Number the lines in Workflow Designer.
Please number the data assignments etc by number of lines. When the validation checks if there are any errors it just states line number 103 for instance then I have to count all the way down to that before I find the line. It would be much quicker if numbered.

Assign to store user without having to create GV
Right now everytime I want to assign a task to store user, I have to create a "user variable" and assign an index entry "Store user" and only then I can assign the task to this variable. It would be great if we just have another option / radio button in "Assign to" module that would specify "Store user".

Absender Mailverkehr Bewerberworkflow
Es sollte möglich sein, dass das System beim automatischen Mailversand wie z.B. dem Eingang einer neuen Bewerbung eine Mail mit dem Absender der Unternehmensadresse verwendet und nicht die allgemeine Adresse Docuware@..

duplicate workflow decisions
I often have to create similar workflow decisions, only with a slight change in an index modification (eg. document status). I'd like to have an option to copy/paste my decision inside a workflow task;

give the opportunity to easily create a link to a workflow task / set of tasks from the web client
From a task, as a workflow controller or simple user, I would like to get a link that I would share either by email, copy/paste, or Teams.

Design der Bedingung im Auslöser anpassen
Das bei Start Auslöser die farbliche Markierung der Bedingungen angepasst wird oder die Schriftfarbe geändert wird. Die Schrift ist kaum zu lesen.

Workflow Bedingungen per Anfangsbuchstabe auswählen
Ich würde mir wünschen, dass ich die einzelnen Bedingungen des Workflow Auslösers auch per Anfangsbuchstabe auswählen kann.
Wenn ich bei den Bedingungen den Anfangsbuchstabe auf der Tastatur drücke, sollte die Auswahl zu den Bedingungen springen.
Gebe ich z. B. L ein, dann sollte die erste Bedingung mit den Anfangsbuchstaben L markiert werden.
Dies ist im Workflow Designer schon in den übrigen Menüs z. B. Daten Zuweisen, Eintrag möglich. Dies würde bei vielen Indexfeldern die Bearbeitung erleichtern.

Add workflow system variable for date time
It would be nice if there were a workflow system variable for date time that takes in to account the time zone offset and daylight savings time.

Standard-Auswahlliste in Workflow Aufgaben
In Workflow Aufgaben sollte im Dialog in den Feldern der Zugriff auf die Standard-Auswahlliste des Indexfeldes ermöglicht werden.
Bisher kann im Feld nur auf angelegte Auswahllisten zugegriffen werden.
z. B. Bei Dezimalzahlen ist keine Auswahlliste möglich, hier kann man im Archiv auf die Standard-Auswahllisten zugreifen und nur Einträge aus dieser Liste zulassen. Diese Funktion fehlt im Workflow.

Wait for event to trigger on modification time change
In the Wait for event, the "Modification date" "has changed" seems to only trigger on the date change and not the time change.
We want to pause the workflow until the document has been updated with more information.2 votes -
Be able to send recurring reminders in a workflow task
Would be nice if we can send recurring reminders in a workflow task until it has been actioned. For example, "send a reminder email every x days".

Workflow Aufgaben - ändern von Indexfelder auch ohne Berechtigung
Es wäre schon wenn Indexwert-Änderungen die durch eine Aufgabe durchgeführt werden nicht mit den Berechtigungen des Anwenders durchgeführt werden, sondern mit denen des hinterlegten Workflow-Benutzers (meist dwadmin).
Durch die Workflow Aufgabe wird bereits festgelegt welche Felder durch eine Bestätigung geändert werden sollen.
Das würde Fehlermeldungen bei der erst Einrichtung eines WF minimieren + Benutzern hätten im Normalen Indexwert Bearbeiten auch nicht die Berechtigung Workflow spezifische Felder zu ändern.

fix the workflow designer to recognize when a local data connection has been restored
First I would like to thank DocuWare for no longer supporting MSSQL versions < 11. I would like to thank DocuWare even more for not letting me know before the update that broke my data connection. Having said that, I got the database updated and the local data connector setup but now all of my workflows that were affected by the data connector being broken need to be fixed. It would be really nice if it would just look and see that oh yeah the data source is there now and use it rather than forcing me to go into…

Improve error notification in a task activity validation tab.
The validation tab will give an error if configured incorrectly however if the activity or a field is renamed the validation will break. You can still save the task and publish the workflow without an error notification that the validation is broken. This results in an error when the user tries to confirm the task.

Extract Specific pages from a document then send as email/or store as new documents
We have a PDF document that contains multiple pages that is scanned as a whole to DocuWare, from this Document, The requirement is that we send only Page 3 to the Customer, Send Pages 2-end of document to Vendor, and Page 1 stored back in DocuWare as a separate document.
It would be great if we could have PDF manipulation tools in Workflow that would allow us to do us, without having to develop c# tools for this purpose.

DocuWare REST API per Workflow verwenden
Es wäre hilfreich, für automatisierte Schritte in DocuWare Workflows per REST-API der DocuWare-Instanz Änderungen am Dokument vorzunehmen.
Speziell das automatische Aufbringen von Stempel für den automatisierten Schritt wäre interessant.

Workflow engine performance reporting tool
It would be nice if there were a cloud reporting tool that could analyze workflows for performance issues, long running queries, etc. and provide data on how long tasks are taking to complete behind the scenes. This would provide a good snapshot of what is going on under the hood. Currently any performance data or recommendations must come from support.

E-Mail Benachrichtigung nachdem alle Dokumente einer Prüfung abgearbeitet wurden
Wir fänden es sehr hilfreich, wenn in der sachlichen/fachlichen oder finalen Prüfung eine E-Mail Benachrichtigung an einen bestimmten Sachbearbeiter automatisch abgesendet wird mit der Nachricht, dass alle Dokumente bearbeitet wurden und somit kein Dokument in der Prüfung mehr ist. Somit müsste man nicht mehr beim zuständigen Sachbearbeiter der Prüfung nachfragen, ob alle Dokumente schon abgeschlossen sind, sondern der nächste zuständige Bearbeiter wüsste direkt Bescheid.

Get email delivery status on mail sent from DocuWare Workflow
It would be helpful if emails sent from workflow would show the delivery status in workflow history. Currently we can see the recipients but not if the delivery to the recipients was successful.
