Auch für Workflow-Felder vom Typ "Bezeichnung" sollte ein Titel möglich sein
Bisher wird nur für Workflow-Felder vom Typ "Feld" die Bezeichnung des Feldes angezeigt. Dies sollte auch für den Typ "Beschreibung" (optional) möglich sein. Insbesondere wenn mehrere solcher Beschreibungen untereinander kommen, würde dies der Übersichtlichkeit dienen. Die Alternative, den Text als schreibgeschütztes Feld zu setzen, ist nicht brauchbar, da sehr hell ausgegraut.

Ability to store a memo in a variable so you could set a termplate of email in html in a memo and call it from a workflow to a variable to use it.

Anfragen senden - E-Mail verbessern
Bei der Funktion "Anfrage senden", sollte der Absender der Aufgabe in der E-Mail auto. aufgeführt werden.
Wenn ein eigener Betreff ausgewählt wird, ist in der E-Mail nicht mehr sofort ersichtlich, welche DocuWare Benutzer die Anfrage gestellt hat.

Es wäre super, wenn man html Code wie <b>, <i> etc. in Aufgaben verwenden könnte um gewisse Teile des Aufgabendialoges besser hervor heben zu können.

Add font color option to fillable form field in workflow
I would like to have the option to change the font color of fill areas on forms from a workflow when the field data is changed.
The form is completed and all items are entered onto the form in black. Then a workflow is triggered. The workflow dialog asks for information that can change what is on the form, then the workflow is configured with Assign Data to update that fill area on the form. It would be nice if the updated data could be placed on the form in a different font color, making it quick and easy to…3 votes -
Indextabellenfelder in Indexfelder schreiben können
Bei meinen Kunden kommt es des Öfteren vor, dass sie Daten aus einer Kontierungstabelle (Indextabelle) in ein Indexfeld schreiben wollen. Dies geht aktuell nicht. Beispiel: Meine Kundin trägt Kostenstellen, Konten, etc. alles in der Kontierungstabelle ein, möchte nachher aber auch beim Exportieren einer "Liste" im WebClient das Sachkonto aus der Kontierungstabelle angezeigt bekommen. Dazu müsste ich eine Funktion im WF-Designer haben, die mich aus einer Tabelle in Indexfelder schreiben lassen kann. Aktuell kann ich nur von einer Tabelle in eine andere Tabelle etwas schreiben.

Add the same buttons in WorkflowTasks than in filecabinet results
Hi,
Currently, in all filecabinet's results (List, result, folders) we are able to add buttons for some DocuWare tools such as "Extract to revise", "print", "send as PDF", "update index entry",... (see on screenshot 1).In workflow tasks, only two buttons are available : "History" and "Reassign" (see on screenshot 2).
For some clients, other tools are part of the workflow process. For example "extract to revise" option, is not available either on the viewer toolbox and it represents at least 3 clicks for the user to perform. So it would be great to have the possibility to have those…3 votes -
Global Workflow JSON object variable type
Make it possible to create a JSON object in the workflow, which can be modified (add, modify, delete node) by JSONPath. This can be used to build a JSON string for a webservice request, or be used after a webservice request to copy the response in such a JSON object.

workflow versionning
As an integrator, I waste time managing the different version of DocuWare with Workflow. I would like it to be possible to have a workflow and for it to automatically adapt to the version of the client's desktop apps. Normally with application of this type, a version 1.1 must be able to manage a version 1.0, on DocuWare this basic standard is not on and this wastes a lot of time...

