Ordner - Suchfunktion
Es ist schon mehrmals die Frage nach einer Suchfunktion in der Ordnerstruktur des WebClients an uns gestellt worden. Wenn man seine Personalakten/ Kundenakten oder Patientenakten damit abbildet und mehrere 100Tausend Ordner hat, ist es umständlich, einen bestimmten Namen zu suchen. Über eine Suchfunktion wäre auch die Ordnerstruktur wesentlich besser zu bedienen und die Akzeptanz würde sich erhöhen.

search folders
Folders is a great concept, but when you have a lot of folders it does not work. If you could conduct a search of the folders then get a list of the folders that contain that search - that would be really nice.

We added it to our collection of ideas and features and will further investigate it. We currently cannot say exactly when this idea will be implemented. As soon as we have more information we will update its status. -
Folder structure enhancements
Ability to assign a different result list for each subfolder.
for example if I have a File cabinet that has several document types, this would allow that to each document type I have associated its result list and index dialog box.
It would also be useful to have the ability to filter the results as is already possible for result lists

mehrspaltige externe Auswahlliste als "Auswahlliste als leere Ordner verwenden" verwendbar
Für ein Feld wird eine gefilterte Auswahlliste (extern, 2-spaltig) verwendet.
Weiterhin wurde eine Ordnerstruktur angelegt. Hier wurde im Indexdialog auch die gefilterte Auswahlliste verwendet. Im Dialog "Auswahllisten als leere Ordner verwenden" soll die betreffende mehrspaltige externe Auswahlliste ebenso verwendbar sein. (gefiltert)8 votes -
Filter in Ordner-Struktur
Es gibt bereits die Ordnerstruktur, was sehr gut ist. Allerdings möchten wir diese für unsere Personalunterlagen verwenden. Hierzu benötigen wir einen Filter, damit man einen entsprechenden Mitarbeiter auswählen kann. Ansonsten muss man eine Liste mit 400 Personalnummern durch suchen

default tray or cabinet when data processing is not recognized from folders
When you import from folders and set data processing and the document is not recognized correctly it is taken to the favorite tray of the user who has executed the data processing, it would be a very good idea to configure a default tray or filing cabinet for when this happens and not be the user's favorite tray.
When you manage many import with folders, it is very useful if the documents that are not correctly recognized are moved to the correct tray or filing cabinet.

Date in Folder Dialogs
Let us assing DATE fileds to the Folder Dialogs Hierarchy, and choose what part (or parts) of the date to use (DAY, WEEK, MONTH, YEAR)

URL-Creator - Möglichkeit Links auf Ordner zu erzeugen
Um das Portfolio des URL-Creator zu vervollständigen, sollte es möglich sein URLs auf Inhalte zu erzeugen, die als Ordner strukturiert wurden und bisher leider nur über den Webclient direkt zu erreichen sind.

In the current “Folder” view, I believe it is not possible to generate a URL link for each individual folder.
If URL links for folders could be generated, it would make it much easier to register multiple documents related to a main document.
This is definitely a feature we would like to have. Please implement it as soon as possible.

Stichwörter als Ordnungskriterium für Ordner Struktur
Es wäre sehr hilfreich um eine elektronische Akte abzubilden, das die Ordnerstruktur auch Stichwortfelder auswerten könnte.
Zu jedem einzelnen Stichwort müsste dann ein eigener Ordner simuliert werden, welcher alle Dokumente mit diesem Stichwort im Stichwort Feld darstellt.
Hier geht es um eine Vertragsakte, wo einige Dokumente mehreren Vertragsnummern zugeordnet sein kann.
Es wäre nicht sehr zielführend, Doubletten hier abzulegen.3 votes -

Hallo,
Wir würden gerne den Ordner Dialog verwenden. (optimieren)
Hier soll ein Überordner mit dem Firmennamen die erste Ebene darstellen. In einer zweiten Eben hatten wir geplant, dass dort dann Unterordner mit den Daten der einzelnen Dokumente dargestellt werden sollen.
Somit versprechen wir und, dass eine gute Übersicht entsteht.Leider ist es aktuell scheinbar nicht möglich ein Datum Type Field als Eigenschaftsfeld einzufügen (vgl. Abbildung)

Benachrichtigung bei FTP Failed Ordner
Eine E-Mail Benachrichtigung bekommen sobald ein Dokument welches nicht vom FTP Dienst verarbeitet werden kann und im Failed Ordner landet, wäre hilfreich.
Sonst gehen Dokumente schnell unter ohne dass man weiss wo sie sind.2 votes -

Es soll möglich sein Dokumente in einer Ordnerstruktur direkt in einen Unterordner zu verschieben.

DocuWare mobile app - Add the ‘Folders’ menu to the mobile application
In the mobile application we don't have access to the Folders menu when it's set up.
It would be useful to be able to access it through the mobile application in the same way as the Windows Explorer add-on for example.

Allow the ability to change the column display name in the WebClient Folder function. (linked with result list)
It is not possible to change the column name of the folder once created. To change it, you need to create a new folder profile again.
By linking the folder function and the result list, you can change the column name.

Add a control to manage the 'Name' column in the folder view
In the Folder view there is a 'Name' column which is populated with the file name of the document that's been stored.
This 'Name' field isn't listed in the filing cabinet as a database field and you can't seem to be able to hide it or control it in any way.
Could this be added to the index values as a database field so it can be controlled and maybe utilised in some way, or potentially changed or set when storing documents either via an API call or manually.1 vote
