Bring Forcing Upper Case in index field back
When the cloud was updated to 6.12, all the cabinets quit enforcing the forced upper case indexes rule available before 6.12. I can't speak for other customers but this is (was) a critical part of how our workflows worked, and the interactions between Docuware and our other systems.

In DocuWare 6.5 den Listendesigner wieder einführen
Der Listendesigner für die Ergebnis- / Aufgabenlisten wurde in DocuWare 6.5 entfernt. Bei einem Update werden zusätzlich noch die Listendesigns gelöscht. Das ist bei einem Update bestehender Systeme sehr unschön, da die individuellen Listendesigns verlorengehen. Beispielsweise ist es nicht mehr möglich 2 Felder nebeneinander und eines darunter in der Ergebnis-/Aufgabenliste anzuzeigen.
Bsp:

| Feld3 |Das ist ein Rückschritt und verbessert nicht gerade die Übersicht, da die Listen damit z.B. unnötig breiter werden.
Ebenso fehlt ein Punkt zur Definition der initialen Spaltenbreiten.6 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Diese Funktion wird leider in Zukunft nicht umgesetzt.

No consuming of a license to administrate file cabinets
Since the creation and administration of file cabinets has been move from the Admin Tool to the Web Client it now requires the administrator to have and consume a named license. I as a Docuware support person have the responsibility for administrating many customers system. Since the cloud only has named licenses I will need to have a admin user created for all my customers. I would like to see Docuware have an Admin user that would only have access to the web client to administer the Docuware configurations and would not consume a license.

Creación de Archivadores Masivos
Debería existir un método de migración de Archivos .XML de los Archivadores masivo, es decir, permitir seleccionar archivos específicos o todos y exportarlos, creando un archivo .XML para su importación posterior.
También un método de importación masivo, permitiendo que se creen más de un Archivador de forma simultánea.

Assign dialog to roles
Need to go back to assigning dialog to file cabinet profiles instead of having to individually assign dialogs to each user.

Unfortunately, due to several factors we are currently not able to plan this idea for a future version. Profiles are only used for right assignments, but for sure, you can assign dialogs to roles. -

Document trays are meant for short term storage until the document is stored to a File Cabinet. Maybe you can add some more details why you need this option.
