Clip documents from File Cabinet
Requested ability to clip a document from a file cabinet to a document in the task list. This would prevent the need to "copy" to the basket, then clip, then delete the original from the filing cabinet.

In case of file cabinet versioning check-out / check-in has additional impact - once done then the user will not be able to edit document directly from file cabinet. The only option in this to repeat check-in / check-out operation every time when edit of document is needed.

Check the option of "Check-out", this option allows you to modify document or remove the clip from an erroneously attached document and it is not necessary to delete the complete file.
1- Select the document and right click, select the option "check-out"
2- Select the web tray
3- make the modifications that you require in the web tray
4 - Right click and select the option "Check-in", increase a number to the version -

this is very needed for docuware! users don't like to many manual processes for doing this simple functionality
