Add a behavior to index fields in the search dialog
For instance, say that the top index field is called "Department" and there are 10 departments listed. Each department will have different documents and index fields that are unique to them.
When someone selects "Human Resources" as the Department, then a set of index fields will appear based upon that selection. Like an eForm "behavior".

Stichwortfeld Hinweis in der Suchmaske
In der Suchmaske steht bei Stichwortfeldern der Hinweis "Neues Stichwort hinzufügen". Das macht in der Suchmaske aber keinen Sinn und führt bei unseren Kunden nur zur Verwirrung. In der Ablagemaske oder bei Index-Änderungen finde ich es ja hilfreich aber in der Suchmaske möchte man doch nichts neues hinzufügen, sondern nur bestehende Einträge suchen?
Bitte mal in den nächsten Versionen abändern, ist ja keine große Sache.1 vote -
Suchen mit Dialog und Volltext in Outlook
Es wäre super, wenn der User innnerhalb von Outlook auch den Suchdialog anzeigen könnte und dadurch auch Volltextsuche betreiben könnte.

in Suchfunktion aus Dokument mit Cursor kopieren
Bei der Suchfunktion auch die Möglichkeit besteht, bei dem eingescannten Dokument mit dem Cursor über den Text zu fahren, so dass dieser in das Suchfeld kopiert wird!
Wenn das bei der Ablagefunktion möglich ist, sollte das doch auch in der Suchfunktion gehen.1 vote -

Highlighting bei Suche über Smart Connect
Wenn ich über Smart-Connect aus einer Anwendung heraus beispielsweise eine Artikelnummer suche, werden mir zwar die entsprechenden Dokumente angezeigt, aber ich sehe nicht auf Anhieb wo innerhalb des Dokuments der Suchbegriff auftaucht.
Wäre es möglich dies auch über ein Highlighting darzustellen (so wie bei einer normalen Suche auch)?1 vote -

Smart-Connect Suche unabhängig von der Bildschirmmaske
Bisher kann man zwar bei Smart-Connect eine Suche mit einem Shortcut ausführen und dann nach einem markierten Wert suchen, allerdings ist das dann trotzdem abhängig von der Bildschirmmaske.
Bei einem markierten Wert und dem Shortcut wäre aber die Maske in der man steht völlig egal. Gut wäre es daher wenn man eine Suche ohne Maske konfigurieren könnte.
Sprich einfach Wert markieren -> Shortcut drücken und die Suche geht los. Denkbar wäre auch wenn einfach mit dem Wert in der Zwischenablage eine Suche starten würde.1 vote -

Gespeicherte Suche über mehrere Archive sollte auch die Suchbegriffe speichern
Eine Suche über mehrere Archive kann gespeichert werden. Dabei werden aber leider die eingetragenen Suchbegriffe nicht gespeichert. Die einzige Information, die gespeichert wird, ist die Auswahl der Archive. Die Suchbegriffe sollten ebenfalls gespeichert werden.

Einbeziehung von Sonderzeichen im Volltext
Im Volltext sollen Begriffe wie
"XXXXX-YYYY" oder "XXXXXYYYY"
gefunden werden können. Leider funktioniert nur die Suchvariante "XXXX YYYY". Da die Zeichen "-" oder "" als Trennzeichen bei der Ablage im Volltext ignoriert werden sollte die Suche diese Zeichen automatisch zu Leerzeichen umwandeln.1 vote -
Ability to color code lines in the Invoice Search Dialog Box
To provide the user(s) the ability to color code specific line items. there are line items that are not being worked due to various reasons however one has to continuously go back into the invoice to see notes as opposed to being able to highlight a line to know it can not be worked at this time, etc.

Allow users to create their own Custom Searches.
Users should be able to create their own search lookup. That way they can customize their lookup and not have to manually enter search criteria or have the Admin create their own custom lookup. It would also be nice if the user had the ability to pin and rename favorite searches. I know there is similar option called Recent searches but it is not ideal and you can't rename them.

Move the scrollbar to the right so that I can select if when moving mouse to the edge of the screen
Hello,
In the search results, the scroll bar is just a few pixels from the edge of the screen. This means that when I move my mouse to the edge, the scroll bar isn't highlighted, so I can't select it move up and down. Please push or extend the scroll bar to the very edge so that the mouse pointer catches it. Thank you.

Change icon of unreadable document
In the result list, when a document is unreadable (profil attribute of the user), having a "crossed" logo, informing the user AND preventing him to any try to open the document. Today (6.7 and more) an error message appear.
In addition, is it possible to display the index (via Modify index menu) even if the document is not displayable. today it is not.1 voteThank you for your idea. Result List Navigation
Move navigation of search results to the top so that they are in constant view and access. (Side to side slide bar, page advances, etc.)
