Ability to set fields to 'force filtering' on a store dialogue
When configuring a new store dialogue, it would be good to be able to set a field's Select List to 'Filtered Only' or something similar.
When trying to set dependant fields for selective select lists it can be annoying for users to have to see the whole select list, click filtering and then choose the correct value.

2 votesWith the Platform API available in Workflows since DocuWare version 7.9 you can get this information by the endpoint "GET /Organization/UserByID?userId={UserId}"

Datums-/Zahlenformat global festlegen
Momentane Situation:
Im Bezug auf das Datums-/Zeitformat kann jeder Benutzer eigene Spracheinstellungen vornehmen. Sollte einer Benutzer, die an einem Dokument arbeiten, in irgendeiner Form eine Anmerkung vornehmen und dabei eine andere Spracheinstellung haben, ändert sich das Datums-/Zeitformat aller vorherigen Anmerkungen zu dem zuletzt genutzten Format.Für global agierende Unternehmen kann das bisherige Verhalten durchaus sinnvoll sein, aber für Unternehmen (inkl. Steuerberater) im deutschsprachigen Raum schlägt die Übergabe an externe Programme fehl, da z. B. nur 1 bzw. ein deutsches Zahlenformat angegeben werden kann bzw. erwartet wird.
Vorschlag:
In der Konfiguration als Option, global das Datums-/Zahlenformat zu bestimmen (vor allem bzgl.…2 votesAnmerkungen wie Stempel, die Datum und/oder Zeit enthalten werden immer in der Zeitzone und Format des Benutzers angezeigt. Für Systemzwecke gibt es in den Organisationeeinstellungen bereits einen Default.

Dateitypen Filtern bei Connect to Mail
Connect to Mail ruft bei uns Mails ab und speichert diese Zuerst in einem Briefkorb über einen bestimmten Ablagedialog.
Es wäre schön, wenn man über die Speicherkonfiguration nicht nur sagen könnte, was als erstes abgelegt werden soll sondern auch bestimmte Anhänge filtern könnte (wie z.B. jpg, png usw.).
Wenn z.B. ein Firmenlogo als jpg im Anhang ist, kann es passieren, dass dieses als erstes gespeichert wird. Gerade in Workflows bei denen automatische Stempel gesetzt werden, sind diese u.a. dann nur auf dem Logo und nicht mehr lesbar.

Allow Filter by External Data Source to be for empty and non-empty fields.
It would be nice to be able to tell autoindex workflow to ignore all entries where a field is blank when interacting with an external data source.

Alphabetische Sortierung bei Briefkörben, Ablagedialogen und Suchen
Wenn man als Administrator etwas mehr als 100 Briefkörbe hat, wäre es toll, wenn (wenigstens die nicht aktiven) Briefkörbe in den Einstellungen (siehe Screenshot) alphabetisch sortiert wären. Auch für User mit mehreren Briefkörben würde es für mehr Übersicht sorgen.
Eine alphabetische Sortierung wäre auch bei den Ablagedialogen und den Suchen praktisch.2 votesVielen Dank für Ihren Beitrag. Ihre Idee ist mit der Version 7.1 verfügbar.

Scroll to the bottom when configuring multi column select lists
When configuring especially the multi column select lists in Web Client Configurations, the interface opens various parts like "show filters" below the bottom of the screen and the user always has to remember to scroll down to actually complete the configuration. It would be much better if the interface would always scroll down automatically to reveal the just opened parts.

Die persönlichen Einstellungen für die nächsten Sitzungen beibehalten.
Die persönlichen Einstellungen in Bezug auf Darstellung in den Briefkörben (Tabellen oder Miniaturansicht) sowie die Einstellungen für die Ergebnislistenansicht in der Suchfunktion sollten für die nächsten Sitzungen beibehalten werden. Das immer wieder erneute Einstellen ist zeitaufwändig und ärgerlich.

Aufgabenlisten Aktualisierungsrate
Da sich die Aufgabenlisten im Taskmanager ab der Version 6.6 generell sich alle 5 Sekunden aktualisieren, verursacht das bei manchen Systemen eine sehr hohe CPU last durch die Datenbank.
Es wäre gut wenn es wieder möglich wäre die Aktualisierungsrate selbst einzustellen.
Oder man hat die Wahl zwischen Aktualisierungsrate manuell einstellen und push Aktuallisierung.2 votesAufgabenlisten werden automatisch aktualisiert, wenn es Änderungen gibt. Falls in einer Auswahlliste länger als 30 Sekunden keine Push-Aktualisierung erfolgt ist, aktualisiert sich die Auswahlliste selbst.

User list export to Excel
Have a standard report to export the list of Docuware users to an Excel spreadsheet. This will make it easier to do lookups against other lists when managing DW users.

Add the ability to overwrite autofilled value in Forms
As of DW 7.6 there is an option to autofill values based on select lists, but once the autofill values are entered/filtered based on a specific field you have to manually delete the values otherwise new correct values are not autofilled when you change the value of the specific field they are based on ...

Display Forms Dropdown Button on the main screen
The ability to show forms allocated to set roles and users on the screen would be great. In the same way you have search & tasks at the moment. This would save the long URLS or having to create short URLS.

Indexing Assistance List Filter
Abitilty to add a filter an external List data source, the same way it is possible in the autoindex configuration.

Allow importing multiple faled with warning jobs at once
Sometimes multiple import jobs result in warnings with the files not imported. It would save time if we could resubmit all or selected jobs at once instead of one at a time.

Neue Felder bei bestehenden Archiven hinzufügen
Ab DW 6.12 kann das Archiv ja bekanntlich nur noch über die Web-Konfiguration bearbeitet werden.
Nun kommt es immer mal wieder vor, dass man Felder ergänzen muss.
Wir verwenden häufig systemtechnische Felder, welche für den Benutzer nicht sichtbar sein sollen.
In der alten Administration konnte man zum einen ein bestehendes Feld kopieren womit auch gleich die Sichtbarkeit des Feldes übernommen wurde und zum andern beim Erstellen eines neuen Feldes auswählen in welchen Dialogen dieses sichtbar ist.
Nun muss ich aber beim Erstellen eines neuen Feldes in sämtliche Dialoge (Suchmasken, Ablagemasken, Ergebnislisten sowie Aufgabenlisten) gehen und das Feld wieder ausblenden.

Ab Version 7 werden neue Felder nur den Standard-Dialogen hinzugefügt. -
