Email Notification from Document Trays
You should be able to generate an email notification for a document being stored in a Tray instead of just a file cabinet.

Baskets/Trays are still considered to be a temporary clipboard to start the storing from.

(vorzeitige) Abbruch-Bedingung im WF-Manager
Die Workflow-Engine (BPM) hat ja eine Start-Bedingung, womit der Prozess ausgelöst bzw. instanziert wird.
Wunsch wäre (ohne Aufwändige Anpassung des Prozesses), dass man (auch wenn die Aufgabe gerade irgendwo zur Erledigung liegt) eine Art vorzeitige Abbruch-Bedingung bekäme, mit der dann auch die Aufgabe aus der Aufgabenliste verschwindet. Dies scheint ein entscheidender Nachteil vom WF-Manager zum Task-Manager zu sein.3 votesEin Controller kann jederzeit einen Prozess stoppen. Wenn ein Benutzer diese Möglichkeit haben soll, erstellen Sie in der Aufgabe eine Entscheidung zum Abbruch. Dann können Sie genau bestimmen, was mit der Aufgabe passieren soll.

Workflow-Instanzen mit einem Klick im Viewer öffnen
Es kann eine Verbesserung sein, wenn sich das Dokument (Instanz) gleich beim einmaligen Klick in der Aufgabenliste im Viewer öffnet und man nicht doppelt klicken muss.

Email Versand im Workflow Manager
Im Workflowmanager fehlt die Option, ein Dokument mit oder ohne Briefpapier auszugeben (welches über den Docuware Printer hinzugefügt wurde) und auch die Möglichkeit, Anmerkungen mitzudrucken oder nicht ist nicht möglich.
Für Folgeprozesse würden sind die verschiedenen Varianten eine höhere Flexibilität bei der Weiterverarbeitung ermöglichen
2 votesWenn ein Briefpapier bereits hinzugefügt wurde, kann es nicht mehr entfernt werden. Das Dokument enthält jetzt das gedruckte UND das Briefpapier. Die kann später nicht mehr voneinander getrennt werden.

API access to Email Notifications
We have ran into several install requiring customized email notifications. Several have resulted in flaky at best alternative methods. Access to the api would give us more customization to offer to the client.

WebService XML/JSON BUG
The Web version of the Workflow Designer returns the Results of the GET Document in XML Format, and cannot be used to map Data to Variables. The same Functions in the Desktop version of Workflow Designer Get Document, Returns the results in JSON and they can be mapped to variables. Can this feature please be Fixed? Thanks!

Umrechnung der Uhrzeit in ausgewählte Zeitzone
Wenn man in einem Stichwortfeld den Verlauf eines Dokumentes durch die verschiedenen Etappen einer Aufgabe tracken möchte und dabei die Uhrzeit hinterlegen will, wird diese nur in UTC hinterlegt. Dabei ist es hilfreich, auf die bereits in den Einstellungen hinterlegten Zeitzonen & Sommer/Winterzeit zurückzugreifen bzw. die Umrechnung könnte automatisch erfolgen
1 voteVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Leider können wir diese Idee aufgrund mehrerer Faktoren derzeit nicht für eine künftige Version vorsehen. Ein Stichwortfeld enthält reinen Text, eine Erkennung und Umrechnung von Datum und Zeit ist dabei nicht möglich.
Wenn die Aufgaben mit dem Workflow Manager gesteuert werden, gibt es eine übersichtliche Historie, in der diese Informationen angepasst an Ihre Zeitzone angezeigt werden. -

No dialogo predeterminado en editar entradas de índice en tarea
En las tareas cuando editas entradas de índice el diálogo que muestra es el predeterminado no el que esta asignado como "Lista de resultados" al diálogo de búsqueda.
Esto provoca que si tienes distintos diálogos de búsqueda con distintos diálogos de resultados en la tarea no aparezcan, solamente aparece el que está predeterminado.

Fix workflow scheduled trigger
Scheduled trigger triggers it's task twice in DocuWare Cloud.

Workflow : Add the ability to use (text) global variable in the name of activities
I suggest to Add the ability to use a global variable to define the name of an activity.

1 voteThank you for your idea. Unfortunately, due to several factors we are currently not able to plan this idea for a future version. Two different versions of a workflow can be completely different from each other. They can have different activities, variables and connections between activities. This would almost always result in broken workflows as the new version might relay on data (e.g. in variables) which were not present in the older version.
Therefore we decided to not make this possible. -
Einstellung Urlaubsvertretung
Es wäre ideal, wenn jeder Mitarbeiter für einen Abwesenheitszeitraum eine Vertretung definieren könnte. Es wäre also eine User aus einer Gruppe zu selektieren.
Auch sollte dies im Krankheitsfall auch umgekehrt erfolgen können. Ein Mitarbeiter definiert, dass er MA XYZ vertritt.
1 voteFür die Vertretungen sind die sogenannten Vertretungsregeln gedacht. Diese basieren auf der Idee, dass es für einen Mitarbeiter nicht nur eine Vertretung gibt, sondern bei jedem Prozess eine andere Vertretungsregel greifen kann. Falls bei Ihnen allerdings tatsächlich Ein Mitarbeiter jeweils einen weiteren Mitarbeiter als Vertretung hat, dann können Sie für jeden Mitarbeiter eine Vertretungsregel definieren und den jeweiligen Vertreter als zweite Person dort eintragen.

add the option to search related documents, to place a clip
sometimes it is required to validate if there is already a document in a file cabinet, this by field value, then decide:
- Place a clip to existing document
- Remove the existing document
- Remove the incoming document

Email notifications-Workflow GRReport
When we post or store an invoice in the docuware,there will be an email notifications will come to the user's mail, when it comes to "TASKS" for senting approval to the HOD'S.It should be better email notifications to show "Supplier name with purchase order number".This will helps the user and those who are approving the invoices to identify the alert messages.
Now all the email notifications is showing as "Workflow AP - GRReport: A new task has been assigned to you."
Can We Fix this Issue??
