Für Ablagedialoge sollte es Radiobuttons geben
Aktuell stehen Radiobuttons nur für Web-Fomulare zur Verfügung (zb. ja / nein). Das beschleunigt die Eingabe sehr.
In Ablagedialoge gibt es diese Option leider nicht, was das Ablegen von Dokumenten verlangsamt. Somit wäre es wünschenswert, wenn Radiobuttons auch in den Ablagen vorhanden wären (vor allem ist das sehr User-Freundlich)

Convert Adobe Portfolio Documents and store as Clipped PDF
Adobe Portfolio documents are a group of PDF's Clipped together in a PDF. I believe that this format has been a standard since Adobe 9 around 2008. A portfolio document looks like a stardard PDF and clients do not understand why DocuWare is not Compliant with the Portfolio Standard for PDF. I would suggest that because this is VERY simular to DocuWares Clipping that DocuWare EXPORT all of the files in a portfolio document and clip them together as one Document making it easier for the client to work with

Papierkorb Einstellungen/Zeitraum anpassen
Laut Kundenanfragen wären generell mehr Einstellmöglichkeiten für den Papierkorb wünschenswert. Es sollte zumindest in OnPrem Systemen möglich sein, den Zeitraum des Papierkorbs zu verändern und nicht immer 30 Tage zu haben. Im Optimalfall sogar abhängig davon einzustellen, wo das Dokument gelöscht wurde, z.B. Briefkorb 10 Tage, Archiv A 30 Tage, Archiv B 90 Tage. Wenn es aus einem Archiv gelöscht wurde ggf. auch abhängig vom Dokumententyp, z.B. Rechnungen bleiben 90 Tage im Papierkorb, Briefe nur 30 Tage usw.

Papierkorb Kürzlich gelöscht // Ergebnisliste als CSV exportieren
Ich würde mir wünschen, dass es im Papierkorb auch die Funktion gibt die Ergebnisliste als CSV zu exportieren. So könnte man bei vielen gelöschten Dokumenten die Suche in Excel durchführen.

Further restrict access to Restore documents in Trash Bin
Please add the ability to restrict access to the Restore button in the Trash Bin. The attached is where I would expect to find this control.
The following provides guidance when there is access to the Restore button, and to which documents the user may restore. I've summed it up like this, based upon File Cabinet permissions.
Those who are set as file cabinet Owner may see and Restore all deleted files.
A file cabinet User (who has delete permissions) may Restore only those documents they have deleted, this means that the Restore button exists.

Have the ability to edit/manipulate PDF documents from the store dialog area of the web client.
This would allow users to split documents, delete pages, reorder pages etc in the store dialog area.

Allow for the storage of Linked Excel files while retaining the links between the files.
Allow for the storage of Excel Files containing internal links, while allowing for the retention of the links between the files.

deleted files
We need to be able to control access rights to the Deleted Files section. We can restrict delete rights from a file cabinet, but not in a Document Tray. If a disgruntled user decides to delete files from their tray and also from Deleted Items, there is no way to retrieve them or even get an audit report to see what they deleted.

PDF-Formulare als solche ablegen können
Wenn ein vorhandenes PDF-Formular importiert wird, lässt es sich nicht so bearbeiten, dass die bereits vorhandenen Formularfelder genutzt werden können. Es wäre praktisch, wenn dies möglich wäre.

The Login Name to be displayed in the field name in the trash list.
Currently, the fields displayed in the recycle bin list are fixed, and the DB user name (which cannot be changed) is displayed as the user name. This makes it difficult to identify users from a user perspective. I would like it to be displayed as the login username instead of the DB username.

Papierkorb: Erkennen wodurch ein Dokument gelöscht wurde
Feature-Wunsch:
Aktuell - in DocuWare 7.9 ist im Briefkorb nicht erkenntlich, wodurch ein Dokument gelöscht wurde.
Wenn man für den Transfer/Synchronisation/Löschworkflow oder Workflow den beispielsweise den DWadmin verwendet, kann man im Papierkorb als DWadmin nicht erkennen, ob das Dokument durch einen Löschworkflow gelöscht wurde.https://support.docuware.com/de-de/knowledgebase/article/KBA-37164

Dynamische Pflichtfelder im Ablagedialog
Abhängig von eingegebenen Werten in einem Ablagedialog sollte geprüft werden, ob die notwendigen Pflichtfelder gefüllt sind. So können z.B. abhängig von der eingegebenen Dokumentart unterschiedliche Pflichtfelder definiert werden.
Dies ist besonders Sinnvoll wenn für verschiedene Dokumentarten verschiedene Pflichtfelder notwendig sind. So haben z. B. Ausgangsrechnungen andere Pflichtfelder als Eingangsrechnungen.
Aktuell muss so für jede Dokumentart ein separater Ablagedialog angelegt werden, was die Anzahl der Dialoge in komplexen oder bei mehreren Archiven für die Anwender deutlich erhöht und so die Übersichtlichkeit einschränkt.4 votes -
Recycle Bin
Items we delete from DocuWare are archived, for this reason we do not need to keep items in the recycle bin for 30 days. We suggest to be able to amend the time period to keep or to activate or deactivate the functionality as it does take extra storage which we now have to manually sit an delete. A search option on the deleted items will also be handy to make it easy to restore a specific item.

"Recently deleted" needs filtering
I greatly appreciate the new "recently deleted" feature, however, it would be nice to be able to choose what goes there or maybe to filter out things. Tracking down a deleted document in a sea of scan mistakes is cumbersome.

Hinweis bei Ablage größerer Dateien
Gerade in der Cloud würde es Sinn machen, wenn man bei der Ablage von großen Dateien einen Hinweis bekommt, ob man sich sicher ist, dass man diese Datei ablegen möchte.
Es passiert oft, dass man unbewusst große Dateien ablegt und so der begrenzte verfügbare Cloud-Speicher immer schneller schrumpft.
Es wäre gut, wenn man das Limit bei dem der Hinweis erscheint auch über die Konfiguration selbst bestimmen könnte. Vor allem bei der Connect to Outlook Ablage spielt das eine große Rolle.

Papierkorb für Briefkörbe / Archive einschränken
Mit der neuen Option des Papierkorbs in der Version 7.8 sehe ich das riesige Problem, dass der wirklich teure DocuWare Cloudspiecher bei uns demnächst nicht monatlich, sondern viel eher nachbestellt werden muss, da wir noch zusätzlich das Kontengent von 30 Tagen "Löschbelege" nachhalten müssen - die wir bisher über Löschworkflows aus den Archiven tatsächlich gelöscht haben wollten.
Grundsätzlich ist diese Option natürlich nicht verkehrt. Manchmal ist es ärgerlich, wenn man ein Dokument aus dem BK löscht, oder ein neu eingerichteter Autoindex falsch konfiguriert war. Aber über ein ordentliches Berechtigungskonzept sollte ein löschen von mehreren hunderten Belegen auf einmal durch einen…

Dateien beim Ablegen komprimieren
Es wäre super, wenn bei der Ablage DocuWare automatisch z.B. per Skript die Daten nochmal komprimieren würde.
Bei den Scaneinstellungen haben wir das meistens gut unter Kontrolle. Problematisch sind eher die sonstigen abgelegten Dateien. Bspw. ein .jpg o.ä.

Add a property to a storage dialog box to only store data and not documents
This will avoid the error of storage of an invoice in a list of suppliers for example whan the user wants to create a new supplier
