I have users that would like to draw circles as well as squares with annotations
Several Users would like to have a circle illustration tool in addition to the rectangle that is already available in annotations

Or can be configured in the file cabinet configuration.

Thumbnails für Dokumentenseiten
Es wäre schön, wenn man immer an der Seite eine Vorschau aller Dokumentenseiten hätte, die man dann auch direkt anwählen kann. Somit würde das lästige Durchblättern der Dokumente entfallen.

See field "stored-on" in Viewer
Currently I can filter on "stored-on" in the viewer but I cannot see the field.

Have the ability to specify the default document size in the viewer.
Would like to have the ability to specify the default viewing size for a folder. Resizing the view window doesn't change the default 8.5 x 11 default size. When displaying greenbar reports or other text documents, the default 8.5 x 11 size causes the report to word wrap and makes it almost unreadable.

Ability to add graphical annotations
Currently there is no way to add an image as an annotation.
1 voteThis is possible by creating a bitmap stamp in the DocuWare Administration.

When not in field edit mode allow point and shoot to copy data to computer buffer memory
When you are just viewing the image, since you are not in edit mode on the fields, point and shoot currently does nothing even though it appears you can highlight text.
Why not allow that action to copy the text to the buffer for pasting into any other app?

OCR in Zwischenablage (Funktion fehlt in den neuen DW Versionen)
Durch einzelne Leistungsminderungen (Einschränkung der Funktionalität) haben wir seit Einführung DW 6 teilweise einen erheblichen Arbeitsmehraufwand !
Bisher gab es für archivierte Dokumente die Möglichkeit
- ganze Textpassagen,
- Seriennummern
- Lizenschlüssel oder ähnliches
aus archivierten Belegen mit der extrem zeitsparenden und Fehler vermeidenden Funktion:
==> OCR - Kopie in Zwischenablage <==
zum Beispiel in SAP oder Word zu übernehmen und so schnell und effektiv die vorhanden Daten zu nutzen. Heute müssen z.B. komplette Seriennummernblöcke manuell abgetippt werden...
Bis heute haben wir keinen Ersatz geliefert bekommen.

Seitentrennung mit Tastenkürzel
Momentan gibt es leider noch kein Tastenkürzel für das Trennen von Seiten im DocuWare Desktop oder dem DocuWare Viewer.
Man kann zwar im Viewer mit den Pfeiltasten von Seite zu Seite wechseln, hier wäre es aber auch sehr praktisch wenn man die Option "Vor aktueller Seite trennen" direkt mittels Tastenkürzel aufrufen könnte.

Point & Shoot
Ich wurde vom Kunden heute angesprochen, ob es nicht möglich wäre die Point & Shoot-Funktion aus dem Webclient dahingehend zu erweitern (DW 6.6) dass man aus dem Viewer heraus in die Zwischenablage kopieren kann um diese Werte dann in ein anderes Windows-Fenster übertragen zu können.
Als Beispiel vom Kunden: Ich kann ja auch im Adobe-Reader in einem OCR/Text-PDF Textpassagen herauskopieren - warum nicht in Docuware?Sehr schön übrigens in diesem Zusammenhang: Die Zusage für 6.7, dieses Feature umzusetzen - woraus mir sich nicht erschließt, ob dieser Kundenwunsch dann gleich mit realisiert wäre.

Co-Editing documents
Docuware needs to activate editing documents simultaneously on different users! And invite peoples. One document- multiple users editing simultaneously. M-Files has this functionality!!

Change position of web basket
If you have severyl web basket and you want to change the order it is not possible. You have to close every web basket and to open them again in the right order. It's not possible to drag and drop it
