New DocuWare - Feature Parity Please
Feature parity between Classic and New DocuWare, please. Not to have to put the huge number of individual feature requests. The greater vision for New DocuWare is nice. It's a huge lift and the forward thinking is very much appreciated. As my systems become upgraded it seems like every user either hits a hard roadblock due to a missing or differently functioning feature or is left unhappy by more clicks, more scrolling and a sequence of events required to do a given thing that does not come off as intuitive to the users. I keep hearing wasted space, and I get that, too. I suppose my request is centered around avoiding all of the individual feature request tickets for each missing or changed function that unfortunately add up to users not adopting the new client. I cannot help but speak a bit to the overall problem here, too, though. The comments and sentiments from my clients are not so balanced in tone, unfortunately, and I am being lit up like crazy so I calm them and counsel them while advocating for their interests here. Please help.
