Connect to Outlook - Einträge beibehalten
Oft kommt es vor, dass mehrere E-Mails zu einem Thema abgelegt werden z.B. Schriftverkehr bezüglich eines Projekts oder Schriftverkehr DocuWare Tickets ;).
Hier wäre es eine Zeitersparnis, wenn man die Einträge beibehalten könnte.28 votes -
Connect to Outlook: Process Downloaded Attachments through an Import Configuration
Often "standardised" documents are received in an email inbox. currently there is no seamless method to run these documents through a pre-configured import configuration to identify, split and autoindex the document. Currently Emails, Attachments and/or Emails+Attachments can only be stored in a Tray or Cabinet, thus missing the processing advantage.

thank you very much for your input. We are going to discuss and evaluate this idea.Right now – even if it is not seamless – you can already use the DocuWare Import functionality if you drag and drop Attachments/E-Mails to an Import folder or use the “Store As” function from Outlook.

Outlook wird bei teilen per E-Mail gesperrt
Wenn über die Funktion per E-Mail teilen ein oder mehrere Dokumente verschickt werden sollen, dann öffnet sich ein neues Mail Fenster (bei uns und den meisten Kunden Outlook). Leider blockiert dieses Fenster das komplette Outlook und es kann nichts anderes gemacht werden. Das sollte doch definitiv 2023 besser zu lösen sein?!
Für einige unserer Kunden ist es ein kritisches Problem, da hier viele Dokumente verschickt werden müssen und der Umweg über Download und selber eine neue E-Mail erstellen einige Klicks mehr erforderlich macht als nötig.
12 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Wir haben es unserer Sammlung von Ideen und Funktionen hinzugefügt und werden es weiter untersuchen. Wir können derzeit nicht genau sagen, wann diese Idee umgesetzt wird. Sobald wir weitere Informationen haben, werden wir den Status aktualisieren.

Add an "Attach from DocuWare" button to the Outlook Ribbon
In Connect to Outlook, there is no way to search for a document when replying to an e-mail. For example: If I receive an e-mail from a customer requesting a copy of their contract. I click “reply” to this e-mail but the only way to attach the contract is to have a Windows Explorer search tree establish. However, using the Windows Explorer tree view is dependent on me knowing exactly where the contract is located in the folder structure, or which version of the contract is the correct one.

Connect 2 Outlook - Ability to open search in Outlook client instead of Outlook
When using a search in Connect 2 Outlook, the list is opened in Outlook. If many results are shown, and the customer wants a better overview it could be nice to be able to open the search directly in the DocuWare Client so you have the viewer ability and a better overview.

Connect to Outlook: Able to Attach a Document from a Quick Search to an Email Reply
Situation: You have an email from which you need to reply to and attach a Document From DocuWare.
Suggestion: Rather than having to either download it or send it as a new document via the Quick Search, you should be able to pick the document and attach it directly to a specific email as an attachment. It would make it more efficient for people who use C2O and Outlook exclusively.

Ich schlage vor, dass Connect to Outlook nicht nur auf persönliche Kontakte zugreifen kann sondern auch auf öffentliche Ordner
Bei Indexvervollständigen kann man zur Zeit nur auf Kontakte im persönlichen Kontakteverzeichnis zugreifen. Nutzt man jedoch Exchange und öffentliche Kontakteordner, ist eine Indexvervollständigung leider nicht automatisch möglich. Wäre aber hilfreich.

Connect to Outlook
Bei E-Mail Ablage über Connect to Outlook sollen bei Ablage mit Option "Anhänge zuerst anzeigen" die Anhänge nach Größe sortierbar sein, und zwar der Größte zuerst. So könnte, annehmend der relevante Anhang ist die größte Datei, der relevante Anhang (das Dokument) zuerst angezeigt werden und häufig vorhandene Marketinggrafiken rückten in den Hintergrund.

Keep Entries or Store All for the Connect to Outlook Plugin
When trying to store emails with a store dialog, there is no "Keep Entries" or "Store All" that functionality would be very useful when dealing with large amounts of email.

Using Connect to Outlook auto populate index fields from attachments
When a user has Connect to Outlook and they go to store an email with an attachment, it would be nice if the user could open the attachment and auto-populate the index fields with matching fields from the attachment.

Kopieren der Indexierungsfelder beim Ablegen über connect-to-Outlook
Beim Ablegen von Dokumenten über connect-to-Outlook kann man innerhalb der dort geöffneten Indexierungsfelder nicht mehr via Rechtsklick die Einträge kopieren, sondern nur über die Tastenkombinationen "STRG-C" und "STRG+V". In der alten Version ging dies noch.

Connect to Outlook - Farbauswahl der Markierung
Die farbige Markierung in Outlook, von in DocuWare abgelegten E-Mails, sollte beliebig einstellbar sein.
Wurde von mehreren Kunden bereits gewünscht, da blau häufig eine unternehmenseigene Symbolik hat.

Connect to Outlook could not view document before storing into Docuware
It was discovered that when storing documents from C2O, it was only the store dialog that pop up to index the document but the document to be indexed could not be viewed just like in Docuware where we have the store dialog and the document to be stored. Do I need to perform any task before the document to stored is been viewed

Allow Connect to Outlook configs that are set to store attachments first to be linked to an import configuration.

More search options with Connect to Outlook
We would like to see more search options in Connect to Outlook. Currently I have to tie the search to either a fixed value or a field in the email. We should be able to create a search dialog or use an existing search dialog to search Docuware right from Outlook so the user can search in Outlook, the same way they search in DW.

Connect to Outlook Watched Folders should have an option to keep the email in the watched folder
Right now watched folders in Outlook automatically deletes the emails that are put in that folder with out an option to change. In DocuWare 5 deleting the original was always an option. Would like to see that option returned. -- Plus, it makes more sense to have this option available for both watched folders and regular connect to outlook configurations anyway.

Add the abilty to store email without attachment in Connect to Outlook.
Connect to Outlook should have an option to store the email without attachment as a 4th option. Right now we have the following options when storing an email:
- Email and attachment, show email first
- Attachment only
- Email and attachment, show attachments first
Would be great to have a 4th option: Email only
