Approve More than One Task at Once
Many times clients have requested that they be able to select multiple documents in a task (or result) list and simply select "Approve" to stamp and mark them all as approve, as opposed to going through them one by one. This could be a HUGE time saver for companies.

Filtering Option in the Workflow Client
If one user, e.g. accounting, has many workflow steps of the same workflow (e.g. "allocation", "declined", "approved", "to be proved", ...) he gets all this steps in one VERY big list.
The users now want to filter for one step (e.g. "to be proved") so that they can work of this peticular step and afterwards go to the next step.
So a filter Option, where you can select the shown workflow steps would be nice.126 votesThe feature will be available with the next update.

So könnte man den ganzen Prozess bei sich machen können und beim Kunden nur einbinden.

Es sollte für einen Anwender möglich sein neben der Sortierung von Aufgabenlisten auch Filter anwenden zu können:
Es würde die Aufgabenliste(n) übersichtlicher gestalten können.Beispiel: Ein Rechnungsprüfungsworkflow aus Sicht der Buchhaltung - dann wäre es hilfreich, wenn Sie sortieren könnten nach "neu", "zu buchen", ...

Multi Column Select List in Workflow Manager
The new Multi Column Select Lists in 6.9 are nice. However you can not use them in the Workflow Manager. This should be available within workflow manager.

Workflow Aufgabenliste - Neu zuweisen ausblenden
Ich habe bei einem größeren Mittelstandsunternehmen einen umfangreichen Workflow installiert. Der Workflow bietet selbst die Möglichkeit der Neuzuweisung eines Workflows an einen anderen User. Hierbei wird auch ein Indexwert gesetzt der die Rechte des Dokumentes steuert.
Wird von einem User nicht die Workflow-intere Möglichkeit der Neuzuweisung genutzt sondern der Standardmäßige Button Sieht der neue User das Dokument nicht, weil die Rechte nicht geändert werden. Deshalb kommt es häufig zu Bedienfehlern.Ich möchte dringend anraten eine Möglichkeit zu schaffen den Standardmäßigen "Neu zuweisen" Button deaktivieren zu können.

Copy a worfklow from a File Cabinet to another
We are working with several File Cabinets, with very common and complex workflows in the Workflow Designer. Moreover, we use DocuWare in different environments (development, test and production).
We would really like the possibility to copy a workflow from a file cabinet to another, and/or the possibility to export and import workflows between servers.

im Workflow-Manager sollte es möglich sein eine Art "Massenbearbeitung" zu machen
angenommen es werden in der Buchhaltung viele Rechnungen auf einmal bezahlt (weit über 100) - dann sitzt der Mitarbeiter derzeit ca. 2 Stunden daran jede Rechnung einzeln entweder per Stempel oder per Formular in den "bezahlt-Status" zu verarbeiten - Wenn die Arbeit mit dem Formular den Stempel jetzt schon automatisch setzen kann, dann wäre es doch ein leichtes in der Aufgabenliste 100 Aufgaben zu markieren, dann "Massenverarbeitung" über eine Aktivität klicken, Entscheidung wählen, ggf. noch einen Standardwert definieren z.B. "Bezahlt via Bankkonto 4711" - und schon wären 100 Aufgaben in ca 20 sec erledigt - das wäre doch ein toller…

Include the ability to write to table fields automatically
Currently, data can be pulled from a table field into a Global Variable within "Assign Data" in a workflow. However, the ability to use a table field as a "Destination" when assigning data does not exist. This would be extremely useful if a document with line items is stored directly to a file cabinet. Currently, the table can only be populated manually or using Intelligent Indexing. More automation with the table fields would be very useful!

Stamps and annotations in notifications Workflow Manager
It would be an interesting idea to add the possibility to send documents with stamps and annotations attached in a task using email notifications.

Allow Wildcard (*) Searching in Workflow Task Form Field Select List
When filling in a field in a store or search dialogue, the user can use the wildcard character * to search for a sub-string. For instance, if a field's select list contains the value "Test Field Value 12345", the user can type "*12345" and the select list dropdown will return all values that contain 12345 within them.
This does NOT work on select lists for workflow task form fields. It would be helpful if we could use wildcards to narrow down select lists on workflow task form fields and not just the dialogues.

Workflow Designer: Stamp customisation
We would like the possibility to:
1: Make the background of stamps flat and not transparent in the workflow designer.
2: Have the possibility in the tasks to choose which indexes of the forms are displayed in the stamp.
We generally used information fields that are useful for the user doing a task but are useless for the stamp itself and makes the document and stamp hardly readable.24 votesThank you for your contribution. Your idea is available with version 7.2.

Workflow reasign button hide
In current version (6.8) it is not possible to remove/hide reasign button. Each user can reasing task in every step of the process even though it is not allowed in process. Also users can see all roles, groups and users of current organisation which is unnacceptable and it is stopping workflows. Admin should have option to remove this button (show/hide), at least that.

Add File connections and Local Data Connector connections to Workflow Engine (External Data)
These ARE available in the on premise version and NOT in the cloud version. How are we to lookup cost centers and approver? Customers cannot maintain gigantic substitution rules they NEED data connections.

Ability to disable Reassigning Tasks
Please provide option to enable or disable reassigning tasks by the users. Even better, allow option to reassign to a role/group/user only or no-one. Currently, if someone mistakenly reassigns a task to someone else, that person inherits the person's privileges (stamps). i.e. an employee inherits a manager's approval stamp. This should be avoided.

CSV Export von Workflow Aufgabenlisten
Teilweise wäre es sehr nützlich, wenn man sich Workflow Aufgabenlisten als CSV exportieren könnte, um diese weiterverarbeiten zu können. Beispielsweise wäre das für das Controlling gut.

Workflow dynamic search (like datatable html5 search input)
Sometimes you can have a many hundreds of tasks in your workflow tab(s) but today you can only sort by ascending/descending collumn.
if you only want to check specific ones with some keywords or strings, just type for example the first letters of the supplier name supplier name and/or the invoice status and the list simply refresh with the query parameters set in the input(s)
You can set a unique search input or an input on top of each column as my screenshot suggest it
That's a pretty common feature when dealing with tables of data and could improve task…
