das aus dem DW-Support so bestätigt. - Hilfe! Das Modul WF-Manager gibt es seit DW 6.0 (Anfang 2013) und seither hat dieses Modul keinen Platz in der Mobilen App gefunden - das geht besser.

Paper Scan Lizenzverbrauch
Es ist sehr schwer dem Kunden zu vermitteln, warum die kostenlosen Paper Scan App eine Lizenz benötigt um ein Dokument hochzuladen.
Ein direktes Arbeiten im WebClient nach Benutzung der PaperScan App ist nicht möglich.
Ich schlage vor, dass es möglich ist mit einer named Lizenz sowohl im WebClient als auch in der PaperScan App zu gleichzeitig arbeiten.

Mobile App Task Indicator
It would be great if the Mobile App indicated how many task are outstanding when looking at the app. For an example when you have new emails the app indicates how many unread emails you have.

Allow task lists to be hidden like in web client
We have a lot of task lists. It would be nice to be able to only show the relevant lists for a specific user by hiding the others.

More than 50 entries should be allowed in select list
I created a select list with about 80 entries. Now, I want to see the entries on my mobile client app. If I want to see all entries in the select list, I can´t because select list is limited to 50 entries. More than 50 entries should be allowed in select list.

Allow 'Keyboard swipe' and voice to text on Mobile app
Certain mobile platform keyboards allow the user to write text by swiping through their keyboard rather than hitting each individual character.
Also, the ability to enter text by speaking to the device. (Hands free text entry)

Anklammern auch in der neuen Mobile App
Es wurde in der neuen App die Klammer-Funktion nicht mit eingebaut.
Wird das noch kommen? Wir benötigen diese Funktion dringend und können bei einem Kunden (der aktuell 20 Tablets mit Mobile App im Einsatz hat) nicht auf die neue App umstellen. Wobei die alte App kleinere Fehler hat die ja nicht mehr ausgebessert werden, weil es eine neue App gibt. Wir benötigen dieses Feature also dringend wieder!2 votesDie DocuWare App wurde entsprechend erweitert: bereits abgelegte Dokumente können mit einem Dokument aus einem Briefkorb geclippt werden.
