Benutzerdefinierte Aktionen in WebClient
Sehr geehrter Herren,
Wir sind hier in Brasilien der largeste Docuware Dealer und wir haben immer sehr komplexe Projekte. Unser Erfolg kommt eingentlich weil wir auch ein Softwarehouse sind, und komplexe Integrationen implementieren/entwickeln koennen. Darauf basierend wollten wir mal fragen, ob es die moeglichkeit gaebe folgende Erweiterungen bei dem DocuWare System zu entwicklen:- Wir vermissen ein Werkzeug ahnlich zu dem SmartConnect aber das uns erlauben wurden, ein externes Program mit Daten von DocuWare aufzurufen.
- Ein weiters funktion wenn ich dabei bin, ein Dokument zu indexieren, das nachdem ich ein Feld eingeben, dass es die Moeglichkeit gibt, ein Datenbank zuzugreifen um…

Die Möglichkeit das ein Anwender, der eine RW-Lizenz nutzt, den Link auch einen Kollegen schicken kann, der den RO WebClient nutzt.

Have the viewer act similar to acrobat 9 (adobe editor) to edit documents easier
Have the viewer act similar to acrobat 9 (adobe editor) to edit documents easier. It would be nice to drag and drop to re-organize documents right from the viewer. Instead of unclipping a document just to re-organize a couple pages it would be nice to move them with a simple drag to the new spot as well as adding another PDF directly into the file by using drag and drop. Deleting a page from the PDF would be a nice functionality that acrobat 9 offers as well.

Die Trennung der Berechtigung "Verschmelzen" von "Bearbeiten",
das Ändern einer Worddatei ist eine komplett andere Sache als das Verschmelzen von Anmerkungen auf einer gescannten Rechnung. Wenn Beides in einem gemeinsamen Recht verwaltet wird ist das schädlich Der Verweis auf ein aktivierbares automatisches Versionsmanagement ist hier nicht ausreichend. Vielmehr sehen wir hier die Revisionssicherheit gefährdet.

Bessere Korrektur von Rechnungspositionen
Es sollte möglich sein, wie aus anderen Anwendungen bekannt, mittels gedrückter Shift-Taste eine gerade horizontale Linie zu zeichnen, um Rechnungspositionen durchzustreichen. Optimalerweise sollte aber die Point & Shoot Funktion ermöglichen, selektierten Text automatisch in ausgewählter Farbe und Stärke durchzustreichen.

Share a document with an external (not docuware) user for a restricted period of time
It would be AWESOME that i could share a big file in my DW system (for example the Docuware Main Brochure - 8 MB that i can't send by email) with prospects through a link. Have them be able to access that document only for a restricted period of time like 3 days, time in which they can download the document (no editing, just viewing and downloading).

Beim Stempeln nicht nur den Stempel an sich aktiv lassen, sondern auch den letzten Eintrag im Formularfeld
Zusätzlich zur Möglichkeit, den Stempel aktiv zu lassen, sollte man noch die Option haben, den zuletzt verwendeten Wert eines Formularfeldes beizubehalten.
Beispielsweise verarbeitet ein Kunde viele Rechnungen auf einmal, indem er sie mehrmals hintereinander dem gleichen Mitarbeiter per Stempel zuweist. Hier würde die Stapelverarbeitung deutlich beschleunigt, wenn der letzte Eintrag noch vorhanden wäre und nicht bei jedem Dokument erneut getippt werden müsste.6 votesYour idea has been added to our backlog. Access Rights
Access Rights to be determined in relation to layers on the document. Take the case of a document with bank details on it. Allow certain users to see Layer with bank details. Redact the bank details on layer 2 and give other users access to that. I can see this being beneficial for a number of different objectives

Add the ability to print just the view of the Viewer Window
We work with many clients who view large drawings and sometimes need to print a section of the map. It would be beneficial to add the ability to print just the view of the viewer, even if zoomed in. Right now, if the user zooms in to the portion of the map and chooses the Print function, it opens in the PDF viewer and the user has to zoom in all over again.

Verknüpfung aus Viewer zur Verlinkung
Es sollte eine Möglichkeit geben,
wenn ein Dokument sich in der Verknüpfung befindet, diese zu markieren, bzw. kenntlich zu machen, dass sich ein Dokument dahinter befindet. Bsp. Fett geschrieben oder Anzahl der Dokumente.

Add .ptx files as a supported file
Adding .ptx file format would be beneficial to Docuware because there are law firms and court systems that use this type of file format for their records. This is a standard form of file type for law firms, attorneys and court houses across the nation.

Add the ability to see the Bookmarks on the Viewer
We work with multi-page technical documents that have pre-defined bookmarks to ease the section navigation. The viewer within Docuware doesn't allow for bookmarks to be displayed and users have to surf through 600+ pages in order to find the content. It would be ideal if it could show the contents the same way Adobe Reader does.
We implemented a workaround where users would download the content and open it in it's native application but it is very inefficient and causes a high level of unnecessary network traffic.4 votesThank you for your idea. Beim aufbringen eines Stempels soll das Blättern innerhalb eines Dokumentes dennoch möglich bleiben. Viele bringen einen Kontierungsstempel auf, doch bei einer Rechnung die auf mehrere Kostenstellen gehen ist es sehr mühsam sich diese Werte zu merken um diese dann gesammelt aufzubringen.

Prompt to save when index entries have been changed
When using the viewer with index entries, any changes are not saved unless you press the save button.
If you close the document without pressing the save button you are NOT prompted to "Save Changes".This could cause problems for users if they
1. Open the Document
2. Change the index entries (but not press save)
3. Make an annotation on the document
4. Close the Document
They would be prompted to “Save Changes” this could be very misleading, as they would think they are saving all changes and not just the annotation.4 votesThank you for your idea. Dokumentenspezifische Stempel in Abhängigkeit der Feldrechte. D.h. Stempel nur Sichtbar wenn Rechte für zu ändernde Felder bestehen.
In Version 5.1c und früheren Versionen wurden nur Stempel angezeigt, für die man die nötigen Rechte besaß. D.h. es konnte über Archivprofile mit Indexfilter je Feld festgelegt werden, ob der Benutzer diese Felder ändern darf.
Sobald ein Stempel Indexbegriffe ändern würde, wofür der Benutzer nicht die Rechte hat, dann wurde dieser Stempel nicht angezeigt.
Dies wünsche ich mir wieder.
Aktuell ist es so, dass alle Stempel sichtbar sind und erst eine Fehlermeldung kommt, wenn der Stempel gesetzt wird, dass der Benutzer nicht die erforderlichen Rechte hat. Und dies verwirrt den Benutzer und macht ihn unsicher, wann welcher Stempel zu setzen…4 votes -

Open Linked Documents in new viewer by defualt
Need the ability to have linked documents open in a new viewer by default. I know it is possible to right click and open the linked document in a new viewer but this is inefficient.
