Automatic positioning of workflow stamps from the end of the document/page
Currently, when a workflow stamps is configured to be placed on the document automatically when processing a step, the stamp is positioned in the first clear area big enough from the top left corner of the document.
This often leads to documents being stamped next to the address... it would be more natural to position the stamp at the first clear area from the bottom of the document.
There should be a configuration in the stamp to allow for automatic stamping "from the end of the first page" or "from the end of the document" or "from the top of…

Add an error message for a worflow while a document is open
Currently, When a document is open in research and it's running in a workflow, the workflow don't update the data because the document is locked. We would like to know if you can change this in a future update by adding a error message to avoid the task will be in general error or by stopping the workflow when he encounter this situation.

Weiterführen des Workflows durch berechtigte Person
Es sollte möglich sein den Workflow aus dem Archiv heraus weiterführen zu können, sofern man die Berechtigung hierzu hat. Konkret: wenn Unterlagen angefordert wurden, der Rücklauf zur Überwachung für eine Woche später auf Wiedervorlage gelegt wird, das Dokument aber schon nach 2 Tagen zurück kommt besteht nicht die Möglichkeit diese Wiedervorlage vorzeitig auf "erledigt" zu setzen. Das ist nur über den Workflow Designer möglich. Hierauf hat aber ja nicht jeder Zugriff. Und nicht jeder der eine Wiedervorlage vorzeitig auf "erledigt" setzen darf soll berechtigt sein im Workflow Designer zu arbeiten.

Übersicht über Aufgaben je Benutzer
Es wäre gut, wenn man sich in einer Übersicht alle Aufgaben aus verschiedenen Workflows je Benutzer anzeigen lassen könnte, sofern man in den Workflows als Controller eingetragen ist.

Add option to display first and last name to stamp. Some of our usernames are generic for example Warehouseclerk01. Yet the First and last Name are assigned to a person Jon Doe. This would be nice to show on the stamp instead of user name.

Workflow Manual Reassigns - Capture Email Message in Addition to Subject
This comes directly from a client, and he claims that this is quite important to him. So, it's also very important to me.
In the workflow history when someone manually reassigns a task and chooses to have an email sent only the Subject is captured. In our case the message was quite important and not having it in the history caused quite the bad situation.
Can we get the Message added to the workflow history for the reassign, too?

Add workflow activity to run scripts or exe.
It would be nice if there were a workflow activity that allows a script or exe to be called along with the ability to provide parameters. This could be very powerful and would provide more options for integrations.

(Workflow designer) Wants to get the numeric column of a table field as an entry in Data assignment.
We want to assign the table field index data to a global variable. Currently we can get the text type of the Table field as expected, but the number type does not appear as a candidate for entry.
We have to get the number type value of Table field as well.

Ergebnis Dialog in Aufgaben
Es wäre gut, wenn der Indexdialog für die Aufgaben unterschiedlich definiert werden könnte.
Aktuell wird dort der Standard Dialog verwendet, den man zwar definieren kann, aber falls 2 unterschiedliche Workflows mit unterschiedlichen, benötigten Feldern im gleichen Archiv läuft, kann man sich nur für einen gemeinsamen Indexdialog entscheiden.Vielen Dank und viele Grüße,

Nach öffnen einer Workflow-Aufgabe durch ein Mail ist abmelden nicht möglich
Den Kopf der Aufgabe so verändern das ein Ausloggen aus dem Fenster möglich wird oder einen "Home-Button" integrieren damit man zurück auf das "Haupt"-Interface gelangt.

Add page count as a condition variable in Workflow Designer
We would like to be able to have documents of certain page counts flow to different trays via the workflow. Currently, you can not select page count in a condition box as a system variable or user defined variable.

Have the ability in Out of Office to HOLD a task and not have it transferred to the next person when Out of Office is turned on.

Add translations to workflow actions/buttons to support multinational companies
I have an existing customer who is looking to expand their usage of the system to include users in different countries.
As such they would like the workflow actions to reflect their language.
At the moment the only way I can see to do this is to include the translations of each language on the button but this doesn't work because there are too many characters.
What would be good is if the locale of the user was used to select the translation of the label so that it would support a greater number of users in a multinational company.1 vote -
A public or personal stamp can make a decision on a workflow task
It would be ideal if the created stamps could be linked in the tasks of a workflow to make decisions.

Workflow Validation Error message customizable
When creating a validation within a task in the Workflow Designer, one can only write a fixed error message. It would be way more user-friendly if this message was customizable just the same way as workflow fields are, e.g. a description field.
This would allow inclusion of global variables and index data in the error message, providing great flexibility and a way to point the user to their error more specifically.1 vote -
Add feature for user to suspend a workflow item at a task activity
Add option for an end user to suspend a workflow task activity for a configurable amount of time. Sometimes you know a task cannot be acted upon immediately for whatever reason - it takes a week to get processed docs back from a third party for example.

Workflow Tasks - Notification Sound on Arrival
Would be great to have the option for a Windows Notification when a workflow step arrives.
Direct request from a client, and I thought it worthy enough to submit.

Allow progress to be saved on a workflow task
It would be nice to be able to save work on a workflow task for completion at a later time.
For instance, when filling out GL account information on an invoice with a lot of line items, it would be nice to be able to save the progress to be completed later. Let's say I have an invoice with 50 line items that all need to be coded to a different account. Maybe I get to line 30 and need to go to a meeting. There isn't any way to save my progress so I can finish later.

Conditional Formatting when Assigning.
For example:
I may want to assign to a department depending on an outcome or responsibility. At the moment I have to create multiple conditional formats and assigns for it to go to the correct person.
I would like it so you could go, if field equals finance then assign finance manager, if field equals sales then assign to sales manager, etc

Remove authentication prompt when testing workflows
It would be more efficient if testing workflow did not prompt for credentials each time a workflow is tested. You have to authenticate when creating the trigger.
