1. scroll to the next page with mouse wheel

   The users are used to scroll down pages (e.g. in Adobe Reader, Word, ...).
   In the Viewer they always have to use the arrow key symbols on the right or top.
   It would be nice to scroll through the pages of one file with the scroll wheel of the mouse.
   Also this function could ask, if the end of the file is reached and the document consists of more than one file if the following file should be opened.

2. Anmerkungen und Stempel in Volltext aufnehmen

   Zur Zeit lassen sich auf dem Dokument angebrachte Textbemerkungen oder Stempel nicht mehr suchen. Zumindest die aufgebrachten Bemerkungen sollten in die Volltextsuche einbezogen werden.

7. Restore the ability to set a default zoom for viewing documents.

   When you open documents in the web client the resulting view seems very inconsistent. Users would like to be able to set a default for fit to width and other options like we used to see in the Result List dialog web options.

8. copy and paste OCR Result outside Docuware

   Would be great, if you can use the OCR Results from the Docuware Viewer outside from Docuware. Copy Text from viewer and paste it outside Applications like Outlook or Word.

   This feature will become available with the next version of DocuWare. The content of annotations and stamps can be copied in case layers were merged.

9. in Stempelfeld nur Einträge aus Auswahllisten zulassen

   Ich kann bei Feldern in Stempeln Auswahllisten hinzufügen. Allerdings kann ich nicht werhindern, dass auch eigenen neue Einträge verwendet werden. Für Ablageformulare ist dies auch schon möglich.

11. Rotate & Deskew in file cabinet

    Enabling a feature that allows user to either manually or automatically rotate & deskew a document that is already stored in the file cabinet will allow a user free frustration. Or Enable the auto rotate and deskew when pulling file from Monitored folders.

    The manual rotating and deskewing of documents in the file cabinet will become available in version 6.6

12. Allow rotation of documents before and after storage

    If a document is not in the correct orientation for that specific document allow rotation prior to storage so that when viewed the document would be in the correct orientation.
    Also,
    If a document has already been stored without being in the correct orientation allow that document to be put into a basket for editing and rotated at that time and re-stored

13. Neues Kontextmenü Hyperlink in Zwischenablage legen

    In der Ergebnisliste kann man auf einem Dokument die rechte Maustaste klicken und dann Senden ... -> als Hyperlink.

    Wir möchten gerne für genau diesen generierten Hyperlink einen Kontextmenüeintrag: "Hyperlink in Zwischenablage" o.ä., am besten mit Tastenkombination.

    Dann könnten wir einfach in die Warenwirtschaft wechseln und diesen Link an die gebuchte Rechnung, Lieferschein, etc. hängen.

    Thank you for your idea. The rotation of documents in the file cabinet will become available with version 6.6 through the “Automatic image correction” button in the viewer toolbar. The rotation in the basket will become available with 6.7

15. Web Basket

    When copying a document to a web basket, in order to unstaple and rearrange, it would be nice if the unstapled pages would appear in the basket in consecutive page order. When we unstaple documents they then appear in random order that has no rhyme of reason.

16. Exclude form data from stamp

    We should have the option to exclude form data in stamp. We do not need to see form entries in the stamp all the time. Form entries can make the stamp too large and the information I the form is not needed on the stamp.

    Umweg über Indexeinträge ändern, via One-Click-Indexing ein leeres Indexfeld füllen, herauskopieren und das Indexfeld wieder leeren wird als zu umständlich empfunden…

18. Dokumente bzw. Seiten drehen

    ich wünsche mir mindestens im Basket die Option nicht nur die ANZEIGE sondern das Dokument an sich / eine einzelne Seite in seiner Ausrichtung zu bearbeiten ohne dabei lediglich die ANZEIGE zu ändern (von mir aus auch nur PDF-Dokumente)
    Es kommt nämlich mitunter vor, dass die OCR-Auto-Ausrichtung von vorgelagerter Software / DW-Import nicht richtig dreht - z.B. bei handschriftlichen Dokumenten.

    Es wäre in diesem Zuge ggf. sogar sinnvoll den Volltext, den das PDF innnehat separat auch zurücksetzen/neu aufbauen zu können, da dann meist nur "Müll" darin steht.

    Ich meine, dass sowas mit TIF Dokumenten im alten Client früher ging.

20. Aufgabenliste - Dokument automatisch öffnen (nachdem der aktuelle Beleg "gestempelt" wurde)

    Beim Abarbeiten der Dokumente einer Aufgabenliste im Webclient sollte automatisch nach dem Stempeln eines Dokumentes der nächste Beleg geöffnet werden.