Set indexes or variables to NULL in a workflow
Today, in a workflow, we can't set index values or variables to NULL.
We can "empty" this information but this is not optimal, it's not the same thing as passing them to NULL.The option is already present in the auto indexes

Allow workflows to be viewed between DocuWare versions
As a DocuWare engineer I often go back and forth between different customer exploring workflow issues.
As such I have to re-install DocuWare workflow designer several times a day to avoid the 'mismatch versions' error.I don't want to change the workflow, just view it; couldn't we make that backwards compatible?

workflow Benachrichtigung Mail
Es sollte generell möglich sein, das Benutzer selbst Entscheiden, ob Sie eine Benachrichtigungsmail haben wollen oder nicht. Ein flexible Einstellung ist nur mit großem Aufwand realisierbar. Eine Aufgabe hat den Reiter Benachrichtigung, wenn diese aktiv ist, erhalten ALLE Personen die diese Aufgaben bearbeiten sollen eine Mail, obwohl einige das vielleicht nicht wollen. Das muss ganz dringend geprüft werden.

Vorkonfigurierte "Anfrage senden" per Ergebnisliste, Liste
Die "Anfrage senden" Funktion sollte per Ergebnisliste/ Liste konfigurierbar sein. Bspw. sollte man in der konfigurierten Anfrage bereits den Empfänger, den Text der Anfrage (aus Bausteinen der Indexfelder, ähnlich wie im Workflow Designer), Prioritätenliste und Entscheidungen fest hinterlegen können.

Workflow Belegbeanstandung
Es wäre gut, wenn "zu Unrecht" beanstandete Belege wieder aus der Belegbeanstandung herausgeholt und wieder in den Workflow zur Freigabe gebracht werden könnten.
Momentan muss in einem solchen Fall der Beleg erneut an den Briefkorb geschickt werden, wodurch die Dublettenprüfung durch das System veranlasst wird.3 votes -
Parallels tasks
Workflow designer is not able to create parallels tasks in a workflow. The parallel task activity is not designed to create differents parrallels tasks.
We use multiple workflows to do that but there is no way to have data exchanges between these workflows (except using indexes, but it's not very convenient). Do you plan to enable parallelization in workflow designer ?3 votes -
Tabellen in Dialogen sollten sortierbar und filterbar sein
Wir holen uns ERP-Produktivdaten nach Docuware, diese werden dann über Workflows in Tabellen befüllt. Diese Tabellen sind jedoch aktuell nicht sortier oder filterbar.
Erst recht bei mehreren Datensäzten, wäre dies ein enormer Vorteil.

Parallele Aufgaben auch an Rollen verteilen
Es wäre hilfreich, dass wenn ich eine parallele Aufgabe an 2 Rollen verteile, diese zwar alle Mitglieder beider Rollen vorgelegt wird, aber die Aufgabe erledigt ist, sobald ein User jeder Rolle die Aufgabe bestätigt hat.

Workflow Indexfelder mit Feldname aus Ergebnisdialog anzeigen
Ich würde mir wünschen, dass im Workflow in den Indexfeldern die Feldnamen aus dem Ergebnisdialog zusätzlich angezeigt werden. Wenn man im Workflow auf ein Indexfeld zugreift, dann wird dort der Name aus der Datenbank angezeigt, selbst wenn im Ergebnisdialog ein anderer Feldname im Dialog hinterlegt ist.
Dies führt zu Aufwand beim Konfigurieren von Workflows oder der Fehlersuche, wenn hier nach verschiedenen Begriffen gesucht werden muss. In der Workflow-Aufgabe lässt sich eine Ergebnisliste verwenden, auf diese Ergebnisliste könnten die Anzeigen im Workflow zugreifen und hier in einer separaten Spalte neben der Datenbankbezeichnung den Begriff aus der Ergebnisliste verwenden.

Select a table as required in a workflow task
Currently you can mark fields of a table as required but it allows you to confirm the task without writing any fields, to avoid this you have to validate that the counter of a field in the table is greater than 0. It would be interesting if the tables in the workflow have an option as that table is required and the user has to fill data, thus avoiding having to configure additional validation.

Um den WF schneller strukturieren zu können, wäre es für mich hilfreich, wenn ich mehrere der Blöcke gleichzeitig auswählen könnte, um sie zu verschieben.
