    Hello,
    We are currently testing sending invoices via DocuWare Cloud.

    Now we have two options:

    Without an SMTP configuration, it will be sent with a no-reply address.
    For us only a very bad solution for sending invoices. Error messages are never returned here - e.g. mailbox full, mail address invalid, ...

    Now you can also configure SMTP, which we have also tested.
    But unfortunately, many of the highly recommended security settings in Office 365 have to be deactivated for this to work - absolutely not feasible for us.

    Now I know this from other cloud connections where Exchange Web Services (EWS) are used for this.

    I would definitely like to see this for the DocuWare Cloud in the near future.

    There are probably other companies waiting for this connector, hence the suggestion for improvement here.
