Task Overview
In new DW, clicking on a task brings up an AI overview. This is, frankly, useless. I don't need an overview. I need to see the document itself. The AI overview should be an opt in feature or removed altogether.

The last sentence from Sarah is key here and exemplifies what I'm hearing from the users as my systems upgrade - The current work around is to just use classic DocuWare. New DocuWare is very poorly designed, removes several critical features, and adds several features that impede use.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand the side panel that opens on the right side does not provide any value to you. To get past this more quickly you can double click a task and the task details with the form and the document will open right away. In this view, please note you can drag the splitter between the form and the document to enlarge the document for better readability. Hopefully this minimzes the hurdles you are describing currently, so that you consider continuing to use the new DocuWare. We are monitoring closely how we can make our uses more efficient. If further feedback is confirming your issue, be assured we will react.
I would be happy to learn which are the critical features which have been removed, as I'm not aware of that. It could be some are added later, but they are not entirely removed. Thank you. -

I am trying to view a document itself, not index entries or any sort of overview. I need the information contained within the document itself in order to complete the task associated with that document.
In new DocuWare, when clicking on a document, an task overview comes up first. I then need to click past the overview in order to access the actual document. After clicking through. the task overview replaces the task list and I can see the document in a small window.
The overview does not contain any information I need. It is just an annoying extra that is getting in the way of the information I actually need to access. The overview should be an opt in feature that I can just uncheck a setting and it will cease appearing. Ideally, the task screen would look the same way it does in classic DocuWare. The list will appear on the left and documents on the right. I can view the full task list and full selected document without any overview or other boxes appearing.
