Workflow Dashboard for Reporting / Monitoring / Analysis
Provide a dashboard for the workflow that would allow an administrator or department manager the ability to view the status of all the documents in the workflow, see who has the document, how long they have had the document and provide the outputting of a full report on documents in the workflow with this information in a format that would allow the user to review the workflow activity to determine if there are bottlenecks, people not doing their jobs, more accurate tracking of time to process documents, etc.

Einführung einer Stempel-Leiste und mehr Optionen bei Stempeln
Ich schlage vor, dass man (in Bezug auf den WF-Manager ab DW 6.6) eine Stempel-Leiste einführt, in der Stempel in chronologischer Reihenfolge angezeigt werden.
Zusätzlich sollte man vielleicht zwischen einem Stempel und den restlichen Anmerkungen differenzieren - vielleicht sogar zwischen herkömmlichen Stempeln und Stempel, die über ein Formular im WF-Manager-Modul (ab 6.6) automatisch gesetzt wurden.
Hintergrund ist, dass das automatisierte Stempeln sehr verbesserungsfähig ist, was die Position angeht.
Argumente des Kunden:
1.) Stempel abgeschnitten weil über den Rand des Dokumentes gestempelt wurde
2.) Stempelpositionen wild durcheinander und keine zeitliche Abfolge erkennbar

Radio button in Workflow Manager
To improve the ease of use, radio buttons should be implemented in the Workflow Manager. We have such buttons, we can create for example “yes” and “no” in one decision, and the user can just click once instead of open a select list and search for the correct value

Memo field in Workflow Manager
At the moment you can add a comment with max. 255 characters. In some reasons this is not enough, and it would be great if also the memo field can be used in the Workflow Manager.

Visibility of the workflow document when openning the linked documents
The preview of the document selected from workflow should be remains open when openning the linked documents. This is the functionality of Docuware 6.1. Now in the Docuuware 6.7 this functionality has been removed. Currently the preview of the document selected from Tasks is closed when you look into linked documents.

Case-Anweisung im WFM realisieren
Es wäre schön, wenn man die bereits vorhandene IF-Anweisung (Bedingung) zu einer Case-Anweisung im WFM ausbaut. Damit erspart man sich ewig lange Abfragen und unübersichtliche Workflows. So hätte man in einem Case-Block dynamisch viele Bedingungen und Ausgänge.

Bei E-Mailbenachrichtigungen im Workflow sollte es möglich sein Personen in CC oder BCC zu setzen
Wenn man über einen Workflow eine E-Mail verschickt, sollte es möglich sein neben dem Empfänger auch Personen in CC oder BCC setzen zu können.

Zeitsteuerung E-Mail Benanchrichtigungen im Workflowmanager
Aktuell ist es nicht möglich im Workflowmanager eine Zeitsteuerung für die E-Mail Benachrichtigungen (ähnlich zum Taskmanager) einzustellen.

Kontrollkästchen in Formularfeld Workflow
In einem Formularfeld im Workflow wäre es schön, wenn es Kontrollkästchen geben würde, die durch Anklicken aktiviert werden und sodann eine Datenzuweisungen gesetzt werden kann. So könnte z. B. bei einem Rechnungsprüfungs-Workflow angeklickt werden, ob der Beleg nur zur sachlichen, nur zur preislichen oder zur gesamten Prüfung im folgendem Schritt weitergeleitet werden soll.

Vertretungen bei Anwesenheit des ursprünglichen Benutzers
Wenn eine Aufgabe im Workflow über eine Vertretungsregel bei Abwesenheit) neu zugewiesen wurde, bleibt sie bei diesem Benutzer auch wenn der urspünglich zugewiesene Benutzer wieder anwesend ist.
Hier wäre es wünschenswert die Möglichkeit zu haben die Aufgabe automatisch wieder an den ürspünglichen Nutzer zuzuweisen. z. B. über eine Checkbox in den Einstellungen zur Neuzuweisung.
Einige Szenarien beim Kunden wären dadurch wesentlich leichter abzubilden.
Im Moment bleibt die Arbeit hier am Controller hängen, der die Aufgaben manuell wieder neu zuweisen muss.35 votes -

