Start workflow if Regex match
This could work with the field condition "Contains", so for example we could start the workflow if FIELD contains <Regex>. This would be great for filtering and it would improve workflow stability because only documents matching the regex definiton would initiate the workflow.
Without this I must start the workflow for every document and then handle the condition logic inside the workflow.

Freigabe-Workflows mit mehreren Dokumentversionen
Es wäre hilfreich
a) Workflows, zum Beispiel zur Freigabe, automatisch bei einer neuen Dokumentenversion zu starten
b) Vorhandene alte Workflow Instanzen abbrechen, wenn sich die Dokumentenversion ändert
c) Sich nur die Stempel-Layer der aktuellsten Dokumentenversion anzeigen zu lassen3 votes -

Fill keyword variable and/or table with REST response that contains an array
When using REST/POST to retrieve data from an external system the results frequently contain arrays of data. Allow the capture of the array data in to a keyword or table with the option to concatenate multiple properties of the into a single kw row. Currently if the result contains an array each item in the array or even each property of each item has to be manually mapped to a variable.

Enable a workflow to be stopped following a change in metadata
Once a workflow has been started and a task has been created, the only ways to stop it are : Validation of this task by a user or a manual interruption by a workflow controller
It would be nice to be able to stop a workflow and cancel tasks automatically by changing the metadata.Customer needs may require it

Tabelleneinträge erzeugen mit Workflow oder AutoIndex
In DocuWare 7.6 hat man die Möglichkeit, Tabelleneinträge zu ändern oder zu ergänzen. Damit ist es leider nicht möglich, eine leere Tabelle innerhalb eines Workflows zu füllen.
Dies ist beispielsweise bei Zugriff auf eine fremde REST API nötig, um die Daten in einer Tabelle zu speichern.
Alternativ oder ergänzend wäre die Funktion auch im AutoIndex interessant.3 votes -
Allow access to cookies when making a REST request
When making a connection to a REST service, allow access to the cookies both when making the request and from the response. There are web services (ie Docuware) that use auth cookies that are sent to the client that need to be included when making further requests.

E-Mail Aktivität im Workflowmanager soll Semikolon getrennte E-Mail Adressen verarbeiten können
Die E-Mail Aktivität im Workflow schlägt fehl sobald sie mit Semikolon getrennte E-Mail Adressen übergeben bekommt. Um den Versand an extern gepflegte E-Mail Adressen zu erleichtern sollte dies ermöglicht werden. Aktuell müssen diese vorher immer aufgesplittert und einzeln übergeben werden.

Bessere Darstellung von Seitenleiste im Workflow
Die Seitenleiste im Workflow-Designer sollte von der Größe einstellbar sein, wenn die Variablennamen zu lang sind, kann man diese nicht mehr erkennen.

Special characters in fields of a task in Workflow Manager
Sometimes you want write a field name with parenthesis or comma for example, and Docuware doesn't allow it. Another issue is if you want write the field with the same name in other decision, WFM doesn't allow it, then the name must have a final blank space to repeat the name.

workflow notifications in history
DocuWare Workflow History on a document shows emails on a reassign of a task but it does NOT show any email activity when a task has notification enabled to send an email to the assigned user of a task. History absolutely needs to include an entry when a task notification email is sent as one of the automated activities.

Allow complex conditions for trigger a Worfklow or in a "Wait for event" of WFM
It's great to be able to generate Workflow triggers and "Wait for event" based on conditions that contain a combination of AND and OR such as we can use for example in notifications, autoindexs or tasklists for example:
(Status = "NEW" AND (DocType = "01" OR Doctype = "02")) OR (Customerid > 0 and Customerid <5)

Improve error notification in a task activity validation tab.
The validation tab will give you an error when configuring it incorrectly however if you rename the activity or rename fields then the validation gets broken. You can save the task and publish the workflow without a notification that the validation is broken. This causes an error when the user tries to confirm the task.

Provide a section to enter comments when publishing a workflow.
A comments section when publishing a workflow would be useful for tracking changes made to each version.

Tastaturkürzel/Kurztasten ändern
Für uns wäre es wertvoll, die Tastenkürzel zu ändern (Zahlentasten nicht für Annotationen, Strg+ENTER statt ENTER) damit sie in etwa den Tastenkürzeln unserer anderen Programme entsprechen und nicht versehentlich gedrückt werden.

Aufgabenüberwachung Workflow
Bei der Aufgabenüberwachung eines Workflows wird angezeigt wer alles eine Aufgabe erhalten hat. Teilt man die Aufgabe einer Rolle zu, wird jede Person dieser Rolle die Aufgabe zugeteilt und auch entsprechend angezeigt. Sind übertrieben jetzt 100 Personen in der Rolle so wird diese 1 Aufgabe 100 mal angezeigt. Man sollte bei der Auswahl wählen können nach Personen oder Rolle.

Workflow Designer: Variablen Aktivitätenfinder
Eine aus der Liste ausgewählte Variable zeigt ja in einer Tabelle an, wo diese Variable verwendet wird. Klasse wäre, wenn man auf genau so eine Aktivität klicken könnte und man entweder dorthin kommt oder aber diese Aktivität zumindest irgendwie hervorgehoben wird.

Update all triggers to use a condition for DOES NOT CONTAIN
In the Trigger conditions for Workflow Manager, Autoindex, Transfer etc, there should be a way to use a DOES NOT CONTAIN statement to allow for increased flexibility when setting up triggers