Im Workflowmanager SQL Zusatzfunktionen ermöglichen im Abfrageeditor
Derzeit ist im Abfrageeditor nur möglich im "Select-Teil" des Statements eine Quell Tabelle und ein Quellfeld auszuwählen.
Ganz frei kann lediglich der Teil nach dem "WHERE" geschrieben werden.
Wenn es aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht möglich sein sollte, dass komplette Statement frei eintragen zu dürfen, so wäre es sehr nützlich in dem Abfrageeditor typische SQL Funktionen zu ermöglichen.
z.b. count(), max(), last(), unique() etc.
Diese könnten dann ja ebenfalls per Dropdown ausgewählt werden und dem "Select-Feld" zugeordnet werden können.
Dann wäre es endlich möglich im Workflow z.B. eine solche Abfrage zu machen:
SELECT count(rechnungsnummer) AS anzahl_rechnungen FROM rechnungen
oder:
SELECT max(betrag) AS…

workflow copy objects in workflow.
you can copy workflow objects one at a time but that still requires me to attach them and get them on the right place. I would like to select a group of objects in workflow design at one time and copy them to another workflow.

multiple fields in email notifications
We need to be able to select multiple field names in email notifications. even if it was as simple as a concatenation of 2 field names in the link, that would help a lot. better would be the option to use field names in the subject of the email, or as part of the text of the email, beyond just the link.

Das Setzen von Abwesenheit für WF-Manager sollte durch Chefs möglich sein
Moin,
derzeit muss ein Admin im Funktionsprofil das Recht "Benutzerverwaltung" haben um die Abwesenheit anderer Mitarbeiter setzen zu können. Dafür wird meines Wissens nach zusätzlich die DW-Administration benötigt.
Dies ist ein hoher, administrativer Aufwand für die wenigen Admins, z.B. wenn Mitarbeiter erkranken.Wunsch wäre eine Abwesenheitsverwaltung (für WF-Manager) in der Web-Administration - gern auch als eigenes Recht in der Administration.
Noch wichtiger wäre eine Abhängigkeit von der Hirarchie - alle Chefs oberhalb von MA XY dürfen das - oder bis zu 5 Berechtigte darf sich ein Anwender aussuchen..24 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Erweiterung eMail-Objekt im Workflowmanager
Absendeadresse, CC und BCC im Mailobjekt des Workflowmanagers ergänzen.
Beim senden von eMails aus dem Workflowmanager ist es wichtig auch die Absendeadresse angeben zu können. Die Empfänger sollen erkennen können ob eine Rechnung aus dem Rechnungswesen/Buchhaltung kommt. Eine Zentrale Absendeadresse "DocuWare@xxx" landet zu leicht im Spamordner.

Function to lock a fillable PDF in the workflow to prevent further modification
The overall process surrounding the question is a PO Form, which I’ve created in DocuWare. That form triggers an Approval workflow. In the workflow I also add line totals, overall total and the name of the final approver onto the fillable PDF document. Once the document is approved, the workflow sends the PO to the supplier. The problem is that at this moment the order is still fillable… I need that document to be a non-fillable PDF… Problem is that I can’t create the non-fillable PDF with the form as I then can’t add the line totals etc. to the…

Über Workflow-Historie Workflow-Aufgabe in Controller-Funktion öffnen
Als Benutzer mit Controller-Funktion (z. B. Buchhaltung) kommt es oft vor, dass man Dokumente über das Archiv sucht und sich dann die Workflow-Historie anschaut. Hier kommt man oft an den Punkt, die Workflow-Aufgabe öffnen zu müssen um diese bearbeiten zu können.
Zurzeit muss man hierzu dann wieder die Controller-Funktion anwählen, den richtigen Workflow, die richtige Workflow-Version und die richtige Aufgabe wählen, was bei mehreren hundert oder mehreren tausend Aufgaben nicht ganz so einfach ist.Schön wäre es, wenn man (insofern man die entspr. Berechtigung besitzt) in der Historie auf einen Button drücken könnte und sich die Workflow-Aufgabe dann im Controller-View…
